Really busy Saturday before 3pm; line was long but we were lucky to get inside seating as a group was getting up. The ordering went smoothly with 3 staff taking orders. The wait was what would be expected for being as busy as it was; to the point people were eating outside due to overflow. The food sadly left a bit to be desired. The fries: a bit hard somehow even though we didn't ask for them to be double fried; could use some pepper but alas none was found and only salt; I should have asked for the sauce packet; my bad. The burgers: The buns a little hard; and the flavors just weren't there as would normally be expected. The drink area and dining area could use a little cleaning but due to the amount of people inside and waiting likely hard to do as you would have to walk around people to get to that as they wait for their orders. Prices: $10-13 Maybe things were that hectic and busy and staff tried but didn't land this round. I hold out hope for a new day, keep working hard crew; we'll get there. read more

Such a bad experience at this location. I understand this location is extremely busy, but aren't nearly all In & Out Burgers? After the extremely long drive through line wait, we received burnt burgers and buns along with soggy fries. We stopped by this In-N-Out on the way down to Palm Springs to grab a quick bite. It is located right next to Morongo Casino in a little center with several fast food restaurants and a big gas station. The dining room is a good size, there is a long drive-thru lane, and there are a good amount of tables outside as well. This is an extremely popular location. At 1pm on a Tuesday afternoon, the parking lot was nearly full, the drive through had about ten cars in line, and the inside dining room was packed. It was nice and cool inside and the line to order was not too bad. As busy as it was, the people taking orders were calm and friendly. We figured it was a good time to use the restroom, and they were clean and I think a little larger than the bathroom in your typical In-N-Out. It only took about ten minutes for our order to be ready. The dining room was pretty chaotic so we just decided to get our food to go and ate on the road. A Double-Double, Grilled Cheese, and fries were all of great In-N-Out quality and were scarfed down. read more

Just like any other In-N-Out locations, the food is decent, service is great, and their facility is very clean. We were on our way home to Arizona, and stopped off at the casino for a bit. On our way out we grabbed a nite to eat at In-N-Out. I had the double double animal style. They cook their food the same way at all of their locations. It seems they are very consistent with their cooking. The burger was fine, I've always felt that In-N-Out is overrated. I would rather eat elsewhere, but it was convenient on our way out. read more

On our way back home to San Diego my friends and I were all really hungry so we decided that In N Out would be the best option for us. This location got our food out so quickly, I ended up getting a double double with raw and grilled onions, fries well with spread, chillis and pickles on the side. The food is always really good and of course I had the lemon-up. I don't t normally review chain restaurants. I'm making an exception because my experience tonight at this In-N-Out Burger was exceptional. The line for the drive-through was short on. Friday night at 7 PM. I've NEVER seen such a short line on any evening let alone a Friday evening. It turned out to be a good omen. The women at both the payment and food windows were polite and efficient. That's not unusual though at In-N-Out restaurants. The double-double that I got was the best In-N-Out burger I have ever had. I tried In-N-Out Burger for the first time while visiting California. We don't have any on the east coast where I am from so I was super excited. There was a line when we got there and an even longer one for the drive through but after ordering, our food came out pretty fast. I was shocked by how cheap it was. 15$ for two burgers and two fries. You can't beat that. Employees were so friendly. The vibe of the restaraunt was great. It almost felt like a local spot rather than a fast food chain. The animal style fries were delicious. I always hear about these so I had to try them. The burger was great as well. Bun was perfectly soft and veggies inside were fresh. The menu is small but it's very customizable and bigger than you would think with the secret menu items. If you're looking for a great burger and fries and shake, and you're in the Cabazon or Palm Springs area, then you need to visit this location. I can imagine that this location would get busy because it's located by Morongo Casino, but when we visited on a Saturday afternoon, the drive-thru wasn't super long, and we got our food in less than 15 minutes. We also went inside the restroom to visit their lavatory facilities. The john is clean, like it always is. And in the dining room? Just like all of the In-N-Outs that I've visited, you could eat off the tables. That's how clean they were. But if you've been to any In-N-Out, you know this is standard. Do I even need to tell you that the food was amazing? My food was amazing. It's always great at In-N-Out! We went to Joshua Tree and on our way back we stopped at the outlets and casino. We were hungry so we decided to get some in n out. This location is so windy! Eating outdoors wasn't even an option. The bathrooms were clean so this was a plus for me. There was no line so we were able to order as soon as we walked in. We found a spot at a counter because all the tables were full. It was a little dirty, but nothing too crazy. The fries were extra crispy and this location! We loved that. The grilled cheese is my go-to as I'm vegetarian and as always it was so delicious!
