We ate here at 830 am. We had a pretty pleasant experience. They were short staffed but had great attitudes. They did run out of orange juice but they are like the only fast food place around. Their food came out looking like the pictures! It also tasted fresh. I've never had fresh hash browns like theirs. The facility looked clean and the bathroom was decently clean. Can't say we'll come back because we were just passing through. But it was a good place to stop and we were not disappointed. read more

The hamburger was cold, the roll was stale and cold too. The service was fast because they didn't have to do anything except slap cold food on a stale bun. The fries and onion rings were both cold and lip. Went to the restroom before we ordered, and there were no paper towels to dry your hands. Driving from Florida to South Carolina today stopped to get a burger. Waited in line for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, there's no way to back out or get out of the drive-through which made me even more unhappy with the situation. Disgusting. No toilet paper in bathroom. No soap in bathroom either so I felt really good about all the employees making my food. Gross. Kids meals came out with no toy, no apple sauce, and no drinks. When I asked about it they were out of toys, out of apple sauce and their drink machine wasn't working. seriously!? Staff was extremely rude. Yelled at people if they didn't come up and get their food quick enough when called. I recommend skipping this one. read more

This location struggles. The trash was overflowing, the bathrooms needed cleaning, and toilet paper. Do not recommend this place as a stop because it has very bad service we waited 20 minutes in the drive through and had to abandon it because of how long it was taking. read more

We stopped here on a drive down to Florida and were very pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff was and how quickly the food was prepared (and it was still hot and fresh). Then we stopped there again on the return home and had a similar positive experience. I know fast food places in general have a tendency to attract more negative reviews than positive, but this is a legitimately quality BK. read more

this is the worst Burger King I've ever been too. They wouldn't honor the price that was on the menu and then they told us we have to take our food and leave or go through the drive thru because they were closing the dining room in 15 minute. she gave us a huge attitude when telling us. Then she bagged up our food and threw it on the counter and didn't say a word. Then when we were leaving with our food the guy unlocked the door and told us with an attitude, to bad we couldn't accommodate your needs. Super slow. Made me pull up for the two for 6 impossible whoppers and a drink. They were even busy. The guy said he couldn't hear me on the drive thru so I had to keep repeating my order. Food and service were OK, but the men's room was a mess! Looks like the flushing handle/mechanism hasn't been cleaned in weeks, and there was no toilet paper in the stall. I've never seen a toilet in such bad condition. Called the Burger King hotline to register my complaint when I got home, and was told I would receive a call soon from management. Meh, it's a Burger King. The staff was alright. There were no other customers present when we here. No condiments were available unless you asked for them. The lemonade ran out while I was trying to get a drink. Not sure I'll be back while passing through with a much nicer Burger King approximately 15 from here. read more

First off waiting in line took forever and I went to the kiosk menu and it was broke and the other was not. Secondly there was no ice in the coke machine and the drinks came out hot. Third there is a sorry amount of meet on the burger and they put way to much condiments on it. Fourth the water came out brown. Fifth there was a guy cleaning the parking lot but only the sidewalks And the rest looked like trash Including a dirty diaper and cups. Sixth the tables in the restaurant were dirty inside. The tables dont get cleaned and there's trash on the floor. Seventh the area next to coke machine had spilled drink all over it. I am super dissatisfied with my visit at this Burger King. I will NOT EVER visit this Burger King again. I will not recommend to anyone: if there was an option for zero or negative stars they would have it. read more

After I was lied out another women said that they turned around and said "what do they need toilet paper for." About a dozen of us walked out and ate at Wendy's. Hard to imagine being so frustrated with a quick stop on the road. We saw our fish sandwich sit for 5 minutes before being bagged. The cashier kept bagging and handing meals to the drive thru person. Numbers after ours were called up while our food sat there. The fries were doused in salt with a shaker that was like a heavy shower. All options for low sugar soda (pop) showed up unavailable. Was 11:30 am today. Not busy so that's no excuse. Looks like poor management. Now I see why our local BK went under. read more

As a local, I can say there aren't many options in this small town. With that said, Burger King is a place we visit perhaps once a week, always at the drive-thru. The staff is polite and the food is decent (come on, it's fast food), but I've found one negative: an item will be left out of your order frequently. wow ..I went in at 1pm and people lined up to door and only the drive thru reg and 1 at counter going!there were about 12 people in there and I ASKED WHY ARE YOU ONLY DOING ONE REG..SHE SAID ..BECAUSE we dont have anyone to run ti..do you mean with all those people no one else can take orders?
