The food was cooked to order, but there was an odd taste to my dipped fried mushrooms, a flavor I couldn't identify. Examining closer, it was horseradish dipping sauce. OK. Not bad, but not expected. I loved my shrimp basket, and the huge side salad, which was included in the price. This is a very casual restaurant; the waitresses are in shorts, and most have at least one tattoo.

We were short for time, but I was thrilled to see my order came up rather quickly. However, none of the order was right. I confirmed by my receipt that I ordered a happy meal with apple slices and a toy. The meal came out in a spooky Halloween bucket with no toy. Seems like a minor thing but when you have a child who flips out because Someone didn't do their job, right, well IYKYK I also ordered two McChicken patty sandwiches with nothing on them. I confirmed multiple times on the app that I was only ordering a bare naked chicken patty on a roll. Did it come out correctly? Of course not! It was piled high with shredded lettuce and mayonnaise. This child would also not touch it. So back to the window I went, and the order was corrected immediately. The only saving grace is that they let me take home the two McChicken's which were made incorrectly. I do have someone at home that would eat them. I'm not impressed.

I had to pay an up charge. Orange juice isn't included as one of their breakfast meal drink options. You can only choose a coffee or a soft drink. Weird, right? Fast service and accurate meal. I love the new service center. It's beautiful and even has an outdoor seating section and standing tables for those who want a break from sitting.

And then I went for the gold: I asked for a quarter pounder deluxe, but without cheese. I was told, "Sure, no problem!". Loved the customer service!! Also, again, I especially appreciate their late-night hours, as most places in this village are closed at nine pm.

The staff I have always encountered has been nothing less than courteous, friendly and attentive-helpful. This location was nothing different. This location was a little smaller than I'm used to on Long Island bit that certainly did not slow down the flow of cars through the drive through. They were hopping busy and were actually bringing the food out to the cars and mobile ordering spots. This was no simple feat since it was a grand 18 degrees outside. Burger and fries were fresh and hot. The location, while small is all windows and very bright. The restaurant was very clean. The person behind the counter greeted me with a big hello and was very pleasant and courteous. These reviews don't change much from location to location and I would not expect it to. Everyone does their job and follows the procedures... This always makes for a pleasurable experience.
