Their ice cream was very good, but it was way overpriced. They have a great variety of flavors to choose from, which was nice. I do wish they had prices posted on the board so we knew what everything cost before ordering. The employee was very friendly, although she seemed a little irritated by all of my questions, even though there wasn't anyone else there at the time. The floors and tables were dirty and prices are insane. Four of us stopped here last evening. The worker there was expressionless and offered us no help. I asked for a peanut butter sundae. She said ok but the peanut butter sauce is hard and lumpy. Instead we each ordered a small cup of ice cream. Our cost was $40+ for those. Unbelievable. Went craving a cookies and Cream shake but wanted it in the jar decorated. I told the lady's hey I would like a cookies and cream shake but in the jar and the lady show me a menu without explaining nothing I tough since I told her the flavor those were the topping all this time I ask for one shake. So I pick kinder bueno and brownies for toppin. But she ended up giving me two shakes none of them were cookies and cream and she charge me 36$ dollars and some change. When all I ask was for one and cookies and cream. When I tell her it was only one shake and it was cookies and cream she told me she can't change flavors. I did not know all this time. I was craving some cold Stone ice cream but they were closed so we decided to try here! The place is nice ,and workers were super helpful with helping us decide our order. I tried like 3 different flavors before I ordered. I got ice cream sundae for $10! I thought that was a lot . It was good tho but not better than cold stone in my opinion. This poor guy is all by himself trying to make shakes, cones, etc. for a long line of people. The 'stuffed shake' is one of their signature items & making it is a work of art. This means it takes time to craft one of these delicacies. You choose one flavor, preselected choices, & the toppings are also preselected. It's good, but the $13 price tag is more for the plane, Jane, no logo jar-glass you keep, than the shake. Since this employee is running solo the rest of the place is looking rough. Very nice place! Great customer service. And, they have a large variety of flavors. They have your usual favorites of vanilla and chocolate but then also have quirky mixes that just do little dances on your tastebuds! One star. Why? I went to purchase a brownie with ice cream & the employee working there was very rude and was on their phone the entire time giving me service. To add I wanted to change the ice cream from vanilla to another flavor they clearly had in stock but she also refused rudely. It's crap because I could've taken my money and went to Kroger's or Walmart but I wanted to support this business. Never again! read more
