The most glaringly egregious problem inherent in the deeply flawed franchise model is that the business in question is only as good and as competent as their owner. My wife's Meximelt, one of the items from different eras returning for a limited time, was literally prepared sometime during the 1980s. My pintos and cheese was ice cold and shared the same consistency and taste as asphalt. It was obviously left to cook for months. My chicken burritos were filled with cat food. The chicken was as white as an albino polar bear in a blizzard. My daughter's tacos were filled with a dark grey, flavorless flesh from an animal we may never identify. You've done it, Taco Bell! First visit to this location. I'm a huge Taco Bell fan. This location most likely won't get any more visits from me. I walked right in and was greeted and didn't have to wait in line. I asked if I could upgrade the taco in the meal deal to a double stack of course paying an up charge. I was told no so I ordered a-la-cart. I also ordered a Mexican pizza and drink. Tried to get Baja Blast and it was out. So I tried sugar free Baja Blast and it was squirting everywhere and all foam so I think the dispenser head was bad. I tried to inform them of both issues but was ignored. I rinsed my cup out and got different flavor. I got the last medium lid in the holder and area was a mess. Napkins were out in all holders but one holder. Sauces were all out except a pack here or there laying around so I found enough to use. The people behind me had to ask for sauce at the counter. The temperature inside the store was boiling. I almost went to my car to eat bc it was so hot. Everyone was complaining. I got food and the Chipotle Cheddar Double Stack taco was excellent. The pizza was actually terrible. The beans were very soupy and all over the place running off of the tortilla. IT hardly had any beef or cheese on it. It was very flavorless even after putting three packs of Fire sauce and one Diablo sauce. It was just bad. I never saw them change drinks out or fill condiments or clean up while I was there. I get to the window and I get 3 crunchy tacos I give that back and say that's not right and repeat the whole order to her. Then they give me a bag with 5 soft things in it And I say I'm missing the crunchy taco and the quesadilla. She takes out one of the crunchy tacos from the first bag and puts it in a bag with the quesadilla. This Taco Bell is near my job. A majority of the time I receive great service, a correct order, and delicious food. I had a morning craving for some nacho and made a stop by the Bell to satisfy if. The nachos were great until have way through I found a hair in my food. My hair is long and curly and was pulled back. This hair was short and black. I called and they offered to remake the order, but I felt pretty nauseous after finding hair in my food. The worker was nice and said she would let a manager know as one was not in, but didn't take any of my information down. If it is on a screen, and not spoken through words I wouldn't imagine it's too difficult to get it right. This Taco Bell has been here since i was in middle school Hell probably longer. So on a rainy day this week when we dropped in to get 3 of the $5 Challupa boxes with a drink. I was kinda excited. Okay lets be honest lol I was really tasting for tacos lol and that commercial we saw at the hotel made it look so delicious and 3D. So of course tacos was it. 1st turn off: The whole floor was sticky like someone spilled a whole tray of of soft drinks or accedentally turned over the whole sweet teadispenser. 2nd turn off: They used a dirty mop to swatch around and clean it up with dirty water already in the mop bucket. 3rd turn off: Maybe it was because of the rain..... but a cockroach was crawling on the floor in front of the register. 4th turn off: The table tops were sticky.. it made me wonder if they used the sticky clean up mop water or a dirty rag they used to clean up the fountain drink area to wipe off the tables. 5th and final turn off: I was pissed at myself for waiting until the 5th turn off. I must have really wanted tacos from taco bell. And it really sucks that this is the only one in town. And that i keep seeing tgem dang commecials making my mouth water. The food is ok, I haven't had any issues with it yet. The manager is rude though. I believe that they change the opening hours to their convenience so don't expect them to be open at 9am like google says. After being at the drive through for a while we go up to the window, it was closed, but I wanted to ask at what time do they open, so an employee opened it and said we're not open yet. The manager comes out after her upset that she opened the window and said " you don't have to open, they should know if they see that the drive through isn't working.
