Good customer service and nice ambiance. There are outdoor seating as well as indoor dining areas. I love the cozy atmosphere and the menu has small plates, side orders , lunches , dinners and a brunch special menu . Three of us order a pot of tea with loose leaves for $6 . One cup is $4 . We have order 2 egg Benedict ( with ham or smoked salmon ) . The eggs are porched perfectly.hollandaise sauce tastes great . It is a pleasant surprise that it comes with quinoa bun and watercress. I enjoy the low carb option and it does not turn mushy like the English Muffin . We have tried the Seabass - scallops Chupin with mussels, giant scallops , chick peas , clams , mussels , tomato , funnel and grilled bread . Aracely is one of the best gems in the bay! I came for brunch with friends and the experience was absolutely incredible! The service is great and the menu is perfectly curated. The ambiance is romantic and vibey, and I loved all the little details, you can tell they put so much thought into the space. The pork shoulder and belly bowl was my favorite bite! The pork was succulent and fresh, and beautifully balanced with the most delicious wild rice I've ever had. I cannot rave enough about this dish! We also tried the chicken and waffles, which is perfectly crunchy, not too sweet, and piled high! The drinks were so creative and refreshing, I actually think I shed a tear. We had a ladies luncheon here during the holidays. I am torn as I write this review because some things went so well, and some things were unexpected. The planning process was easy and accommodating. We were searching for a Brunch place which wasn't too crowded and somewhere a little more quiet. I had been to Breakfast places in Walnut Creek, and Lafayette, but Danville and San Ramon is the area we wanted to be at. I had seen a few reviews about Aracely's Lounge and was intrigued. I made reservations for an early Breakfast on the weekend, and it was not too busy once we arrived. The place was a Piano bar back in the days, but now it is converted into a quaint Breakfast/ Lunch Lounge with a Full Bar. Israel was our Server/ Bartender. We didn't order any Libations, but started off with Coffees and a Strawberry Pop tart homemade. They also had Espresso drinks and a lot of Brunch Specials. I had the Brunch Combo which was basically 2 Eggs, Bacon , and Zucchini and roasted potatoes. The Wifey had ordered the Sweet Potato with Eggs and Pork Belly. I also ordered a Short stack of Strawberry pancakes. Everything was tasty and it was very filling. Nice Ambiance and patio seating available once the weather gets warmer. I was really disappointed with our brunch experience. Most of the cold and hot items were set up outside in the direct sun, and much of the food sat out getting warm for extended periods of time. The scrambled eggs were cold, salads were sitting in the heat, and even hamburgers were left out in the sun. There was also food inside, including pancakes, waffles, and French toast, but those were all left sitting out in the open air and were cold instead of being kept in warmers. On top of that, several of the glasses and plates were dirty and still had food stuck to them. It honestly felt unsafe and not up to basic health standards. We also asked several times for replacement glasses as they were very dirty. New ones came out with no apologies and still dirty. The serving utensils were very sticky from over use and frankly the wrong utensil. Fruit areas had a small spoon and the whipped cream a larger then needed salad spoon. The whole set up was really sub par especially for the cost at 75 per person. We don't mind spending money on experiences and food but they really were taking advantage of the Mother's Day crowd. What made the experience worse was the response from the owner. When we politely brought up our concerns, she was dismissive and rude, repeatedly saying that "no one else complained." Meanwhile, we overheard a server mention that an entire party had walked out without paying. She brought up that when the person in our party made the reservation She told her they could not accommodated us but made the reservation anyway. I suggested turning us away if we could not have been taken care of. Complete deflection from owner as well as a contradiction of her saying all went smoothly then blaming overbooking. I understand outdoor brunch setups can be challenging, but food safety and customer concerns should be taken seriously. The poached egg crêpes was a presentation I have never seen and had an unexpected flavor and texture. The crêpe was medium fried so it was crisp but nothing like a potato chip. It contained prosciutto, asparagus (shaved and pieces), roasted leeks, and nicely soft poached eggs that was covered with truffle béarnaise sauce. Flavors: excellent and blended nicely. The spring fruit bounty: excellent. The menu leaves the contents a mystery thereby giving the chef creativity to supply the best they can get. Today we had papaya, watermelon, raspberries, blueberries and shaved jicama. As condiments it had date jam, Straus greek yogurt, medjool date purée and bee pollen. Fantastic. Service was relaxed and attentive. A nice wood themed bar is well organized. A couple today were eating at the end of the bar to watch the TV. We definitely recommend giving Aracely a try. Warning to Danville wifes they don't service Rombauer... Be warned! My wife and I decided to give them a try as it was a really warm night and we heard they have a stylish outdoor space. The outdoor space was nice, but could use some work. My wife want not that impressed. Things were going good until the the server arrived. My wife order a lemon drop and the server didn't know what was a lemon drop, really? Then I tried to order a cocktail from the drink menu, but I wanted Woodford instead of the whisky they selected. The server told me the drinks are permixed and they can make substitutions. Wtf, really, total fail, so I just order a Woodford on ice, still $19. Oh and lastly after we ordered they did not take menus or ask if we wanted to keep one. Service (2 Stars) only because they did refill our water glasses and left a bottle of water on the table. We ordered: Empanada (4 stars) The chefs choice was beef that night. The menu offered 2 sauce, Chimichurri and Aji Amarillo sauce. They didn't ask which one so they default to chimichurri (more service issues). Never had chimichurri with an empanada, it was okay but the better choice would have been the Aji Amarillo sauce. Oh good luck trying to get the other sauce, the server was no where after dropping off the food. I decided to eat it hot, rather than cold with the other sauce. Besides all that the empanada was very good, nice sized, flakey dough, slightly spicy meat filling, good stuff! Fried Artichoke Hearts (4 stars) it was served with a lemon herb aoli. They cooked everything right and was very tasty. Lamb Ribs (3.5 Stars) I never heard of rack of lamb as lamb ribs but ok strange name. The lamb was cooked perfectly about 4 bones 2 bones per cut. The seasoning was ok, should have been a little more. The vegetable side dish was really good, very fresh, all cooked perfectly and seasoned. The mashed potatoes were not as smooth as they should be in a place like this (not a country kitchen type place) and a little under seasoned. But overall a decent dish. I went with my family and some friends. The ambiance of the place was really nice and upscale, while providing a silent TV with football so my husband didn't have to miss the game. The place had an impressive drink list. I had a fancy cocktail and husband got a beer from local brewery which we both loved. Food was sooo good! I really like how pretty all the glasses were and even things like the container the syrup was in exc. There is nice outside access as well for a nice day too! I will definitely be coming back. Whether you are looking for a place to get really good food or even just a place to get some really good drinks for a date night, I highly recommend. Have had the pleasure of visiting Aracely twice now and just HAD to write a yelp review. First occasion was dinner and Branzino was unique and delish!!!! Way better than a traditional. Then today had lunch and the Ahi Tartine and it was fantastic! The 2 items that shined both meals were the Truffle fries and the roasted carrots!! Both a MUST. My cousin invited me to the yelp elite event. This was my first event and was pretty excited. I love trying new places! I had this place bookmarked so that was already a win in my book. The event was cool and different. I'd love to attend more. The service and interaction from the owner was very unwelcoming. She barely smiled and wasn't friendly or interactive. The drink that was being made was a pumpkin pie White Russian. All you can taste was the heavy cream. I heard others complaining that it tasted like straight milk. The food was tasty though. I did want to give this place a try for dinner one day, but with the owners unwelcoming attitude I wouldn't feel comfortable going back and would rather support a business with a more welcoming atmosphere. We brought the family for dinner tonight. It was 6 pm on a Sunday, and only seven other people were in the restaurant. Today's service was prolonged. With only seven other people in the restaurant, it took 20 minutes to order our drinks after we were seated. After the water arrived, placing our orders took another 25 minutes. I ordered the halibut. When it arrived, it was a cold, hard brick of a fish. So, we asked to try again. We had to as the busboy because our waitress, Arianna, could not be found. She made us really love and miss Natasha from the other day. The second halibut was also overcooked, but less than the first, so I did not complain becauseI didn't want to waste anymore time waiting for food. I need to remember not to order the halibut here. The bouillabaisse was bland, and none of our seafood tasted fresh. The peaches and cream drink was okay. The kid's pepperoni pizza was only half-consumed. My daughter wasnt in love with her chicken bites. Overall, the presentation was great! We just did not enjoy our dinners, and wouldbrate our dinner twp out of 5 stars. We had the poached pear toast with truffled goat cheese and Malbec wine reduction- to die for, 8-hour short rib sandwich with Manchego cheese and homemade horseradish aioli- outstanding. Also had the ricotta ravioli with braised rabbit- terrific. Brussel sprouts may be my favorite. We met the chef, Killian, who seems motivated by providing a great food experience. Good service also. Definitely good value for the money. The restaurant is called Aracely "Lounge" but don't let the word Lounge keep you away. While it has a full bar, it serves brunch, lunch and dinner. Oh my goodness, what a find! We had the best lunch and service at Aracely Lounge! Thank you to Ismael who warmly greeted us and was so prompt, easy going and efficient! We loved the restaurant's decor, the open air feeling and the music too! My daughter and I ordered the hibiscus soda and it was perfection! My daughter took one sip and said "You're gonna like this, Mom." And she was right. I had been watching Ismael prepare our drinks and a lot went into making such a delightfully sweet, bubbly, refreshing and gorgeous looking drink! For our entrees, we ordered the pork shoulder plus belly bowl and the croissant french toast. Both dishes were so scrumptious and we savored every bite! Thank you to the chef for creating the most excellent cuisine! I do not know why this restaurant wasn't packed out during lunchtime. First of all, I'm very glad that I didn't read these negative reviews before trying Aracely on a whim today, with my husband, for a late lunch! We popped into the restaurant once before, just to take a quick look, as we weren't aware that they were there, and while downtown this afternoon, we decided to stop in for a bite to eat. The restaurant was fairly quiet, and since it was a beautiful day, we opted to sit out on the patio. I am both gluten and dairy free and the menu options were pretty limited for me, but I chose the heirloom tomato salad and subbed polenta croutons for the grilled cheese croutons, accompanied by the Amberjack crudo (I inquired about ordering the fish taco from the children's menu, but was told that this is for children only). My husband ordered the halibut entrée, and we both decided on the hibiscus refresher (nonalcoholic) to drink. We were both very pleased with our meals and would definitely order everything that we had again! The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were wonderful! I do think that service could be improved upon, but it wasn't awful by any means. I also think that the prices were a bit steep, especially $17 for a tomato salad... but then again, prices have gone sky high everywhere! The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and I am considering hosting a baby shower for my daughter there. My recommendation would be to give Aracely a try, and form your own opinion read more

It's a beautiful space with live music though I've always been there when they are setting up or done, so I can't tell you when that is offered. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and accommodations provided during my recent birthday party at your establishment. Despite having booked the event for approximately 20 guests, we encountered several significant issues that detracted from the overall experience. Upon arrival, we were met with resistance when requesting an indoor space due to rainy weather, despite prior communication indicating our preference for an indoor setting in case of rain. The staff seemed reluctant to accommodate us and were understaffed, requiring us to move the tables ourselves. Furthermore, the tables provided were wood, lacking tablecloths and being wet from outdoor exposure. Instead of a tablecloth we received a spare curtain they had laying around. When we requested fresh plates for dessert, we were met with unprofessional comments and reluctance from the staff. One waiter asked us to eat out of the same plate from our main course which we politely declined and he was irritated saying they were understaffed and didn't have a dishwasher. The lack of available tableware extended to the dessert service, where we had to request spoons to be brought out to eat our icecream cake which melted as it took them 10 mins to bring out spoons. These issues collectively resulted in an unpleasant experience for myself and my guests. I hope that you will take these concerns seriously and take appropriate action to address the deficiencies in your service and staffing to prevent similar occurrences in the future. I must emphasize my disappointment with the behavior of the manager, Linda. Her demeanor throughout the event was unprofessional and rude. Her initial resistance to accommodating us indoors and her general lack of support in resolving the issues we encountered were unacceptable. One of our guests had a nut allergy and Linda was very rude to her, and also her staff didn't know what had nuts and didn't, which is very dangerous. This behavior significantly took away from the overall experience and left a lasting negative impression. The one thing this place has going for it is the aesthetic. It's very pretty but that's the only positive thing I have to say... Do NOT plan to come back! read more

I recently moved back to the Bay Area and have been to Aracely Lounge twice now. Once for a birthday party and once for brunch. The space is inviting, lovely decor and good vibes. The menu is an eclectic mix of Spanish, French and California cuisine. The event was held on the patio on a warm night, and they served a beautiful display of cheese and charcuterie boards, raw bar (ceviche, lobster, oysters) and meats with a delicious orzo salad. At brunch we tried the chilaquiles (the beef cheek is amazing), the avocado toast (loved the tahini and lime relish) and the croissants French toast.
