Every time we drive to LA we stop in and grab a bite to eat. I am rethinking that stop. The reason is every time we stop in there is always something wrong (like the shake machine does not work, no ice cream, our of food, broken seats). This McDonalds is a dump. Place is filthy and a majority of the workers need a lesson in customer service and be told to leave there attitude at home. It's not my fault your life sucks. I expect a lot more from a place with this kind of foot traffic. Don't expect to be in a hurry either. Go thru the drive thru to get in and out quicker. The walk-ins are not priority here. Napkins are under lock down as well. They will not mix in your cream or sugar in your coffee unless you are drive thru. read more

I stop at this McDonald's frequently on my drive home and they never seem ready when they open at 06:00am. It's now 5:23 and I'm still waiting for my breakfast bowl. I arrived at 06:00 am. Maybe they need to arrive earlier to accommodate the business. Otherwise the service is friendly and professional. It's clean. Bathrooms are clean. Coffee taste great. Just wish they were ready to serve at time of opening. This Mc Donald's is consistently taking too much time. I drive from LA to Phoenix once a week. I came into this McDonalds on my way back home to a different city. I get the same thing every morning: A small coffee with a Sausage McMuffin. I sub out the meat for an egg because I don't meat. I never have the issue in other McDonalds, yet Chantal (the Manager) wouldn't do it. She said every location is different. This is not an excuse. So i ate here on my way to palm springs from Orange County. I have eaten here in the past and a lot has changed. It's much cleaner and the food came out fast as usual. The only problem i had was with the ketchup dispenser. It seemed to be pressurized and it would shoot out bursts of air and get ketchup all over the place. I spent at least a few minutes trying to fill up one small cup. Maybe it was out? Well they should of refilled it because no one was in there. I wouldn't normally write a review of a McDonalds, but we had such terrible service (I wouldn't actually call it service) that I had to. So, after a fun trip to Palm Springs we decided to hit the outlet mall. My little brother and his friend Tyler didn't want to walk around the stores, so we dropped them off here so they could eat lunch and be cool. When we came to pick them up they were digging through the dumpsters. Apparently Tyler's retainer had dropped out of his pockets while he was eating and now it was gone. When the boys asked an employee if they had seen a retainer she said she had....and she threw it away. Why in the world would you throw away a retainer? So after digging through the trash and having no luck, we went to talk to the manager. The manager was sympathetic, and we got the information of the managers and the employee who tossed away $300, so we'll see what they're gonna do about that. Ugh....I'm so mad! read more

Don't come here ! If your the type of person that gets hangry this won't won't out. I was starving coming from Los Angeles to Arizona my family and I usually stop at a diffrent McDonald's, but we stoped at this one once and never again. I ordered two egg mcmuffins to go. When I got my order I took it to my car to eat... one had egg the other didn't. Went back inside to let the manager know that the order was wrong and if I could just have another. She insisted that I ordered two different sandwiches and that one didn't come with egg... yet the recipe she printed out for me Again said EGG! She agreed for the exchange but not without paying for it again.. she turned around and simply asked her employee to put egg in it! I didn't want That one ! It was cold and had NO EGG! This McDonalds made my freaking day!!! It was 102°F and all I wanted was ice cream. Wearily I stumbled through McDonalds doors to be greeted by their refreshing A/C and a friendly smile and welcome from the cashier. When asked what I wanted, I replied "a whole lot of vanilla ice cream in a large cup". The lady at the register didn't know what to do so she got the manager who told her to give it to us and just charge us for 2 sundays!!! I was losing my mind!!! I have only ever stopped here once and we just went in the drive through to get iced coffee for myself (needed caffeine) and something fun to drink for the boys. One child wanted a chocolate shake but the lady working the drive through politely informed me that their shake machine was down, so I ordered him a berry smoothie instead (his brother had also asked for a smoothie). When I got up to the payment window the cashier was an adult woman. When I got up to the order window, the employee there was also an adult woman (kind of unusual... I would have expected it to be staffed just with teenagers). The order window employee told me that it was "happy hour" and she had given us one of the smoothies for free. I am not a frequent McDonald's customer but I am pretty sure they don't have a happy hour and just comped the drink because I had wanted something else originally. That was a nice unexpected bonus as well as great customer service. I found both ladies to be polite and efficient... which is something that none of the employees at my last visit to McDonald's (different location) were. This has got to be one of the cleanest, classiest McDonalds I've ever been to. It is sort of out in the middle of no where. The decorative lighting and dividers make it look nicer than most fast food places. Some graffiti was on the tables and wall, but other than that it's fine. read more

One of their urinals was long overdue for its cartridge change. This place is DIRTY & GROSS, especially the bathrooms. The dining area is also dirty because people are just messy eaters and people don't throw away their trash or clean up after themselves. This McD was VERY slow. Tables not clean & no napkins or even availability to get paper towels in restrooms to clean them myself. Restroom were FILTHY and per my boyfriend the men's didn't even have toilet paper for him to blow his nose. If you can wait to eat I'd go to the next available McD. FOOD POISONED! I stopped here while shopping at the outlets. I was on vacation and went through drive thru on the way to the freeway. Within 4 hours I was starting to feel sick to my stomach. I had ordered a grilled chicken wrap that has lettuce and cucumbers in it and ranch dressing. I only ate half of it (thank god)! By the 5 hour after I had eaten that food, I became violently ill. This morning my mother went to this McDonalds in cabazon to order breakfast for all the grandchildren. When she returned home 2 sausage biskets were paid for but not in the bag so she had to drive back to the restaurant when she got there she was met by a very rude manager named Liz as my mother has worked in the restaurant business for many years she understands that accidents happen management wouldn't even come out from behind the back of the restaurant she just yelled across the restaurant to my mother that she filled that order and that she got it. My mother said that in the many years working in the business she had never called one of her customers a liar and this is exactly what this manager did we will never again come to this McDonald's so we paid for these sandwiches and we never got them and this is not the first time that this has happened but this time we will not Overlook it .
