The brisket was moist and very tender, with a slight smokiness. The sausage was deeply smoked, sliced in half and charred a bit on the flattop. The slaw and Rooster Tails were really good. A nice slightly spicy dip was served with the onions. Good BBQ sauce for the brisket, and they also had a wall of pain with some choice hot sauces on it. I didn't partake, since I have a flight to catch in the morning. They brought a second plate for no charge. The squeeze had a canned IPA and I had a Shiner Bock draft for libations. We really enjoyed the meal. Morgan was an excellent server and didn't try to shoo us out even though more customers were coming in. I wish I lived around here so I could try the other items on the menu.

The menu reads odd to someone who still uses the oxford coma. That's what I was taught in my public schooling over 25 years ago. The waitress (not even the waitress that took our order) made it a point to come, very rudely, explain how the menu reads and tell me I was wrong. She wouldn't hear my husband or me out about how we read the menu. It came down to nationality and she was the one that brought it up. She made me feel like I didn't know my own first language, that being English. I was just trying to make a suggestion and save some heartache over the issue. It'll be a while before we try this place again. Hopefully, by the next time we try this restaurant, the menu kinks work themselves out and the employees have better attitudes.

I am going to feel confident in assuming the chicken is not breaded in house but rather are trucked frozen so the taste cannot be changed though. No biggie, I can always go somewhere else for my chicken sandwich cravings after all it IS called BURGER king. We ordered a Turkey Salad that had fresh veggies and right amount of protein and crunch to it. The Outlaw Burger had a thick layer of cheese that nicely melted into the thick patty that offered a good spicy flavor. Both portions were generous. Our food tasted fresh and delicious. The girl at the front desk was friendly helping us check out. Our waitress did a great job, stopping by few times to ask, "How's everything Y'all?" I loved the Western Cowboy Theme. Once you step inside, it's as if you stepped back in time to the early cowboys era. Stopped by here y'all and give them a try.
