I had the #3 Hoagie with substituted sourdough bread instead of the all-white brioche bun, which consisted of a wagyu 100% beef patty topped with locally smoked and sourced all-beef brisket. A specially paired side of BBQ sauce was provided. I didn't find it necessary to use as I had ate most of the meat already before realizing the sauce was on my dish. I also had a salad with ranch dressing. For beverage I had fresh brewed coffee with half n half. Definitely will be back, would order again! My mother had #4 Burger on homemade Brioche Bun with a side of fries and for a drink Dublin Cream Soda. She said it was Delicious. My brother had the #8 Sandwich which is Sliced Ribeye Steak with sauteed onions, mushrooms, and jack cheese on a bun. We were talking about Phillies and this what they suggested from their menu. For his side he took a small salad and ranch dressing. He also enjoyed a very refreshing unsweet tea. My brother tried to describe it as good and I said use another word, he then said it was savory. My sister had the #6 Burger with sauteed onion and mushrooms, and jack cheese. She also had a side salad with Ranch, and a Sweet Tea. You can't break some people of their habits and upon pressuring my sister for an alternative to good she went with "really good". My auntie had a hamburger with no modifications, except for all the vegetables which she had delivered on the side. She enjoyed mac and cheese for her side option, and for the cold drink she went with a Diet Coke. Good is a good word but over-used so when my auntie tried to describe it as good, I asked for another word and I got scrumptous. They decorum is very clean, and I want to say "old cottage" feeling. I like it. There are plenty of icecreams, and baked good to be had and while I did not partake, my aunt bought a cheese cake for her and mom to share. I think they enjoyed as they were very chatting while consuming it. The walls of store are lined with various keto goods, and odd knick knacks all for sale that vibe with the restaurant but do not take away from it. For example Cowboy Candy caught my eye, as it was a type siracha based sugar treat of heat. Also catching my eye were the honey spoons. My mothers eye was caught on the Bob's Red Mill bread mixes.

While filling my bag 3 coffee beans fell on the floor. Being honest and looking out for the liability (slip and fall hazards) of the business owner I picked up the three beans and proceeded to the register to purchase the beans. While at the register I handed the clerk the 3 beans and told her they fell on the floor so she could throw them in the trash so no one would slip or fall on them. She then place my bag on the scale and then took the three beans and placed them on the scale with my purchase. "Charging me" for the 3 beans! I was absolutely floored and asked if she was really charging me for the beans?? She said it was policy. I told her those 3 beans are actually worth a potential liability law suit? I expressed my absolute disbelief, with a shrug she said I have to charge you. I told her to learn a lesson from this as being honest and looking out for the well being of others apparently is worth less than GREED. She then tried to tell me the cost of coffee beans etc. I explained to her I own 3 business and there is a waste factor built into 99% of businesses. That is no excuse. Especially in specialty candies. I paid 19.87 for .68 lbs that is over 27.00 per lb. I weighed the 3 beans when I got home and they weighed .007 lbs that is a retail cost of .00025 cents my cost so the actual cost to the company is far less than that. Again I am more than happy to pay more to support local business owners however never will I support a company that has a policy to charge there community supporters looking out for their businesses best interest. In hindsight I should have just told her to keep her beans and left the store. I will not make that mistake again. Let's get back to being reasonable again folks. As I am sure their business revenue is majorly based on local support. Unfortunately they are not reciprocating to their supporters. That is bad business in my opinion.

One employee (the only one there) was servicing a group of five or six people. They paid and left the shop. The employee looked at me and said, "I'll be right with you....(something something...mumble mumble...". How many people have also paid for his napkin full of ice cream, and others (who have already paid for) ice cream? I loudly said, "Thanks for charging me for the dirty napkin". I couldn't even see the iPad screen... I tried to tap my card, but couldn't tell if it had been accepted. He then said, "Did you want your receipt?" I replied, "Oh, it worked, I didn't even see how much it was...". $10 .... T E N dollars for an ice-cream cone?? Seriously? Not even a thank you... By then, another customer had walked in, and the employee moved on to assist them. There are so many issues with this visit... We won't be back, but I hope this review helps others prepare for the upcharges of ice cream by the ounce. $.90 per ounce... and watch out for those extra napkins on the scale --they'll cost you!
