Not too spicy but perfect pasta and a great taste to the sauce. Potato salad was excellent, love the chunks of potato you get every few bites. Street corn has bright, popping flavors, excellent. The coleslaw was good. I read about the vinegar based sauce but the recipe must have changed because it is a savory slaw, just needed a bit more salt. The platter also comes with warm, homemade flour tortillas and potato bread slices. We will be back many times over since we missed a Waygu fajitas special today.
