Good sandwucjes and friendly staff. We were looking for a quick stop to pick up sandwiches no too far (about 10 miles away) on the way to BZN Airport. Sandwi ges are not made to order, however, looks like they are constantly making them. We ordered one Mortadella (similar to an Italian), and two Roast Beefs. All sandwiches are on Ciabatta. Meats were being freshly sliced. Mortadella was very good, lots of flavor. Roast Beef sandwiches lacked flavor. Meat waa very good along with the roll, not sure if it needed more Aioli or condiments? Definitely would recommend their sandwiches just skip the Roast Beef. Parking is atrocious! No lot, street parking only and very hard to park or even drive down these side streets! 2nd visit -- great sandwich, good service, and like the setup with the exception of the seating area. Sandwiches are 5 star and worth the wait. Fresh ingredients, good bread, and amazing options. The service I've received has been really good on one visit and little short of good on another. Seating area is uncomfortable, lighting is horrible, and just not conducive to hanging with friends or family to enjoy a great sandwich. Visiting town, this spot was a little hard to find and the line during lunch time on a Tuesday was long but moved quickly. I had the Rueben sandwich. Fink's was an excellent spot for lunch after a long hike! When you arrive there might be a long line but don't let that stop you! The line goes very fast and they get your food to you pretty quickly too. You order at the counter and then they call your name as soon as your order is ready. The bread is made fresh and each sandwich is packed with quality ingredients. The sandwiches are worth it! I had the ham with no pineapple salsa and I added garlic aioli. It was excellent!! I will say their menu is funky in a good way. I am a picky eater so I just said no salsa on my sandwich and switched out a few things and it worked out well! They also offer various pasta salads, cheeses, soups and charities type items. They do have indoor and outdoor seating. They are efficient and the food is incredible. Having grown up in a town with a lot of very good delis, I'm pretty selective and have resigned myself to a life of substandard (no pun intended, cringe) sandwiches. Fink's is very much an outlier. The bread is freshly made next door, and the sandwich selections are numerous and interesting without being ridiculous. Our group had the Cubano, the turkey, pastrami, mortadella, and roast beef. The Cubano was especially interesting, since it's easy to overdress it, but Fink's balances it very well. On my last day in Bozeman I was looking for some lunch spots and found this place. They have some outdoor tables in the shade and some indoor tables when they're not doing takeout only. There is a small parking but also a lot of street parking in the area. They have both cold and hot sandwiches depending on what you're feeling. I ordered the cheesesteak ($12) which was pretty darn good. There's a lot of black pepper in the sandwich so you get a good amount of that slight spice and it goes well with the sweetness of the peppers. I really liked the bun that was used too. The only thing I'd say is that I wish the meat was mixed with the cheese so that all bites of the sandwich have both meat and cheese. If you come during lunch it'll be quite busy so I recommend ordering online earlier so you can skip the waiting time. read more

Just finished lunch at this delicatessen/restaurant. The food was very good! My wife and I had the tuna melt, cheesesteak sandwich, clam chowder w/french bread baguette (see pics). I'd give the food a 4+ star and the service a 3- star. They were not very friendly and basically didn't care that we were there. It also took about 20 minutes to get our food which was a bit long. we were in Bozeman for the day and were looking for a nice lunch place and this place had gotten a lot of positive reviews so decided to check it out. The deli is located in the back of the building and it's a bit confusing on how to get there. Also, due to Covid restrictions there was no indoor dining, only takeaway and outdoor dining. We found a table and went up to check out the menu. When we first went up there was no sever so we walked up, because didn't know if you ordered outside or in but then a server came and said you order outside. i mentioned i was from out of town and so had some questions but the server was not service friendly in their response nor willingness to answer questions. We ordered the food and sat down and about 20 minutes our food was delivered to us at our table in a to-go bag.
