I love the location of this place! Right near downtown Danville also right off the iron horse trail. There is amply outdoor seating which I love. Service was good excellent. Kind and prompt servers. Our friends who live in the area swear this place has the best wings. We arrived a little before noon on a Saturday and were seated inside promptly. As the afternoon went on it got really packed both outside and inside. Our server was super friendly and bilingual which was amazing because my kid only speaks Spanish. I couldn't decide what to choose so I picked the pulled pork sandwich which was great for this not being a bbq place. The pork was tender and some pieces were crispy. The slaw was perfect- not too sweet and not too moist. My kid loved the pretzel bites, I just wish they had more kid menu options because thankfully, my kid doesn't eat nuggets and cheese pizza. I paired my huge sandwich and fries with their crisp and clean pilsner. My spouse loved their hazy ipa and took a four pack home. There's a large parking lot right across the street from Danville brewing which is really convenient. I walked in and was promptly greeted by the hostess who took myself and my friend to seating. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the Rizz drink and it came out quick and tasted good. I'd say the prices are average to other places, which unfortunately means it's is about $19-23 for a sandwich/burger meal. I split a Reuben with my friend and it was massive and filling for two people. I think Danville brewing is a good place to go for casual dining and delicious food. Another dinner here with friends while in town for business. This place is great, good decor, good food, good service - just a bit loud with all the happy people! We were seated right away (four of us) and our server Jeff quickly brought us water and took some drink orders. We ordered some appetizers and some entrees as well. These included a bacon grilled cheese (hold the bacon!) with a bowl of cheddar broccoli soup, a salmon sandwich, a paleo bowl, Ahi nachos, an Ahi Tuna burger (garlic fires for a side), a buttermilk fried chicken, house made pretzel bites, and Shishito peppers - two orders, please! The food was delivered in a timely manner, and with the apps first and hot. The Shishito peppers are delicious and were ginormous this time! They came with a cherry pepper aioli that had a kick to it! The pretzel rolls, soft and not too chewy, were well salted and did great with the cheese (DBC beer cheese) dipping sauce. Yummy. The Ahi nachos (Ahi poke, pico de gallo, avocado cream, horseradish cream, taro chips) were different. The taro chips were not everyone's favorite, but the overall taste and texture of the dish was great. For the mains, the burger was very good, as well as the salmon sandwich. The grilled cheese was good, with tasty cheeses (gouda, cheddar, habanero jack - had a slight heat to it!) and crispy grilled sourdough bread. The soup was thick and tasty, and very hot, like I like it. The paleo bowl (with choice of chicken breast, beef or turkey patty 18 choice of hanger steak ,salmon, ahi, or Beyond patty 20 served with farmer's seasonal vegetables) was well constructed and full. The egg was cooked to our request and the corned beef hash is definitely location made. There are french fries under the hash which are cooked crisp to soak the flavors without getting soggy. They have a nice beer selection which changes regularly. Staff: the host is attentive and you are quickly greeted, then seated. Our waitress was very helpful for menu selection and she kept out water glasses filled. Location: a large parking lot is barely 2 buildings away and there is street parking. Stopped by on a Friday night for some beers and snacks before dinner. The place is large with a ton of seating inside and out. We sat outside because we had the dogs with us. The service was good minus the issue of them never turning the heater in for us after we asked them multiple times as it was freezing outdoors. They have an extensive beer menu to choose from: we opted to make a flight and also share some fries and pretzel bites. Everything came out super quick. The pretzel bites were delicious. Great brewery & restaurant in downtown Danville! Lots of TVs and indoor seating, plus a bit parklet with space heaters outdoors. I got a flight of 6 beer pours that were great (a few IPAs, including the triple, blonde, schwarzbier, all solid!). The wings were very saucy and quite tasty. The chili fries were only OK, but the truffle fries were quite good. The carnitas salad was excellent (so much great, lean, flavorful carnitas in there) and the patty melt was also super tasty. From the tables you can see the brewing tanks albeit we have never been there where we saw staff making the brews. The appetizers and "burgers" are all good. We had a great experience walking in to Danville Brewing! Service and food were both amazing. Our server Rachel was consistently anticipating our needs (and we had 3 little Kids with us melting down at various points!). The hostess was also so sweet, letting our son pick through so many coloring options. The kids had kids burgers and fries which were fantastic. Second visit here - had been looking forward to it and it didn't disappoint but was not quite as good as my previous visit - the beer was the saving grace! Out server was nice but I think she was a little overwhelmed with too many tables - my husband had wanted to order another drink and some wings but it took so long for anyone to come to our table, we were cold and had stacked plates so did not want to wait anymore - she was however super nice to realize we were on the cusp of happy hour and get our appetizer orders in. The IPA flight was delicious- they make some fantastic beers and it is a very good slight with 6 generous pours!! We enjoyed the Shishito peppers which were fantastic , crispy Brussels sprouts - also good and the poke nachos - these badly needed some heat and a tad more seasoning and I not sure yucca chips work as though they taste great, half of them were just too soggy to enjoy! Came here on a whim at around 130 on a weekday. there was only one other group at a table and a few patrons at the bar. Our waiter was friendly and checked on us casually during our lunch. There was a kids menu so this would be great for families and wife enough for strollers! The place also has oddly shared bathrooms down a back hall but they were clean and well kept. The food was amazing! We literally ate all the scraps off the plates. The ingredients are top notch and you can tell the food is elevated pub goods. The beer tasting menu looked interesting with some beer flavors that seemed seasonal and artisanal. They allow you a taste before purchase so that was a plus. Starting from the phone order... oh, dear. Pretty simple... 2 Buttermilk Fried Chicken dinners, which we assumed come as described. Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetable... I ordered a stout, patty melt and side cesar. The stout was great. Rich and complex flavor and definitely better than a can of Guinness. The patty melt was also excellent. Crispy bread, beef and spicy cheesy sauce The Cesar salad was disappointing and an obvious afterthought on the menu. I feel like these staple items should be a bastion of comfort. I.e. even if you didn't enjoy anything you ate, at least the fkn salad was great. In this case, the dressing was light and lacking in flavor. The Romain was cut so small that I spent more calories shoveling it into my mouth than actually eating it. Highly suggest reworking that menu item read more

How is this place only 3.9 stars? Great location in a great little downtown area with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, super clean with great decor - I always enjoy seeing the action happening, and you can see the brew set up and the team working through the glass doors. The beers are delicious, and they have a great range of styles - not just a tap list full of different IPAs. The beers we tried were fresh, flavorful, and unique. My personal favorites were the Chuck Double IPA and the Lucky 4 Leaf. Unlike other brew pubs, they also have a full bar and a nice wine list, so anyone would be happy coming in. We came in around 4 pm just for snacks and a drink, so I can only speak to the appetizers, but they surprised and delighted. The pretzel bites were very obviously fresh in-house - they looked a bit like if Kings Hawaiian were a pretzel, pull apart with a nice fluffy middle and a great crust on top. Sitting at the bar, we could see into the kitchen, and they were making everything fresh. The food coming out looked great, with a nice mix of menu items to satisfy all - and it looked vibrant and fresh. I'm looking forward to coming back again soon. read more
