The bag was split large enough that a whole sandwich would fall out. We had ordered coleslaw and mashed for 2 people. No cutlery was in the bag. We did not notice until we were back on the road. We had to turn around and go through the drive-through again. It took the employee a couple of minutes before she came to the window... When she opened the window, there was no greeting of any kind. We told her she had neglected to put cutlery in the bag. Without even looking at us, she handed us one spork. We looked at her as she would not meet our eyes. We told her we needed a second one... She offhandedly just plucked another from The bin of sporks and handed it to us. This was the worst employee encounter we have had in a very long time.
