There was a long wait while sitting in line, but we did show up right at noon so that's not unusual or out of line. The line moved along fairly quickly, and the ordering process was simple. The parking lot was clean, and the service was friendly and attentive, even in the drive-thru. This McDonald's is a common stop for us, and is conveniently located across from Giant Grocery. Perfect when you want to avoid shopping hungry. The quality of the food was typical, which in this case means hot, fresh, and made as requested. The sweet tea is a favorite, and was one of the items we ordered today. While I feel like the food at McD's has declined in quality over the years, I can't specifically attribute that to this location. Quick meal, friendly service, low prices. read more

Three employees socialized and watched a fourth employee fill a drive-thru order. There was no attention to store front, no acknowledgement that I was there. I finally left. Parking lot is weedy, pot-holed. Tables are dirty. Charlies across the street has better food, comparably priced. Their fries are good, and they have daily specials. I wouldn't normally review a McDonald's. This one just served me possible the worst chicken tenders I have ever eaten. Burnt to a crisp. I was so hungry I ate them(embarrassing to admit). I try not to eat fast food but traveling sometimes there are very few choices. This was a bad choice and decision on so many levels. read more

Good customer Service. I stood today watching a cashier get a cheeseburger thrown in her face by a rude customer who came marching in from the drive thru and them screaming obscenities. The upset customer didn't even stop to see if this was someone who even had anything to do with their order.. She stayed calm, an apologetic and issued a complete refund for their order even though the only thing wrong with their order had been the cheeseburger when apparently they had ordered a dinner box which contains alot more than simply the one cheeseburger. Manager came and helped with getting the orders of those in the lobby since the cashier was now preoccupied with the unhappy customer.. BTW.. It is never a good idea to treat anyone like that regardless if they work at McDonalds or at the 5 star Hilton! It speaks alot about the service here! read more

June 13, 2014 Friday - breakfast 7:30 PM 2 adults and a kids Atmosphere - 4 stars Food - 1 stars Service - 3 stars Background - Driving back to Reno from Painted Post NY and needed a quick bite. Atmosphere - An outdated McDonalds. The only one I have ever seen with a blue roof. Food Drinks - I ordered a Carmel Mocha. We took our food to go as we have a long drive ahead of us. I took a sip and I tasted mint. What! I smelled it, and I got mint. My wife did not believe. She took the cup from me and sniffed it and then tasted it, yep mint. How did I get mint I did not even see that as a choice. Appetizer - none My Main Course - Two sausage McMuffins with egg. The muffins were a tad burnt. Dessert - none. Service - Wow simple chaos back there with the manager and cashier. Future - Maybe I should avoid Cuba like the US Government has indicated. read more

IF YOU'RE A BUG EATER, this is the place for you. Have got fried ladybugs on my fries, as well as in my drinks, but if you like bugs go to this McDonald's, otherwise I wouldn't recommend. The only good thing was the lemonade... til I found a bug in it. read more

This place has become so expensive it is just as easy to go to fox's or charlies and get a better meal for around the same price. The hamburgers and cheeseburgers are kid sized and no longer fit on the buns.... I think the buns are getting bigger. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to anywhere. It is SO overpriced probably because it's the only franchise restaurant in town. The food and service are horrible. If you're ordering from the drive through expect to drive away with something missing from your order or you'll get the wrong thing entirely. And if someone in the car ahead of you orders something that has a wait, everyone waits. They don't ask people to pull ahead so the line keeps moving. You just sit there. And the food... besides getting wrong items, we get fries that don't taste like fries at other McDonald's- maybe old grease? And they'll be cold and dried out. We ordered a quarter pounder once, no ketchup and there was no ketchup but there was lettuce on it. It's 50/50 whether or not they'll get your special order right. The soft drinks always have melted ice in them, as if they make a few ahead of time and they sit there? You're better off going to Subway or Charlies or Fox's... anywhere else in town. You'll get way better food for the price. read more
