Taco Casa - Taco casa - Mexican Near Me - Decatur, Texas

We all love the Casa!! I like the crispy shells, and larger portions than the palce up the street! The people are super friendly, and the drive through is alway fast! Super Taco is the answer... you figure out the question! 4 STARS read more

Always satisfied with my service they always load my food up with plenty of everything!!!!

Excellent hard shell tacos, best I've had in a while! Good bean and cheese burrito too, but the taco was the real star (aren't they always?)

So if you're older and remember the Taco Light from Taco Bell and still miss it, you'll want to visit Taco Casa and get a Taco Lite. I swear it's the same taco! Most crispy shell tacos are corn tortillas, but a Taco Light/Lite is a crispy flour tortilla and also has sour cream & tomatoes. We ordered food for like ten people so it took a couple of minutes to get our order, but nothing out of line. It was kinda weird that they wanted to know how many hot sauce packets we wanted so I blurted out that we wanted ten because I wasn't thinking. Lol. Next time I'm in Texas, I'm hitting a Taco Casa for a Taco Lite! read more

Food comes out hot and fast. Never have any issues here! This store is always clean. friendly staff.

I love taco casa! Every restaurant is clean. The workers are friendly and I like the food for a quick bite. The only downside to Taco Cass is that everything of the menu is overly salty. Like really salty. It's the first thing that hits you. There's some things on the menu that I really love because of the sodium content I stay with the crunchy tacos because they seem to taste the least saltiest. If Taco Casa cut back on The salt there food would be Awesome for fast food. So because of the salt level I gave it a 3 star rating read more

Love the light taco.. it's a thin fried flour tortilla! Portions are huge! Definitely a great food for travel.

Good food. Restaurant and restrooms were very clean. Polite staff. Great stop on a road trip

I'm not sure what it is, but Taco Casa is just better. Actually, I do know, it's consistent quality. Taco Casa is easily the best Mexican fast food restaurant. I've been to multiple locations, and it's always the same excellent product. Each item is bigger, better, fuller, than the same items at Bell or Bueno. With prices going up all the time, we deserve more than some skimpy, half full taco. The spicy sauce is good on anything! I try to get extra, which they will do, and put it on my eggs in the morning. What a treat! Yes, I still eat at Bell and Bueno because sometimes there just isn't a Taco Casa close. My loss. Try the super burrito. It's awesome! read more

Best taco casa I've ever been too. Friendly staff and food is always well put together unlike a lot of other locations

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered two things. One came out. Waited on the side to ask about missing food. Ignored for 5 minutes so I go stand in line a second time. She said we will check on it. Another few minutes waiting on the side. Then she and the other workers tell me I only ordered a taco. I said no I ordered two things. She said oh sorry I missed it and walks off to wait on another customers. No mention of how to make it right and I think she expected me to wait in the long line a third time. This manager needs to retrain their people on how to deal with customers in a nice way. read more

Dear Taco Casa in Decatur, Your management is crap. My kid got hurt in the job yesterday and they wouldn't let us file and incident report. The managers reason for not being reachable is she has a life. I asked for cooperates number and she said employees aren't allowed to have it. My daughter is 16 and stuck at home with a swollen foot, taking her the ER in a few. Shame on you Taco Casa and the manager is Misty Downing, this is the type of person you leave in charge. Also the manager on duty felt it appropriate to laugh at my child after the incident. Guess it's on my to make you uncomfortable since you want to treat your minor employees this way! Unfortunately for you I don't back down so that's your mistake! Misty Downing is a horrible manager and she needs to be fired read more

So fresh every time we come. We make this store our stop every time we head to Colorado. We ordered Super Burritos, super tostado, chilada, taco lite, and a combo burrito. All delicious! Super clean store and friendly staff. read more

As far as take out Mexican food in Decatur goes this the the better of the chain restaurants. Quick and easy with larger potions than the competition the food tastes more fresh usually. Inside there is plenty of seating and the store looks clean. The sweet tea here is amazing and during certain hours you can get any size for only 99 cents or a gallon of tea for a reasonable price. Overall nothing super special, it is a chain restaurant so what can be said, but for quick food on the go it's a good option in Decatur. read more

Perfect tacos every time! Could have used A LOT more hot sauce, guess there is a limit now to 4 unless you beg for extra.

I stopped by today as I live in Nocona Texas. Normally I don't have a problem , was at the drive-through, how many hot sauce packets would you like, 10 I said . Didn't check the bag. 50 minute drive later opened the bag, no hot sauce. Second time this is happened what happened, they used to be on it. read more

This location is one of my favorite places to eat. They are on the right track with Covid procedures & the restraunt is always super clean

The staff is attentive and the QC of the food and beverage is stable, clean facility as well. Can't get enough of the zesty cheese and the flavor piercing black olives. Disco Jo from Paradise read more

For a fast food taco place it's good. Service is great and always eat the salad. Can't ask for more for a fast food place that's quick and convenient read more

Taco Casa has delicious food and they are very generous with there toppings. i.e plenty of cheese, tomato ect. There tea is great and reasonably priced. I frequent fast food places that are open so you can see the food being prepared. I also watch for places that require their employees handling food to wear gloves. Taco Casa fits both of these requirements for me. But today I almost walked out. ( I was talked out of it by my companion) One of the ladies was refilling the cheese bin in the food prep isle. I guess she forgot she was in view of customers. While filling the bin with cheese she picked up a large handful and stuffed it in her mouth!! Gross. I will not be back to this location. I am giving 3 stars because the food is good and the restaurant overall ( what I can see of it) looks clean. In hind sight I should have spoken to a manager. One bad employee can ruin a business. read more

No body goes to taco casa for a normal bean burrito. It's the cheese that makes yalls burritos better then the rest. Barely any cheese on my burrito. And we waited in the drive thru for around 20 mins. Guess y'all are low on cheese and employees. Thanks for the waste of time and appetite read more

Super fast drive thru during prime lunch rush, friendly service, tasty Taco Casa food as usual!

Nasty food at outrageous prices! My taco salad was huge, didn't eat more than 4 bites. Husband had the "super taco". Ha! That was a crappy joke of a meal. The best part of the meal was the fact that they weren't busy. We should have taken that as a cue to go elsewhere. Taco Bell is way faster, way better taste, and a much better value. At least you can eat their food! read more

The food at the Taco Casa in (Wichita Falls on southwest pkwy) is way better. The food here is ok. Employees don't seem to want to be there. read more

i asked for one supreme nacho with the toppings on the side and not only were the toppings not on the side but they charged me for 3 supreme nachos. i'm sure it was a misunderstanding because their intercom was very muffled and the cashier didn't give a read back, just told me to pull up to the outside lane. i called minutes after the order and explained the situation to the manager and she refused to refund the charges even if i brought back the two extra nacho orders. terrible customer experience. the manager just seemed to want to find a way to blame me for the mixup without working to get this resolved. it sucks because i really did love taco casa and i go there like 3-4 times a week but i won't be returning after this experience. read more

Favorite fast food but the service is awful. The workers are not friendly. After a 35 minute wait my order was wrong and I I had to asked for items which I was told were in the bag. Haven't eaten there much in past year -seems to have gone downhill. Used to eat there weekly. Same problems as today border wrong get home and have to go back. Missing items, etc. :( read more

I love Taco Casa and this one was no different. Great food and speedy.
