    Catfish with okra
    Dan W.

Stopped by here on the way to Dallas for lunch. The fish was pretty good. The salad bar was decent. The okra was better than average. The fries were good. They make a really good ranch dressing. I also suspect they make their own tartar and cocktail sauces because they are way better than average. The only thing we didn't care for was the coleslaw. The service was great, responsive and friendly. It's a classic country diner style restaurant.

The best place to stop on 287. Clean and efficient catfish restaurant with super nice staff and excellent food. The cheese curds are deliciously garlicky. I had the lunch special with three catfish filets, okra and the fresh salad bar there is also a chicken fried steak lunch special. The fish was excellent.

The service and atmosphere were top notch! Super clean restaurant and the young man that waited on us was just incredible. However besides the awesome, fresh, and clean salad bar everything else fell way short. The crabcakes were so dense and flavorless. The fish was less than impressive. I've had better fast food fish. The fried jalapeños were okay but kind of burned and raw at the same time. I wish the food would have been better because they have a cool, large restaurant and awesome servers.

First time here, the entrance is nice and has a water area and plants. Upon entry there was a pungent smell but once seated the smell dissipated. The feeling in the restaurant is a cross between Cracker Barrell and Texas Roadhouse with the Peanut bucket. The food was ok at best, the Catfish was lightly breaded, they have there own style of Hushpuppies that I thought were cheese sticks as that's what they looked like and the fries were good. The salad bar unfortunately is near the bathrooms that did not smell the best. Maybe moving the salad bar would be better but I am sure this has been the set up for awhile. It seems that this place has there set of regulars and are comfortable with the set up so being a one time could be the reason I am not comfortable with it.

The food was good. I would come back to eat here. The food prices are about 15-20$ a person so the 4 star is just because of the price to food ratio is a little out of wack. Old school, good fish stop but definitely has been affected by 2025 pricing. I think everything came with a salad bar. The sweet tea was off the chain and the service was good. 2 years in the area and this is my first stop.

Portions of catfish are way too small lol for price. My fish had a bottom of the lake taste! But the salad and beans were delish!

Waited 30 MINUTES TO GET A DRINK. Service was terrible. If you want to wait 4 hours to eat after being seated then be my guest.

Baked potato and Salad bar was the best part of the meal. Disappointed in the shrimp and oysters as well as the chicken strips. $67.00.

You get great service, great food and a consistent experience no matter what day or time you eat at Pacific Table. There are so many other dishes that my family members enjoyed crispy rice duo, Waldorf salad, ahi tuna salad and so many other dishes I want to try. They have great outdoor seating and since I am by myself half the time I sit at the bar. Love the vibe and all the servers and when engaging with management they are always interested in your experience. Love Pacific Table!

We especially loved sitting near the bar--the bar staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The standout dish was the blackened halibut topped with lump crabmeat--absolutely delicious. The Waldorf salad was light and perfectly balanced with the halibut, and pairing it with a glass of Davis Bynum Chardonnay was a great choice. We finished the evening with vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate, a simple and satisfying dessert. Excellent food and outstanding service throughout.

Friendly helpful staff, roomy sea worthy dining I ordered the recommended scrimp combo in mild sauce potatoes sausage it all comes together in a plastic bag. The sauce is special, full of flavors spices and some heat it's really outstanding. I had sweet tea for the first time it was addicting. Pier 18 staff was very accommodating we were there 4 hours lots of laughs The girls ordered scrimp, chicken and vegetable bowls that were very generous they couldn't finish. I know it's busier and Friday night but geez, the table we sat at or the chairs we sat on were dirty like covered in some kind of sauce. It got on my jacket and my girlfriend's clothes, no sincere apology they just switched a chair but didn't look like they cleaned it. Had to wait until the end of dinner for part of our order even if we politely asked 3 different workers if we're going to get the rest of our food. This is after 3 other tables got all of their food before we did and were seated after us. Guess if we ever come back here we need to be early or just lunch time. Also, don't get the hibachi beef, it's mostly stir fried vegetables on top of rice with some tossed salad on half the plate. Doesn't taste that good either, but the fried calamari was delicious and served with fries. The gumbo soup was ok but I think I'll just stick with the seafood boil or fried appetizers. They do open up the back dining area when it's busy.

This is a game changer :D There are freezers full of delicious frozen offerings, fries, jalepeno taters, fried pickles, etc, and we grabbed a few to try. Also, there is a wall of quite the selection of local honey, jams, etc. BUT the real gem, the raw meat counter was chock-full of incredible cuts and varieties of meats! We decided to try to the cordon bleu chicken and brisket poppers this trip, as well as an 18 pound brisket, YUM! The employees were ready to help with any questions and even handed us a basket when our hands started to get too full. So grateful! I will note for future review readers, there is about a 4% card charge. Apparently there are signs that I missed while I was busy bouncing my eyes from product to product, so I ended up having to call once I got home about why the receipt showed a much high price than the label on the meats. So, the price label on the products is the cash price, totally understandable! In conclusion, Wise Choice exceeded our expectations on meat selection, and they even have Diet Dr Pepper and Topo Chico (I didn't have to run to Walmart for sodas! Woohoo!). Thanks team!!
