I went to the McDonald's restaurant today and placed an order with filet of fish. When I got home I found there was no tartar sauce on the sandwich I ordered. Before you leave the establishment I recommend that you check your order. It isn't the first time I have been disappointed with my order. read more

There hasn't been a single time since moving here that I got my food fresh and on time, I am pretty amazed that this location is even around or lasted this long with how terrible the service and management is. The management is rarely ever seen and when they are, they're insanely rude, argumentative with proof of missing items or blatantly ignores your concerns. I don't know what the one lady who works there is, a supervisor or GM or whatever but she is so unfathomably rude to her employees when you're just sitting in the lobby and you can hear her. There is a manager who has said a couple times that she spits in the food, the entire management team is just atrocious, I don't even know if the owners of this store actually CARE about this store whatsoever. The kids working there are clearly burned out and trying to do their best minus a couple who just sit on their phone all the time but the managers will do that too while ignoring customers in drive-thru and window. The store is often dirty with trash piled up in places, it feels like it hasn't been properly scrubbed or cleaned just when inspection hits. I recommend to skip this place, go anywhere else. read more

We stopped by on our way home from Oklahoma and my boyfriend got an Iced Mocha. The worker explained they don't get a lot of coffee orders and wanted to check what she made was right. It was correct and tasted wonderful. The worker checked on us while we ate our food and made sure everything tasted good and even talked to us a little bit about life. The restaurant was clean and the music was wonderful. I would definitely stop by again! read more

Terrible management, I don't think it takes 20 minutes to make a biscuit. The manager complains to his employees the entire time Instead of focusing on being a fast food restaurant. The manager decides to focus on the inspectors and won't stop talking to them to run the business. The only good people in there are the cooks and the cashier. We went this morning to get breakfast we use coupon on app as the girl stated the order wasn't 15 yet to use the 3 off so we asked if we could order a coffee, she said yes. We gave her code, she never stated theres an error the coupon didn't accept so assuming the coupon was taken off we paid and went to the next window. I looked at the receipt and saw the 3 was not taken off, when we got to the other window I asked for a mgr a guy named Ashton comes to the window for a min and asked what was wrong I told him, then a lady comes up, find out later her name is yanet. After yanet came to window asked what the problem was very rude, asked if she could see receipt and told her yes. Then she tells me how something on the receipt was a promo I think sausage biscuits and told her ok the girl at the first window never said it was accepted thats what I'm upset about making me believe it was accepted and just letting us pay. Then yanet said I have no problem giving you your 3 but wants to tell me again why it wasn't accepted and telling me I dont want to argue for 3 well apparently she does bc instead of just doing so she continues to argue with me. The guy Ashton returned with the money and I asked for the names bc the professionalism is out the window and that's when I said im going to make a complaint bc thr rudeness of the manager and 1st window but a few staff laughing in the background that had yellow vests on. I told them they think this funny and joke to them . Ashton proceeded to tell us no we were trying to help and I told him no doesnt help by arguing and laughing at someone like its a joke. They need to work on there customer service skills and the mgr thats how you treat your customers. Very disappointing and sincerely hope this matter will be taken seriously as I've worked in retail for many years i dont believe customer is always right but I do believe treat people with respect!! read more

At best, they serve the typical McD junk-food but this joint removes that possibility. I enjoy watching the goofy staff trying to accomplish their simple tasks, assigned but really; it could be better only if they were wearing Nixon Masks and Clown Suits. I used to sit at the High-Top Bar out front, for a better view but the ridiculous remodel a year ago removed that slice of atmosphere. Their money spent trying to make the storefront look better should have been used training the employees and buying higher-quality food to serve. Two years ago, I contacted the Franchise Management about the HorsePlay and poor service. I received a letter and coupon and next trip there, I witnessed a little Woman Sergeant in there kicking those slackers into shape! It's just your average McDonald's nothing to exciting when it comes to the menu. The inside has been remodeled in recent years and looks nice. The staff is quick and efficient and food seems fresh enough and hot. It does get a bit congested in here because it is smaller. read more

Stopped here for breakfast on our way to Dallas. Got 2 #2's one with coffee & one with orange juice. Also got a #9 with a soda. Got the oj and it looked more like water with a slight orange tint, I could almost see through it!! Changed it to milk. The sausage mcmuffin was very greasy...had it dripping down my hand. Gross. This was a total shock! First off, I have ever left a review of a restaurant. However, this just has to be told! (Keep in mind, we have a farm with cattle, ducks, chickens, etc, so we are NOT easily offended.) We stopped here for a quick bite this afternoon and to cool off from an outdoor job on a typical Texas summer day. First off, there was no one else in the parking lot or drive-thru. That should have been our first clue. Next, the side door was locked but no sign saying why. We went around to the other door and were told the door was broken the night before, thus the reason it was locked. However, no sign on door to tell you that! When we asked why they were so empty, young man at counter said it had been "dead all day." We placed our order then went to get our drinks. They were out of sweet tea completely, as well as ketchup packets and sugar. My boyfriend went to the counter to tell them they were out of sweet tea at the drink station, so they got him a cup from the drive-thru container. I went ahead and got unsweetened tea and then had to search for three packets of sugar! The drink station itself was dreadfully dirty. We had to search to find a semi-clean table, the best of which was near the restrooms. Next, we each went in to wash our hands. Both of us came out shocked at the condition of the restrooms!! The women's toilet paper was completely empty, the floor and sink were just plain nasty, and the toilets in BOTH men's/women's bathrooms were malfunctioning. BOTH! (Now remember, he said they had NOT been busy all day!) Next, the place was REALLY warm, as if the AC wasn't working. Our food was luke warm at best, yet we were the first and only order at that time! Next, the place had an unreal number of flies! Yes, flies! At this point, we started looking around and noticed the tables were filthy and smeared with food (or something). The floors were filthy. The self-order kiosk glass was absolutely awful looking, it was so dirty and smudged. (Again, remember, they were not busy all day.). We started eating and saw the counter person go into the men's bathroom. We heard the toilet flush and then he came straight out the door!! There is absolutely no way he washed his hands that quickly!!! While we were there, several people came to the same side door, and still no sign was put up. Another customer got up and told the manager about the door needing a sign, and the manager just shrugged and walked away!! When we got ready to leave, we had to leave our trash on the top of the tray rack because ALL of the trash cans were PACKED full!! My boyfriend stopped to get another cup of sweet tea before we left, yet it was STILL empty!!! In short, this was the most abysmally managed McDonald's franchise I have ever seen in my entire 54 years!!! read more

I wish I could give 0 stars, it took 20 minutes to get my food from the drive through ( I thought this was fast food) they told me to park and came to my car three times before I got my food, first time they brought the guys food who ordered after me, next time they asked what I ordered and then they came over again and asked if they were meals, after another 5 minutes they brought the food... and the fries were cold. So I am a nurse at a local business. When we get a free minute or two to get an individual to get a meal for us hey came to This establishment. They were informed only 2 orders at a time in the drive through then they have to pay collect those two orders and then go to end of the drive through line and start again. As we have far more than than a cpl of professionals to make an order and we all do not all have cash but debit/credit cards for payment This process causes for cold disgusting meals. Guess my money is not wanted here. Sorry we can't all pay cash in one large order. They also refused to take out orders over the phone. The app makes you check in upon arrival so you can't even place that order ahead of time and pay prior to arrival. Sorry my co-workers and my work schedule doesn't fit your payment abilities. read more

Worse McDonalds ever! They never get my order right. I sat in the drive through for almost 45 minutes, and there was only 2 cars ahead of me when I got there. Then I finally get my food and I drive off. I was driving home, which is a 20 minute drive. I ate my fries while I drove and decided to wait until I got home to eat the Sweet BBQ Bacon burger I ordered. I figured it was probably too messy to eat while I was driving. When I got home, I took the box out of the bag holding my burger. I find out they gave me a stupid Big Mac instead of the sweet BBQ bacon Burger! Seriously! It's not like I was going to drive another 20 minutes back there to tell them they gave me someone else's order!! So frustrating! I will go anywhere but there from now on!
