Little old lady with the gold grill is disgusting and rude. She shoved her hands in my food and gripped it all up to show me there was chicken in my cantina bowl (there was literally 4 pieces and I asked for extra) so just like anyone else, I wanted a refund. She said "ight that's ok" and chucked it in the trash can like I was the problem. Clearly an unhappy person that takes it out on her customers. Manager was nice and gave me a refund and asked if she could make me something for free. As nice as that was, I had to decline. I don't want anything that comes out of a place like that. Exterior They're located right off I-95 Darien exit and it's a combination KFC / Taco Bell. Interior I didn't venture inside so I'm not sure. Price / Value Taco Bell is pricey unless you stick to a combo. That hasn't changed. I think it's crazy that TB's food is often pricier than the same items at a genuine Mexican or Mexi-Cali restaurant. Customer Service When I was down here for six months (2019 - 2020), I avoided this spot because I'd had some bad experiences (food and customer service). When I arrived in town this time, other than Burger King - they were the only place open for business. And I'd stopped at Burger King first but they were out of the chicken filets so I left and drove over here. When I asked the young lady if she knew how to ring me up for a fresco style taco, she acted as though I was speaking a foreign language. I pulled up to the window and went round and round and I finally gave up and ordered a Mexican Pizza. I was complaining to my brother about it and he told me I should go back - so I did. This time, the space cadet formerly manning the register was MIA and the new person said, "I don't know what's on the fresco tacos / I don't know how to make one but there's a button the register for it." ARGH!!! I ordered 2 fresco tacos and I'm glad I did because the Mexican pizza was awful. It was tough - as though the tostadas were stale. It's the first time I've ever encountered this at any Taco Bell. The manager came over when i was placing my second order and both the manager and this employee were very nice - friendly and professional. On my next visit (once again, I went in search of dinner after 10pm and Burger King and Waffle House were my only other options), I tried one of their new power bowls. See photos. It was pretty bad. Bland with very little protein. Overall Overall, I'm glad to see that the customer service has improved (aside from my one interaction with the clueless, rude young lady on the first visit), but the food is just not good. The locations I visit in metro Atlanta can be counted on for a good late night Mexican pizza and an overpriced soft taco with chicken but this one, not so much. read more

4 stars for the Taco Bell, but I can't really say that about the KFC side. Odd, I know. I've never truly been let down at this Taco Bell. The food is good, fast and hot every time I've ordered. Today I got a grilled cheese burrito with chicken and a Baja blast with no ice. The soda was correct but they gave me a buffalo grilled cheese with chicken. Not a big issue, it was really good. At the speaker, the employee was super nice. Almost over the top nice. At the window, the two females were still really pleasant. They handed me the receipt and it became clear, they wanted my "good" review for "Kelly" and "Ms Julia". Pretty sure those were their names. I'm happy to give a good review, but next time if there is a plan to be nice to get a review, might want to get my order right. That holds a lot of weight in an honest review. Overall, clean parking lot and drive thru area. Overly nice staff and a great burrito, even if it wasn't exactly what I ordered. This place is straight trash! There was no one in line and service was fast. The employee at the drive through was nice all the other employees were just standing around holding the counter up. We drove off and got pretty far from the store before opening our food. Our quesadilla wasn't cut and had barely anything inside of it. The food was exceptional. However the customer service was on the poor side. The young lady who took our order (Kaylee) I believe that is what her name is or that's at least the name that was on our receipt. She was not very nice, shouldn't really bother me however she kept giving nasty looks to the point where we knew it was intentional. Rude. Rude. Rude!!! And not to mention how long it took for us to get our food. We ended up missing items from our order and had to go back to get them. Not to mention the fact that they handed our order to a different customer and it was because we noticed that we realized it was our food. When you stop for food at a combo KFC/Taco Bell, your expectations are already low. If a group of 15 year olds just takes your order and brings your food after you pay, it's a win for them. This place failed even that very low standard. 8 orders were waiting to be filled. Sad looking hungry people. We waited 10 minutes to order 5 items. Then we stood there for 30 additional minutes. Never seen anything like it. Employees wandering about slowly. Trash everywhere. Never got our food. I had to ask for a refund twice. Then even that took another 10 minutes. I regret every part of this experience. They are an example of why you should be able to give negative stars. I was worse off for having crossed paths with this place. Run away. Run far far away. This Taco Bell had the friendliest service I've ever experienced. Located next to one of the worst gas station I've ever been into. The employees were welcoming, patient and efficient. Of course the food is the standard Taco Bell/KFC fast food combo but the employees were unforgettable. The trudge of working along I-95 is apparent up and down the east coast and you become desensitized to miserable unwelcoming employees that you meet all over but not here. I'm glad I went to this Taco Bell because I've never had my expectations exceeded in customer service ever so well. PS cleanest bathrooms we've experience yet on this road trip. read more

This combo KFC/Taco Bell spot has been recently updated. Not only has the building been refurbished the restaurant has been too. Admittedly they had a well deserved bad reputation for slow service with poor employee attitudes but things have improved so much. Kudos to the management for getting things restarted on better footing. read more

When you run a drive through, you have two jobs; take my order accurately and give me what I ordered. My order was rung up accurately. I ordered two new burritos and a small drink. Thank goodness I wanted to eat while driving. I stuck my hand in the bag and inside were three kfc chicken smackers. WTF!?!? We went through the drive threw and asked to wait a minute to order. When the guy finally asked us for our order (2 tacos and a bean burrito) we had to repeat it because he didn't hear us. We go to the window to pay and then we're asked to pull up and waited for a few minutes. Mind you there wasn't anyone behind us or didn't look like anyone was inside. In town for one night and staying at the Hampton Inn next door. Ordered Nachos Belle grande at drive-thru. The worker was very unfriendly both when I was ordering my food and at the window. This is literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have been to many around the country and this was horrible. You can't customize your order, we couldn't change the taco shell flavor inside cheesy Gordita crunch which everywhere else can. We then waited 26 minutes for food. None of the food had sauce on it (quesadilla, cheesy Gordita crunch) and the tostada had no red sauce but sour creme which was completely wrong (I don't work there and I know how it should be made!). Then they remade it incorrectly again. Still no sauce. Food was inedible. The restaurant was also horribly dirty. Unclean tables, trash spilling out and the bathroom...not usable. We spent two days loading a moving truck and spent eight hours on the road. Any food should have been devoured. Not so much. This is more of a KFC then Taco Bell. As a traveling salesman, if I'm not taking someone to lunch, I'm searching for the nearest Bell sign. I love Taco Bell - period. This really is the only Taco Bell food I have EVER not finished - and I was famished. Like I said, it's a KFC mostly and during our time in the dining room, we were the only one's that didn't order chicken. Therefore, I think the Bell fixings sit in the steel heating pans for a very long time. The rice and chicken in my Shredded Chicken Burritos were both over cooked and super dried out. OK so I know it's Taco Bell but this is the best Taco Bell that I have ever had in my life. The place is clean, the bathrooms are clean, the people are friendly. It is not convenient for him to return to get missing items (30 min away) so that makes it hard to get problem fixed - but in my opinion with this happening on a regular basis it is a HUGE problem! read more

Terrible service, no time to help a customer, when they are talking about personal issues. 75% of the time going through the drive through it takes 30 min to get your food if they didn't forget it. Had a lady take my order half way through she walked away for 10 min and some how forgot we were ordering then couldn't remember the order right.
