I ordered three giant subs for pick up from this location and made sure to remove the vinegar and oil from one because that person is picky. They were almost ready when I arrived. I used the restroom and it was clean. There were also a couple of tables outside to sit at but unfortunately they were all in the sun with no shade. When we pulled them out to eat later there was vinegar and oil on all of them so one of them got tossed immediately. The others were ok but the bread was a little soggy and the provelone was a dry and getting hard around the edges. I would try this location again but I would come in to order so I could make sure that the sandwiches were made exactly as I want them. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Fast Food Near Me - Bozeman, Montana

The lettuce looked like the lettuce. You get at subway half rotten! Usually Mike's is way better, disappointed.

Ordered through app, food is always done when I get there and the staff are friendly. By far my favorite sandwich spot to eat at.

Ordered food online, got to the store. Food wasn't ready. Totally fine, they were busy. But then I sat there and waited 30 minutes well they helped everyone in line. It would've been faster for me to just order a new sandwich. read more

I've been here a few times now. Service is always super friendly and fast. Sandwich's are amazing. Better than JJ's IMO.

Terrible service waited almost 45 minutes for my hot sub to be made 20 people already got theirs and left. The grill worker kept saying it's being made about 5 times, while our other two sandwiches were already done. Not to mention he was being really rude and acted like he wouldn't make it. After being ignored repeatedly we finally got our food, and another worker was very nice and gave me a drink. read more

Placed order on app at 7:36pm. Said would be ready at 7:51pm. Walked in at 8:00. HADN'T EVEN started my order yet. What's the point Jersey Mikes? Saved me zero time. Do better JM's!!! Wish I had my tip back, last time that happens. read more

Wile I waited for my order..it took 2 employees to work one order wile there were only 2 customers..I waited for 10 mins for my order to be placed .when my order came up there work station wasn't cleaned in wile ... read more

Sad just plain sad, 30 minutes for sandwiches and made them wrong. Lazy entitled children that make 20$ an hour and have no customer service read more

Best thing to come out of Jersey since Bruce Springsteen. Can you believe these people crying about being delivered the wrong variety of chips? Or being ignored for 16 seconds while the 18 yr old college student finishes making a sub over a scalding hot stove? Sounds like Nathan R does not get a lot of Lays in life in general. Anyway these are essentially kids doing a great job making food for clearly the most discerning food critics in the world. My experience was great. My sandwich was perfectly prepared by a very gregarious staff member named Ellie. She greeted me immediately as I walked in and was very helpful in making my menu choice and incredibly well groomed. All in all it was a wonderful experience and my sandwich could not have been more delectable. Thanks to all and give my regards to Mike. read more

I love this place. The only sub shop that competes us Pickle Barrel. Jersey Mikes is fresh and well prepared. They stay fairly busy. Good value. Always get it Mike's way. Also parking is much easier than at the PB Make sure you check this place out!!! read more

Management is clueless on how to manage mobile and walk-in orders. Don't bother ordering ahead, walk-ins are always their priority and never order anything from the grill at this one. You'll likely die of starvation before getting your mobile app order. read more

always quick, always delicious, always fresh. One of my go to spots for a quick meal. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner. Really great guy, I always feel so much better supporting a place when I know the people that are running it are great humans. Keep it up, thank you very much. read more

Oh My God What a pain in aaz Order online which is a crappy app, really horrible Only to find out that the order by numbers on the app DON'T MATCH THE NUMBERS IN THE STORE!! BIG GROUP ordered online to make it easy, ha ha ha and the poor person who went there to pick up the orders did they have to wing it and come up with a sub for each person somewhat close to what they thought they already ordered!! What a dang nightmare No one ended up with what they wanted, online was already paid. Had to pay again for the new numbers and subs at the store, simply a nightmare all the way around. It apparently threw them for a loop in the store that each sub was expected to be customized and there was much " We can't do that". After all that everyone agreed the subs were a "C" , ok, but nothing anyone would go back for. Meh. Was the agreed review. Which was really disappointing after that historic cluster. read more

Best sandwich value in Bozeman. The lads behind the counter are very attentive and make the excellent subs that I have tried across the country at other Jersey Mike's. Love The Jersey Shore and remember Tony Soprano eating the Capricola (Gobagool in the show) out the butcher paper at the fridge. What'a ya gona do? read more

We are officially hooked! Great service, fresh food, delicious flavors and decent prices.

Expect to be completely ignored if you place an order online. They don't care if they know you're there waiting.

Clean, cheap and good. And open during Covid 19 pandemic. One of the better chain sandwich shops in a sea of competitors. The menu offers everything from wraps to giant sandwiches that will satisfy the pickiest eater. read more

Wanted to write a quick review of Jersey Mikes because they're consistently my sandwich go to in Bozeman. Usually pretty quick even at noon, bread, meat, and veggies are always very fresh (hear that Subway...) All the sandwiches are great too. Only ding on the five star rating is the price, most of the sandwiches will run you around $10... read more

After playing two tough basketball games, my daughter was excited to get a sandwich from Jersey Mike's!!!! As we were walking to the table she dropped hers flat on the floor. She was so sad and felt so dumb. She was afraid I wouldn't buy her another one. I went up to the counter and ordered another and the employee said it was free of charge!!! I was so impressed with the customer service and that the management gives their staff the freedom to offer that to their guests. We went to subway last week and were charged .60 extra for some shredded cheese on a turkey and cheese sub with no vegetables ( my youngest likes a plain sandwich) The employee was afraid he would get in trouble. Ridiculous. So thank you for your excellent food and truly awesome customer service. We will be back! read more

I don't know what took me so long to try Jersey Mikes but I finally did and then I came here 2 more times the same week. They slice the meat when you order it I don't know if anyone else doing that but it makes for a dang good sandwich. The customer service was icing on the cake they have a lot of incredibly hard working people behind the counter. read more

I had a lousy experience there today. I ordered 5 sandwiches and the guy taking the order didn't write everything down, he said "we'll work it out at the end," meaning the additions at the end of the line. However, another guy decided to get involved and he sacked up the sandwiches without asking if I wanted anything on them. When I asked about it, instead of offering to fix things, he blamed me for not telling them how I wanted them. When I said that I had, still no offer to fix things, just an idiotic stare. I recommend not paying until your order is complete, or just go somewhere with decent service. read more

My expectations were high going into Jersey Mike's because last year I consistently went into the one in Lake Oswego, OR and they did amazing. At the Oregon Jersey Mike's the money you spend on a sandwich at this chain was worth the amount of meat and the exceptional service. At the Jersey Mike's here in Bozeman the sandwiches had paper thin slices of meat and even then you only get a few per sandwich (by the way I've been to this one twice with the same results). It's kind of ridiculous for the price given that you can go to pickle barrel and easily get three times the amount of meat for the same price. The only saving grace was the employees were friendly. I'll be giving my money to pickle barrel when I have a sandwich craving because they really make it worth my while! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Jersey Mike's in Bozeman...subpar meat distribution - Fast Food Near Me - Bozeman, Montana

If you could handle the big kahuna I'd say do it. We get the giant and have half for lunch and half for dinner. Best subs in Bozeman.

Good enough and price is right. I got a decent Italian sub which was pretty tasty, along with a soda, for less than $8. My only complaint is that I literally stood in front of the counter for almost 10 minutes, with no line in front of me before someone bothered to take my order. Guess when you're a woman over 60, you're just invisible! read more

Standard "fast" sandwiches. Never disappoints. What disappoints however is the customer service. Understaffed, not trained, and aloof. I still go here for the subs, and it's just kids so i let it slide usually. read more

Go in hungry because these are some big subs. However you may have to wait awhile because The meat and cheese are sliced per order. The staff running the slicer gets a good work out on one arm. Get your sub "Mike's way" and you won't be disappointed. read more

Wow. I was so done with sub sandwiches a few years ago. I tried Jersey Mike's for the first time today. I got the chipotle cheesesteak and it was really good. I was shocked to see that my food wasn't waiting to be microwaved but they cooked it on a grille. read more

Sandwhich was amazing! Amazing bread! Amazing meat! Wonderful service, smiles everywhere ! I got the number nine and it was the best sandwich I have had in Bozeman ever. Get the number nine mikes way!! You won't regret coming here and you'll be hooked! read more

We decided to try them out for an office lunch for 12 noon the next day. The person who took our order said they needed 24 hours and it was already 2pm. Even though they made us feel it was a big inconvenience they said we could still call in the order. Upon 12 noon the next day after 15 mins past we called to see if they were on their way and they said they forgot to make the sandwiches. This was a lunch for 15 people. Super disappointed. However the owner came in and try to make it right. We appreciated the effort they made to come in to apologize :) read more

We live very close and our girls wanted to give it a whirl. They got basic ham and cheese and liked them. Daddy got a Philly and liked it and I ordered a ham and turkey. All were good but not amazing, the sammich maker put wayyyy too much oil and our bread was soggy but we will try again! read more

The service here is exceptional. Our baby prefers her bottles warm, and they were super helpful on helping us get it warmed up. The food is also exceptional, and extremely consistent. read more

My kids like to stop here. They usually eat all of their food which is a big bonus for us. Nothing special to the sandwiches, but they're good. We like to watch them make our sandwiches from start to finish and they slice the meat and cheese right in front of you. Only a few little things I have complaints about. 1)The ice machine definitely needs to be cleaned, we always end up with black things in the ice. I have not used ice there the last 2 times because of this. I did tell them the first couple of times we were there. They obviously didn't listen. 2)The root beer is not for us, no one in my family likes it and we are root beer people. 3) Every time we're there the CO2 is not working, so we have flat soda. Sandwiches are good, soda machine isn't worth your $$ read more

Sandwiches were decent but WAY over priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got a free cookie and brownie as it was our first visit.

Wraps not so good. Unless you are looking for a lettuce wrap. Didn't notice much more flavor than lettuce and dressing, but if you love dressing this is your place!! Way over priced. read more

I grew up in Bay Head, NJ and went to Pt. Pleasant Beach High School and ate at the original Mike's Subs almost every day for lunch. Having moved to Bozeman 16 years ago I was thrilled when I heard a Jersey Mike's opened in Bozeman. By far the BEST and most authentic sub sandwich in town. They cook their own roast beef on the premises and make their own sub rolls, the closest thing to an authentic sub this side of New Jersey. If you have it Mike's Way which is very tasty make sure they don't put on too much vinegar and oil. Simply an experience issue with the new sub makers in town. Good luck in Bozeman, so glad you are here! My son has decided to never go to Subway again so that say's something coming from an 8 year old! read more
