Went to Mc Donald's ordering through the drive up window tonight at 8:00pm on Sunday 8/11. Just met the most self entitled teenagers. None of them were friendly from the boy who took my money was more interested what was on his phone to the pick up window girl who had me move after 10 seconds at the window. (no special order) don't know why I had to go to the side to keep the lane clear. There was no one behind me for 8 minutes. (yes I timed it).... Then the other boy who came out to deliver my order who couldn't be bothered to hand me the order I had to reach for it outside my window. The three people I encountered I'm glad they work for Mc Donalds instead of suicide hot line...... I have had better service by older people who can appreciated and take pride in what they do....Instead of these Brats. read more

What can I say, McDonald's around the U.S. are pretty standard. Yet, I believe this is one of the nicer, cleaner McDonald's I have been to. The inside has been newly refurbished. This place is a popular place for teens to hang out and grab a bite to eat late at night. If you are looking for something quick and decent, this McDonald's is not a bad place to choose. read more

Very poor service . As soon as you walk in the door the manager is telling you to use the kiosk because she's too busy to take your order . She was very rude. On the kiosk machine you cannot choose to make things large or certain orders and the service was very poor just no help at all . The Manager that is working her name is Linda it is 8:30p.m. My time and I don't recommend this McDonald's to anyone very poor service . read more

The employees will actively moan at you to leave even when there are several minutes on the clock for ordering food. I don't have to see Maria's face to know she's having a bad day. By the first sentence she has spoken over the speaker, the grumpiness has reached palpable levels. Also, the times they have gotten my order right for the quarter pounder deluxe is far outweighed by the times they got it wrong. Frequently, they forget the deluxe part, leaving me with a lackluster version of my sandwich that contains no lettuce, tomatoes, and whatever other goodness that comes the deluxe add. I told her that there was a mistake on the screen and she told me that it was corrected yet my order wasn't delivered the way that I requested it. Incompetent workers, gets your order wrong 95% of the time (even if it's literally just fries and a soda), I ordered today but I guess the manager is clearly too stupid to process that and said it was my fault when I literally showed him my order, that I clicked order, that I was here, and told it to the person at the speaker. Yikes didn't know people could be so unintelligent. I then deleted my account because I read the owner likes to steal from customers and charge them on stuff they never got, so I cancelled the order (hopefully) and deleted my account. If I see a charge I'm going straight to the bank lol because I guess he's resulted to scamming and stealing. I knew McDonald's was cheap and low quality but I didn't realize it was that bad. I think the real insult to injury here is the obvious decline based on online reviews paired with the fact that the franchisees continue to ignore the problem and keep their entire menu at a perpetual 50% markup. During an early morning meeting out in Danville, all I could think about was Coffee. Coffee, Coffee, Coffee. By the time I dragged my butt over here I was running on fumes. I was also a little hungry and decided to get a Sausage Egg Mcmuffin with Cheese, Hash Browns and my Coffee. It was 10:45am and to my dismay was told that they werent serving breakfast any longer. i'm not too big on eating much fast food these days but i can actually want to hang out at this mcdonald's. first of all the outside and inside of the restaurant is remarkably clean. i know it's blackhawk but who would of thought?! oh it gets better!!!!! a flat screen tv inside and free wifi make this the ultimate mcdonald's location. even the food tastes better and the items seem to resemble as they look in ads and in commercials. i was first aware of this location and all of it's awesomeness on a date i once had. this would prove to be quite the memorable date for many reasons. first of all we had ended up at mcdonald's because we had gotten out of a movie pretty late and it was the only place still open. i felt so bad! a first date and i was taking her to mcdonald's?! well we had a very nice time inside getting to know each other over big macs and hot crispy fries. so we headed hoe quite pleased and i was feeling really good about the evening and how things were going. just minutes from her home a cat ran out into the street and right into the rear wheel of the car. let's just say it really put a damper on the rest of the evening and these was no first kiss for me. overall if you want a mind blowing experience at a mcdonald's make the drive in blackhawk for two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onion on a sesame seed bun. read more

How far they have fallen. This use to be a nice little restaurant serving a small and affluent East Bay community. Clean and well kept. Use to be. McDonald's I think I've found the problem. At 4:30 one hot summer day we stopped by this once fav spot for a coke and a little cool air. Use to be you'd see the owner once in awhile. Usually doing fries. The crew was always well dressed and friendly. Did I mention use to be? Now its axiomatic that at 4:30 a restaurant is pretty much as clean as it ever gets. Lunch is over and the crew has lots of time to clean. Not at Danville. The place was a mess. Every table was dirty. Most were sticky. The trash was over flowing. There were cleaning tools laying unused in the floor. The ice machine and beverage station was trashed. The floor was filthy. It looked like they had held a mountain bike race in the lobby. And it stunk. It smelled of garbage. We sat to drink our beverage but had to leave. #McDonalds you just gave up. No wonder your customers have too. read more

Who hasn't been to McDonald's? There isn't much I can say about food because it's fairly standardized that you can't mess it up. However, I will comment on how awesome this location is. This McDonald's is by far the the cleanest McDonald's I've been to. Plus, they have a flat screen tv which is awesome and free Wifi. You could spend all day at McDonald's eating cheap food, watching tv and surfing the internet. This McDonald's is really trying to upgrade itself as a place to go hang out. Be afraid! Be very afraid! And stay away from this location! They are violating health codes by recycling food that other customers have returned and may have touched! I've had numerous problems with this location making errors on my orders, but today was the last straw. I placed a mobile order which they claimed they never received. Rather than help me, they kept telling me to place another order and pay twice for my food. Then as I'm standing at the counter, another customer returns his food because he was given the wrong order. Yes, his tray had my order on it. No apologies from the manager Mike(?). He tries to downplay his error. He takes the tray the customer had returned and he throws away the fries, but starts playing hot potato with the chicken nugget containers, shuffling them around in the back. I watch as he gets new fries and tries to hand me the nuggets the other customer had returned! I told him I didn't want something someone else may have touched and he begrudgingly gets me new nuggets. I had also ordered a drink, but Mike was already gone and the cashier decided it was more important to help another customer. I got fed up and just helped myself to the cup. This is my local McDonald's so when the little one asks for chicken nuggets, it's easiest to come here, but never again. I'd rather drive a little further than to risk being handed another customer's returned food. read more

I don't usually order my sandwiches or burgers without the bun, but did so today. The first impression was surprising impeccable. They provided the bun-less grilled chicken sandwich in a plastic container and even threw in a knife and fork for me. Opening the container, the sight of a grilled chicken wrapped in lettuce and topped by a slice of tomato was surely appetizing. I was enjoying my fancy oversized grilled chicken nugget when I apparently disturbed the resting spot of a dead fly. Now, this is McDonald's. Highly processed foods with maybe enough preservatives to keep me in better shape than Lenin after I die is within my expectations. Dead fly, not so much. So, this is rather disappointing. It's especially nice to have a late-night fast food option when nothing else around is open. Since I've been coming here for a while now, I'm certainly hoping this is a one off. read more

One of the more cleaner and modern McDonalds I have been to, with high definition plasma TV screens and colorful modern decor. One of the McDonald's that still has the dollar menu. Food is standard to every other McDonalds, i came here once late at night like 12:00 am at the drive thru and the fries were a bit nasty, but i guess its what i get for coming so late. The customer service is pretty friendly and its a popular hangout spot for young teens. read more

I don't eat fast food...ever. Honestly, I think it's been 10+ years since I've had fast food BUT I will OCCASIONALLY take my children for a Happy Meal. I'm actually kind of bummed that they make the Happy Meals with both apple and fries now because I never let my children get fries before. It was always apples. Now, luckily, they usually inhale their apples and take a couple bites of fries and are satisfied. As far as McDonald's goes, this one is very clean and organized. The people who work here are very polite as well. I also learned the LMFAO are actually father and son from watching the videos they always have on the TV's there. Probably the worst McD's I have ever been to! Either gave me the wrong iced coffee drink, or it was incorrectly made (sugar free vanilla iced latte tasted terrible!). (I had to drive through twice to get it corrected). The fries were under cooked and soggy (first time ever recieving them like that ANYWHERE! The chicken McNuggets were cold and like rubber balls (again a first!). The staff lacks energy and acts like they don't even want to be there (sad). Drive-thru is open until 1:00 am 7 days a week. One of the few fast food chains to eat in this area. Clean too. Favorite hang-out for the local kids after the movies late at night since its the only thing open asides Chevron or Safeway. Typical McDonald's, dinning room for both grownups and kids in mind.
