Just went through the drive-through and spent over 12 minutes waiting. Before I begin, I do appreciate the establishment's inclusive employment approach. But they need to set up these individuals for success. The very young person at the window attempted to direct me towards what I later figured out to be the yellow waiting spot. However, this person just pointed at a yellow sticker they had put on a receipt and told me "yellow", clearly having a hard time talking. I was super confused and felt bad about the barrier, so I kept waiting. I thought they were telling me my order was taking a while. But then the same person came out and pointed forward while saying "yellow" again. I pulled forward, confused still. I saw a parking spot with a sign in front of it around the corner, so after waiting about 10 minutes I decided to drive to the other side of the parking lot to see if there was some yellow spot. There was! But I was frustrated after the lack of communication, as what if an employee had come out before I found the spot? They need to make sure directions are clear. I called to let them know that this could cause issues for other customers and their employees and whoever answered the phone said that the employee did exactly what they were supposed to and put the blame on me. Very poor customer service and phone etiquette. If they are going to be inclusive, they should be mindful of the challenges they may face and where they'd best work. read more

I just spent 20 minutes ordering and receiving a large unsweetened iced tea at this McDonald's. I love McDonald's iced tea and usually get several a day. This McDonald's is so technology advanced it is hard for the customer to get anything. There were four groups of people standing around waiting for their order or ordering. All were very unhappy the technology seems to benefit only the staff. Ordering is very difficult on their Koisk. It seems you can never get to the cash out section and just pay so you can get an order. A fine young staffer saw me standing around for so long that he finally just filled up a glass with ice manually, placed ice tea in my cup and handed it to me with that "I'm sorry." I went inside last night to get a chocolate milkshake and was blown away at the condition of your establishment. First, the floor in front of your counter was covered in straw wrappers and napkins. Multiple tables were empty but dirty with wrappers and food smudges. Very apparent that no one working tonight had addressed the seating area in quite some time. I decided to get some breakfast Sunday morning from this McDonald's. They Advertise on their site 2 for $4 Breakfast. After I ordered they tried to charge me double and refused to honor the promo which was on their site. The women at the window tried to negotiate with me. She said she would discount one sandwich but I had to pay full price for the other 3. This is a shame that you advise deals on your site but when we get there you try to charge full price. The refillable soda fountain is ripped out of the building so don't plan on getting a top off because you will be told with a smirk and a smile no refills! The First time the order was completely wrong, even after patiently repeating it back 3 times and explaining it was not right and I was being overcharged. When I got to the second window for pickup, the girl was just standing by the soda machine texting ..... And SO completely oblivious as what was happening around her and the customers waiting on her. Awful! Ordered a Quarter Pounder from the Kiosk. Price: $7.10. When it arrived I checked out the burger. It was much smaller than other Quarter Pounders I have ordered in other McDonalds and much smaller than what is presented in the photo at the Kiosk. I complained to the manager and requested my money back. He refused stating that has been the size they have always provided. He was very arrogant. Will never go back there again. Too many other fast food restaurants in Bozeman that provide a quality product without the arrogance. read more

The woman taking my order didn't know what a Bacon McDouble was? She first tried charging me for a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese. It took 5 times for her to get it right. What is so hard to understand about a bacon mcdouble? it's on your menu? I wasn't even able to have to order fixed until i pulled up to the window because she refused to fix it after needing to be corrected 5 whole times. Imagine advertising pay up to $20/hr and still having employees so incompetent and lazy. Severely disappointed with the food as well. My burger came out falling apart. Been to this location many times. During most of my visits I go into the lobby and its almost always clean. During rush hour it gets a little dirty, but that's to be expected. I like the self-ordering kiosks that are available. The staff are friendly and I have never had issues with them. 1 out of 40 orders gets messed up. Best fast food location in the city. I do deliveries as well for UberEATS and pick up food at this location over 30 times a week. They are fast and kind when picking up orders for UberEATS. Just wish this location was 24/7 like in other cities in Montana. Will definitely return to this location within the next month as a customer. read more

I always love Mickey D's, but today, my experience was unacceptable. My friend and I drove through the drive through and ordered a cup of free water. The lady on the microphone said "water is free so just pull to the second window." Doing as instructed, we pulled to the second window and instead of receiving an ice cold water, we received an ice cold attitude from the woman at the window. She said "we won't serve you again if you pull to the second window." But what were we supposed to think when those were the instructions we were given !!!
