We had the chopped brisket, sausage, and ribs with coleslaw, street corn, and charro beans. The coleslaw is not sweet, but so good. The cabbage appears to be shredded in house. The street corn is not a sweet cream corn, but it was creamy and it had max flavor without too much heat. The charro beans were also flavorful (I hate bland beans). We were stuffed, but mixed the beans with the last of our chopped brisket and it was delicious! All meats were so good, but the ribs were our favorite! Great flavor. They were firm enough to stay on the bone, but also so tender that it pulled off the bone easily with each bite. Perfection! The coleslaw was good. I read about the vinegar based sauce but the recipe must have changed because it is a savory slaw, just needed a bit more salt. The platter also comes with warm, homemade flour tortillas and potato bread slices. We will be back many times over since we missed a Waygu fajitas special today.
