Every time we drive to LA we stop in and grab a bite to eat. I am rethinking that stop. The reason is every time we stop in there is always something wrong (like the shake machine does not work, no ice cream, our of food, broken seats). I do not know how a McDonald's as busy as this has so many issues. I will say the service is typical McDonald's and the place generally looks clean. read more

Went here to eat breakfast with my family after our get away wk end. Manager in the morning is very rude no customer service, when we're ordering she was actually training someone and taking our orders I recognize she has no customer service already, no smile, nothing. Then we ask her if we can use the coupon we have on our phone, the tone of her voice is a no no already. If your a manager you would have a courtesy to explain, tell you option and act polite. I work in a clinic and we deal with different people everyday don't matter how the situation is if your having good day or bad you gotta treat your customer right. Without the customer you will not have a job MANAGER LADY MORNING SHIFT!!!! read more

I really don't frequent fast food places, but I was w/ my son and youngest grands on the way to OC. It was dinner time and the kids wanted chicken nuggets. This unit has a huge "iPad" ordering system. It actually worked out pretty well. We were able to order, customize and pay for everything and then they brought it out to us. Everything was correct. Little ones were very happy-especially w/ their Incredible toys. I was actually pleasantly surprised w/ my grilled chicken salad! I had them leave off the cheese and ordered the Paul Newman low fat balsamic dressing. Chicken was warm and juicy and greens were fresh. restrooms were clean. read more

Will never eat here again. They falsely advertised buy a deluxe chicken sandwich and get free fries. They didn't give me fries and they charge $5.59 for a $1 chicken sandwich with 2 tomatoes on it. What a rip off. They should be ashamed. read more

We stop here when supercharging. Mostly to go to the bathroom. The men's bathroom is okay but, the place filthy. There are flies all over the place and the tables have debris all over. There doesn't seem to be anyone doing clean up on the tables or floors. They tried to charge my wife for water. Really? Gotta go. The flies don't like my review and I need both hands. read more

Worse experience with the kiosk and service. Defeats the purpose of having a kiosk when everyone needs help with their orders. No specialty orders made correct and food takes much longer to get. Everything is slow. read more

So I know that places like this get a lot of bad reviews because people always focus on the things that other people don't do for them instead of the things they do you do for them so I had the pleasure of coming in contact with I miss Sierra and I miss Carrie and they were both pleasantly amazing each time that I've gone into McDonald's thank you for providing such good service thank you for being patient with my ordering and thank you for letting me inconvenience you when I add extra stuff on at the last minute I really appreciate great service I hope others will find this helpful read more

I stop at this McDonald's frequently on my drive home and they never seem ready when they open at 06:00am. It's now 5:23 and I'm still waiting for my breakfast bowl. I arrived at 06:00 am. Maybe they need to arrive earlier to accommodate the business. Otherwise the service is friendly and professional. It's clean. Bathrooms are clean. Coffee taste great. Just wish they were ready to serve at time of opening. This Mc Donald's is consistently taking too much time. I drive from LA to Phoenix once a week. It takes at least 30 minutes to get my order ready which cuts into my driving time. read more

This McDonalds is a dump. Place is filthy and a majority of the workers need a lesson in customer service and be told to leave there attitude at home. It's not my fault your life sucks. I expect a lot more from a place with this kind of foot traffic. Don't expect to be in a hurry either. Go thru the drive thru to get in and out quicker. The walk-ins are not priority here. Napkins are under lock down as well. They will not mix in your cream or sugar in your coffee unless you are drive thru. read more

I came into this McDonalds on my way back home to a different city. I get the same thing every morning: A small coffee with a Sausage McMuffin. I sub out the meat for an egg because I don't meat. I never have the issue in other McDonalds, yet Chantal (the Manager) wouldn't do it. She said every location is different. This is not an excuse. Unbelievable that she wouldn't do that as a courtesy for me. One star. read more

I typically don't review chains because food are basically the same . But the service in this McDonald was magnificent I just had to. The manager gave us excellent service and the employees were great ! Not very typical for a McDonald's to make a customer feel special . read more

It pains me to give one star. This is by far the worst place I've eaten in California. The staff are rude. Manager is rude. Food thrown together and then thrown at you. Disgusting. read more

McDonald's - Dirty - Fast Food Near Me - Cabazon, California

So i ate here on my way to palm springs from Orange County. I have eaten here in the past and a lot has changed. It's much cleaner and the food came out fast as usual. The only problem i had was with the ketchup dispenser. It seemed to be pressurized and it would shoot out bursts of air and get ketchup all over the place. I spent at least a few minutes trying to fill up one small cup. Maybe it was out? Well they should of refilled it because no one was in there. Luckily i didn't get any ketchup on myself so it was alright. read more

Dirtiest McDonalds ever. Flies flying everywhere. Slow service. Everything about this place is dirty. I can't even imagine how dirty it is in the kitchen. This place needs to be shut down! read more

I wouldn't normally write a review of a McDonalds, but we had such terrible service (I wouldn't actually call it service) that I had to. So, after a fun trip to Palm Springs we decided to hit the outlet mall. My little brother and his friend Tyler didn't want to walk around the stores, so we dropped them off here so they could eat lunch and be cool. When we came to pick them up they were digging through the dumpsters. Apparently Tyler's retainer had dropped out of his pockets while he was eating and now it was gone. When the boys asked an employee if they had seen a retainer she said she had....and she threw it away. Why in the world would you throw away a retainer? So after digging through the trash and having no luck, we went to talk to the manager. The manager was sympathetic, and we got the information of the managers and the employee who tossed away $300, so we'll see what they're gonna do about that. Ugh....I'm so mad! read more

Don't come here ! If your the type of person that gets hangry this won't won't out. I was starving coming from Los Angeles to Arizona my family and I usually stop at a diffrent McDonald's, but we stoped at this one once and never again. I ordered two egg mcmuffins to go. When I got my order I took it to my car to eat... one had egg the other didn't. Went back inside to let the manager know that the order was wrong and if I could just have another. She insisted that I ordered two different sandwiches and that one didn't come with egg... yet the recipe she printed out for me Again said EGG! She agreed for the exchange but not without paying for it again.. she turned around and simply asked her employee to put egg in it! I didn't want That one ! It was cold and had NO EGG! So I FINNALY got one with egg and promised myself to never come back ... read more

I have only ever stopped here once and we just went in the drive through to get iced coffee for myself (needed caffeine) and something fun to drink for the boys. One child wanted a chocolate shake but the lady working the drive through politely informed me that their shake machine was down, so I ordered him a berry smoothie instead (his brother had also asked for a smoothie). When I got up to the payment window the cashier was an adult woman. When I got up to the order window, the employee there was also an adult woman (kind of unusual... I would have expected it to be staffed just with teenagers). The order window employee told me that it was "happy hour" and she had given us one of the smoothies for free. I am not a frequent McDonald's customer but I am pretty sure they don't have a happy hour and just comped the drink because I had wanted something else originally. That was a nice unexpected bonus as well as great customer service. I found both ladies to be polite and efficient... which is something that none of the employees at my last visit to McDonald's (different location) were. So thank you, ladies, for the efficiency, manners, and customer service! read more

This McDonalds made my freaking day!!! It was 102°F and all I wanted was ice cream. Wearily I stumbled through McDonalds doors to be greeted by their refreshing A/C and a friendly smile and welcome from the cashier. When asked what I wanted, I replied "a whole lot of vanilla ice cream in a large cup". The lady at the register didn't know what to do so she got the manager who told her to give it to us and just charge us for 2 sundays!!! I was losing my mind!!! Every McDonalds I have asked to do this for me (about 10) give me a ridiculous look and tell me it's not possible. The afternoon manager at this McDonalds is a Champ!!! read more

This has got to be one of the cleanest, classiest McDonalds I've ever been to. It is sort of out in the middle of no where. The decorative lighting and dividers make it look nicer than most fast food places. Some graffiti was on the tables and wall, but other than that it's fine. read more

gets super crowded.

Only reason it gets 1 star is because the food was actually good. And they actually have automatic ketchup dispenser. But, it's a bit filthy in here. The stalls in the mens bathrooms were backed up, long long wait for food, and a Walmart-ish crowd there (if you know what I mean). Will not be back... unless I'm dying for a meal after shopping at the outlet malls for several hours... read more

Stopped by on my way onto the 10 Fwy. After shopping the Desert Hills Premium Outlets worked up an appetite. The drive-thru line was pretty long and I'm not sure if it's because the people in front of me ordered a lot of food or the workers are slow. Nonetheless, I got my parfait and water ready for my road trip back to the LA area. read more

The food was good, and the restaurant was clean. The restroom was nasty though. They have the waterless urinals which are usually ok as long as you change the cartridge. One of their urinals was long overdue for its cartridge change. They covered the urinal with a trash bag, but the smell of urine that was setting in the urinal was so overpowering you couldn't be in there for more than a min. read more

This place is DIRTY & GROSS, especially the bathrooms. The dining area is also dirty because people are just messy eaters and people don't throw away their trash or clean up after themselves. The employees aren't focused on their store just in one particular area of their work. This location is just gross and dirty. I can't trust to eat here anymore. read more

Overall fair service. I wasn't too happy because I asked for more sauce and they said that 2-3 were the most they could give, when I ordered 10 piece tenders and 10 piece nuggets. They also closed the restaurant before 10 when they're suppose to close at 11. read more

FOOD POISONED! I stopped here while shopping at the outlets. I was on vacation and went through drive thru on the way to the freeway. Within 4 hours I was starting to feel sick to my stomach. I had ordered a grilled chicken wrap that has lettuce and cucumbers in it and ranch dressing. I only ate half of it (thank god)! By the 5 hour after I had eaten that food, I became violently ill. I threw up for hours. It was awful. I am posting this incase anyone else got sick as well. This should be reported. read more
