I placed an order for pick up & was told my Oder would be ready at 6:15. It's now it's 6:40 and still not ready. They give no reason for the delay. I don't know about the food since I haven't had it. I cannot recommend this place. read more

My husband and I went last night and we both ordered upon ordering I spoke to the cashier who didn't respond no hey what I can I get for you or anything. Ordered online and bag was sealed so I didn't check my order...... silly me. First the good...... my daughters tenders were good and mashed potatoes hot. Also the fries were hot and good. The bad...... my Nashville tenders where so bad I threw them away. Only 2 had seasoning on them and the rest had nothing! Ordered mashed potatoes and didn't get them. Sodas were 1/2 full. The ugly...... no soap in the bathroom at all. Waste of $22. Go down the street and try Larrys Subs or across and get Popeyes. Lesson learned. read more

Very rarely do I stop for KFC as most of them are lacking in service and quality of food. This particular Kentucky Fried Chicken - in Brunswick, Georgia - is just east of Interstate 95 on the north side of the street. Went into drive-thru and ordered the 3-tender Georgia Gold basket with potato wedges and biscuit for $5.49. Ruby, the cashier, was polite and friendly and offered many suggestions. Originally offering me the $5 meal deal, I ended up with the Georgia Gold after her explanation. Not a bad choice it turns out. Chicken tenders were actually pretty good. Very flavorful. Potato wedges were okay and the biscuit was dry. The take out bag had a couple of napkins, but no ketchup for the potato wedges. Went to kfc for 2 pot pies. Service was unusually prompt. Got to window and the man at the window caught the error, (there was only 1 in bag) He added another. Got home and opened box, neither pot pie was cooked. The bottom of the aluminum pan was warm but not hot. I put them in the oven to cook them. Bad mistake. I don't know what they did but whatever it was I am regretting eating the pot pie. Both my husband and me are nauseated. NEVER AGAIN. Been to this kfc before and normally they intentionally screw up the order. Order cola, get Dr Pepper, Order pot pie, get a bowl with chicken, mashed potatoes. Better to go across the street to mcDonalds, or Wendy's. Not the best service but the food normally isn't screwed with. And I was FORCED to give 1 star. Hahaha. This is not my first review of this restaurant however, because of the man who took my order it is an excellent one. A young black man , Kim on the ticket, took time to explain my choices and what was on particular orders. We had been going through the drive through and had a hard time placing orders so this time we came inside to talk with a live person. Kim was all this and more. I am a Senior Citizen way above 70 years old and sometimes ( according to my wife) I can be a little cranky. Kim handled me with kid gloves, took my order , made sure it was right and got me in and out quickly. Drove home, 20 minutes, food was hot and coleslaw was cold. After the service we received I heartily recommend KFC at this location. And if lucky enough to get Kim you will have an enjoyable experience read more

I would LOVE to give this place zero stars but that's not a Yelp option. I ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches and they were absolutely gross. Three little pickle slices, about three tablespoons of mayo, and three little popcorn pieces of chicken all sandwiches between the driest sesame buns. Garbage. Opened the second one with less expectations and it was the same. Rude service and took forever. Never again. My advice, never eat there. read more

While traveling home from Disney to NC my family of 6 stopped to eat lunch. It was absolutely the best KFC I've ever been to! As soon as we walked in a man behind the register greeted us. We ordered and the food was hot and delicious. The bathrooms were really clean and stocked. The manager's name was Kevin. He was so nice. His staff was just as friendly. Kevin checked on us while we were eating. We will definitely stop here again if we come through the area again. Highly recommended. read more

The chicken tenders are a hit or miss. Depending on what time it is you won't get fresh ones. Love the 5$ fill ups. Lots of food for a good price. The gravy to mashed potato ratio is way off. Might as well ask for mashed potatoes with your gravy. None of the tables were wiped off and the drink area was dirty. They are very generous with their sauces. The staff is pretty much what you would expect from a kfc. Some are okay others you can tell don't want to be there. read more

The food was fresh, tasty, fast and a great value. Kevin at the register, greeted each person and made them feel welcome to be there. He genuinely seemed like he was glad we were there.
