It's a sometimes fast food place. Sometimes the food is hot and other times it's not. Sometimes your order is right and sometimes it's not. Sometimes you get good customer service and sometimes you don't. Seems like it's going down hill, especially in the past year. Could be better with some improvement. I've popped in and out of the Chick Fil A through the years with only positive experiences. Today was no exception. So, it's difficult to understand the 2 star rating. The long line was quick moving, the restaurant clean and the employees pleasant. When dining inside this location gives you a table sign, and an employee will bring the order to you. Fresh Flowers adorn each table and the employees are pleasant and willing to help and serve. Their Southwest Chicken salad is an absolute favorite of mine!! The greens were fresh, the grilled chicken has the right amount of spice, the tortilla chips and pepitas add the right amount of crunch. This salad does pack a bit of heat which I love! So...this chain founded supposedly on customer service...so much so that they have all but abolished parking to discourage inside eating...does not staff adequately during dinner time on a Saturday evening. You will save a good bit of time. The drive thru line was very long. The person taking our order was very friendly and efficient. There were two lines for ordering but once you passed the order taker it funneled into one line. Definitely not the fastest Chick-fil-a drive thru I have gone through. Our order was correct. The food was hot. No complaints there at all. And the person delivering our order was very friendly. The loss of a star was driven by the length of time we sat in the drive thru line. read more

I've been eating, and loving Chick-fil-A since 1984 when I worked there in high school. In the forty years since, I've never had one bad experience...not one...until last night. My son and I placed standard orders for dine-in. The food arrived 25 minutes later. And my sandwich had no pickles! Our experience was not unique. We were there almost 45 mins. No more than one table at a time had their food in the dining. No one even had drinks. Only one register was working...and the cashier did not have the bright, friendly personality that is CFA's trademark. The person who delivered our food was even more flat and lacking in hospitality. There was also no front of house staff apologizing for delays, delivering drinks ahead of meals to keep people happy. Families with small kids were really frustrated. 20 minute waits...no good for small children! I saw no signs of an operator or manager who was trying to brighten the mood and make things right. It was the antithesis of ANY Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. I've never said this before about any location, but this place may not make it. read more

I am not sure what they were thinking when they renovated. It almost feels like a drive-thru kiosk, minimalist style, like at the airport or something. They removed all napkins, condiments, cutlery etc., from the dining room, so you need to ask an employee for any little thing, for them to bring to you from the kitchen. There is only a single cashier at the front of the store. The business model seems to want to force you to use the drive-thru or online pick-up at the store and leave. Again, why? The normal, traditional Chick-fil-A model is expected, loved and appreciated all over the country. Why mess that up? Operations are slow as can be. I have been here on 2 occasions since they reopened, and both times my waits were 20-30 minutes (pick up and drive-thru). Please, franchise owner: do something to fix this place. This is the first time I've been back since they remodeled. I agree with everyone else; the drive thru here is terrible and extremely slow. I ordered through the app for a mobile pickup and still had to wait in line 15 minutes and counting. Not sure why it takes so long for them to complete the order on the front end. I don't think I have ever had a bad experience at a Chick-Fil-A until I visited the one Brunswick. We were passing through and pulled off the interstate and drove down a couple of miles to this location for breakfast. Upon pulling in nothing unusual about the location; typical crowded drive-thru like all other locations. What we did notice after getting in line is that this location is so much slower than any other locations; they needed employees outside taking orders, but everyone was waiting until they got to the speaker. Once there we had to repeat our order numerous times; and finally they repeated it back to us. We drove up to the window to pay and pick up our order. Not very friendly like other locations; no response to our "thank you". We drove and parked. Looking at the receipt we paid for everything we actually ordered. However they forgot an order of tots, but we would let that go. Then I opened my bagel to find the smallest breast of chicken that I've had at any Chick-Fil-A location; and it was cold! We were just ready to get home and ate the cold breakfast and headed on our way. We won't go out of way from the interstate to visit this store again. read more

This was my first time visiting since the remodel. I went inside for a carry out order. People were shoulder to shoulder at the order line and the pick-up line. When your name is called to pick up your order you must make your way (through the people waiting) to the front to pick it up. Then make your way back through the crowd to get to the exit door. There needs to be an exit door closer to where your order is picked up. The servers announce your name when your order is ready and many people are talking and can't hear when their name is called. Very inefficient process. There is a screen with names and symbols on it which I didn't quite understand what it was for, my name never appeared on the screen. There is not enough floor space for the order and pick-up lines. Whoever designed the logistics for this remodel needs to find another job! read more

I always have a great experience at Chick-fil-A over any other restaurant. The service there is better than any other restaurant i've been to. The staff are always friendly and always greeting customers with a smile. What stands out most is how they get my orders almost every single time, no matter how customized. For the most part, this location was decent before and after the rebuild, although the new layout is terrible (small on the inside/Trapped in a long and narrow drive-thru line). I knew some bugs needed to be worked out after reopening, so I had grace on the time it could take to get my order. Things seemed to return to standard quick service, and then they added the "mobile order" drive-through lane. I was excited to see this because I only ordered through my phone. So far, I used this feature and lane 3 times and three times, it has been awfully slow. Yes, I drive straight to the front after scanning the QR code, passing everyone in the regular line, but then I sit for 15-20 minutes and watch all the non-mobile orders come out and drive off. Today, I sat for 20 minutes waiting on milkshakes as I watched food and shake orders taken to several cars and even cars behind me. Magically, when I decided to ask for an update on my shakes, they were ready; how convenient. I'll return to the inside pick-up or regular order line until they figure out this "mobile order" lane. It's supposed to be faster, but I have yet to experience that. read more

We did not. We waited 20 minutes for our food while plenty of people in the regular drive thru received their food. For a while we didn't see any workers delivering food. It was like they all disappeared while I could see a ton of orders sitting at the window. I have never seen a less productive Chick-fil-A in my entire life.
