The floors have rice on it. When you wipe down tables outside don't start with the trash can structure then go to the tables and wipe dried what looks like bird poop and then continue to wipe tables with the same fricken towel. This place is buffoonery As I was ordering a Carne Asada bowl, I was looking back at the picture on their order menu above. I was adding each individual ingredient in the order of which the photo had them layered. This is where my fantasy of a perfect bowl was finalized as an abomination. GUAC ALONE. 40% of my bowl. HOW?! I asked myself after receiving this monstrosity of a bowl. Just to get to the rice, which was the bottom layer with the beans, I had to demolish about half of the entire bowl. Worst place we stopped to eat on our summer vacation. We navigated our trailer into the small parking lot, went inside and stood in a 20 minute line. Should have left. Upon approaching the counter, the young lady behind the counter informed us that they were only taking online orders now. As in, JUST now... because the customer in front of us was able to order. WT actual F is that about? Evidently, they had some staffing problems, and could not keep up with the orders. "Staffing problems" must've meant that the employee who left out the front of the restaurant had reached the end of his shift, and their bad management and staffing problems were now my problem. The kids were hell-bent on chipotle, so my wife told me to go wait in the car... I guess I was steaming?... And she made an online order standing there in there restaurant. Incredibly, the same genius who told us she couldn't make our food was the one who made it! Only took an extra 30 minutes of what would have been travel time for our family. I used to work here. It's gross, the people suck, and it has no standard for food safety. The sanitizer that cleans surfaces isn't replaced until the water is so brown you can't see the bottom. Employees do not wash their hands enough and vape in the kitchen. If you want to work there don't. Management is rude, unorganized, and so unprofessional. This place just sucks. read more

Ordered delivery through Uber Eats and food arrived quickly and was hot and fresh, very similar to what we're used to onsite at Chipotle locations. My burrito bowl was yummy and well proportioned, even though it was delivered, the romaine was super fresh and crisp. I only wish I could ask for extra cilantro. Previously gave this place 2 stars. I decided to come back after a few YEARS and they have somehow disappointed two star expectations. I am lowering it to ONE STAR now. Between MULTIPLE times ordering snd having errors or items missing it's just unacceptable at this point. Why am I paying for missing items or wrongly made items. The place was super filthy. We ate in the back corner that faces Main Street at the only "clean" spot at the bar/counter that overlooks the outside. There was trash on the floor, pieces of food also... and tables and counter not even wiped down. The tables outside were worse and trash was overflowing. It was gross. There were a lot of employees behind the counter but only two were actually working. Somebody needed to be on trash duty and another on bussing and cleaning tables. Our food was not great... and definitely not the quality that we are used to having at other Chipotle's. We chose to come here for their gluten-free /vegan options... but the risk of cross contamination and just simple health-related measures are too much here. The girl making one of our bowls was not even paying attention and had to be reminded to not add queso. She was heavily disinterested and looked like she wanted to be somewhere else. We did not even finish our food; choosing to just toss it and leave. We were really grossed out. When we were at the register--after our food was prepared--the manager made a joke about a magpie that had flown in to the doorway right before they opened. This location by far is the worst I have even been to, ever! I am not sure where to start... probably should start with never ever eat here or bring your family. Between the Cross contamination, the guy and girls working with their long hair down and in their face hovering over the food while they serve it or how dirty everything was... it's hard to pick the worst part about this location. We order because we were starving after a long day in Yellowstone. Best chipotle in Bozeman. More accurately, the only chipotle in Bozeman. It seems online ordering only has become their standard. In case you are confused as to what that is, allow me to explain. You walk into the restaurant, and are greeted by signs directing you to order digitally, while the staff walk around indifferently and guess each other's middle names. You hear a burrista (one who makes burritos?) tell another customer they are out of something. But wait, that's not what the app says... This is where it gets good. You then spend 5 minutes or so looking at selections on your app, while talking to a burrista about what's available and what's not, and how the app is wrong, but if you just tell them, then they can correct it for you. Oh, and all the lemonade beverages are dead empty. Brought this to the attention of the staff 20 minutes ago now. No action. I recommend this location explores a new and progressive ordering system that I have witnessed being used successfully at other groundbreaking locations. I call it P2PVO or person to person verbal ordering. This novel idea is where the burrista engages the customer in verbal communication without computers, phones, apps, desktops, or your grandmother's jitterbug getting involved. read more

I don't know why this Chipotle is rated so lowly, but I came here this past week as covid-19 precautions just started (no sitting in restaurants) to get some food. I got a salad bowl with white rice, black beans, steak, fajitas, pico de gallo, spicy salsa, corn, and cheese. Yum! Their salad dressing was a bit thick for some reason and I wasn't a fan. Other than that, the food was fresh and tasty, although the amount of meat was a bit skimpy. $7.15 for chicken, $8.15 for steak and pork, although the cashier wrung my order wrong and charged me $7.15 for my steak bowl. It is interesting to me that take out food looks different than dine in. Door Dashed a burrito bowl to my office. I had to look for the chicken or lack of chicken beneath the 1 cup of sour cream dumped on top. I paid for Queso and they missed that too. When I tried to fix this through the website they tried to blame Door Dash. The delivery was great so what do they have to do with the way my meal was prepared? Nothing this is an in store issue not Door Dash's fault. Customer service is terrible and they just did not care.
