Although, each time I came there it was always something with the food service. This is genuinely the worst Sonic i've ever been to. We ate inside ONCE & the employees were all sitting in the dining room vaping. So unprofessional. We waited 20 mins for our food. (We still waited after I took this picture) Two meals nothing outrageous. There were 7 cars waiting in the waiting area and a long line behind us. One person had to go back in 3 times because her order wasn't right. We were given the wrong order as well and had to return it. We had to go in to get our order. Once we got it our food was soggy. These young kids look clueless about what they are doing. This location needs better management. read more

I didn't realize Sonics had dine-in areas. The dine in area was small, but clean. The staff was busy filling orders and not very personable when taking the order. The food was greasy and tasted okay. It might be my expectations were too high but I remembered sonic food being better. It was okay at best. HOWEVER. The sonic big scoop cookie blast was absurdly delicious. It was the perfect amount of smooth ice cream and chunks of cookie dough. There's a dump of cookie dough on top and bottom with some mixed in between. The food is fine on a good day. My daughter ordered 6 cheese sticks and technically got 5 and a half? ( this is because one stick was just a shell. That wasn't the funniest part of this trip. The funniest part is when my daughter opened her drink and found a CHERRY TREE LEAF in her cherry lime aide. I mean she did ask for extra but it was supposed to be just cherries not part of the tree. Yeah, don't get your blasts here. Should have gone with my gut instinct and gone to DQ for their Blizzard. At least at DQ they give you chunks in the blizzard. As I was driving off, my bf and I realized that the shakes were not the flavors we ordered (ppl make mistakes) but we were running late to a movie so we decided if they were still open, we'd go back after the show. We did. Maurice helped me at the front counter inside the dining area. The wonderful hospitality, kindness and customer service he provided is why I am giving 5 stars (plus the ice cream is good when it's what you order). He made us brand new shakes and apologized for the inconvenience. The service industry is a tough place to work in, especially at the tail end of the pandemic, and with short staffed establishments, but Maurice showed no hesitation to fix the issue when I explained the situation.
