As soon as we walked in on a Sunday non-busy morning, my husband heard one of the two workers, just steps away from the cash register say "That's racist but you do what you have to do". I didn't pay any attention since I was so busy looking at the menu trying to find something to order. When I stepped up to the cash register, the two workers continued on with their conversation and didn't even approach me until they were done talking(minus 1 star). My order was simple. Breakfast platter. Egg white delight on a biscuit with bacon. Orange juice. Small mocha frappe. The cashier asked if I wanted it for here or to go and I said "for here." Our friend ordered next. His order was an orange juice and I forgot which breakfast sandwich. He said for here as well. A man ordered next. I don't know what he ordered but apparently he also ordered to dine in. I went to the bathroom and when I came back, the man's order was made before mine and our friends (minus 1 star). It was also on a tray. When our order was finished, it was in a bag and they also put our friend's order in the same bag. Their excuse: "Sorry but we are out of trays." BUT THERES NO ONE HERE AND THERES TWO TRAYS NOT CLEANED ABOVE THE TRASH! Is what I wanted to say but I just said "Oh, ok." To make the situation even more annoying, my small mocha frappe had half the drink and the rest was runny whipped cream (minus 1 star, daaaang, y'all running out of stars here). When I opened my order, they messed it up and gave me the regular egg and cheese, not the egg white delight. So I was done. They deserve hella negative stars for being so negative and not knowing customer service. I don't want to play the race card here but it was really weird how the workers kept staring. Just saying. I came in today through the drive-through and ordered three McChicken's, a large fry, and a Diet Coke. When I got to the Second window to get my food they handed me a small bag. I asked if it was three McChicken's and she said it was one and when I asked her to add two more on there she got a lot of attitude and slammed the window shut. After leaving the drive-through I realized they didn't give me my Diet Coke so I went to the door and rang the delivery doorbell for doordash drivers where I was greeted with more attitude. Ex employee of 2 years- Store was ran by an amazing woman named Connie for the first year I was there, she wasn't perfect but a really awesome general manager, unfortunately someone else ended up taking her spot in the position and the whole establishment fell apart within months. She screwed the coworkers and customers over, by her attitude towards them. I was training for management because I knew what I was doing. By the time I had felt I had enough working here she started getting in my face a lot and calling me horrible names and telling me she didn't need me and I was a waste of space, (mind you this is a 37 year old woman beating down on a 16-17 year old girl) she is the most careless and backstabbing person I have ever encountered. They were having a junior in Highschool work every single weekend 4am to 1pm shifts and when I was late I was written up and threatened to be fired while trying to balance school and band. I had retaliated and posted the write up on social media and an ex coworker showed it to my boss and she got in my face and basically told me I was worthless and by the time she was done screaming at me I ran into the dry stock barely able to breathe on my knees sobbing and she came back there and told me to get my shit together and stop crying and to go back to by job. That night I went home job searching and got out of there as soon as I could. The owners had the lowest standards of any business I have worked for. food quality was poor and the environment is worse. attempts made to change it were met usually with termination. Management was horrible. The store manager would talk about certain employees calling them "cunts" etc. not professional at all. They would let other people use your drawer while you were on a break and then if the drawer was off you would get a write up for it. Worst job I've ever had. I just recently went through for the first time since I quit and the ex manager that used to tell me what a worthless piece of shit I was, was literally going to classmates of mine and telling them that I was two faced and I was a little bitch? Wow lady. You're almost 40 years old and you're talking to high schoolers about a high schooler? You need to work out your problems before you start beating down on minors. The worst/slowest McDonald's LOOK AT MY PICTURE, CANNOT BELIEVE THEY WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE OK TO SERVE THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMER. Will definitely not be returning here!!! We had stop by to get 2 medium fries & a chicken sandwich for my son & little cousin Sunday evening around 4pm. As they handed my husband the bag I reach over and grab a few fries and shoved it in my mouth. "Babe next time we gotta remember to tell them no salt, maybe it will be fresher." The fries look like it's been sitting out for awhile and dried, but kept warm. I handed the rest of the fries to my little cousin and son. Right when we got home my little cousin open his chicken sandwich and said I can't eat it. I was like what are you talking about you can't eat it, just eat your sandwich. He then hands it to "It's all burnt." OH I WAS FURIOUS! How can anyone dare to serve this!!! I called and spoke with the manager, he apologize and said I can come in for another one and a refund. I was still so pist. I wanted the manger to see how burnt the buns were, the bottom bun was so burnt, it was literally all black & flat, it look like someone stomped on it too. The top bun had a HUGE slab of Mayo on it, I decided to wipe it off, it was pretty burnt also. I didn't dear to even look inside the chicken. Right when I got off the phone, I was so shaken by the fact they serve this to us! Or even thought it was ok to serve it to anyone, I decided to take the 20min drive back in town. I opened it to the manager and he said he would show it to his employees. The manager was super nice and apologetic about the whole situation. Not even worth one star. This McDonald's had an issue with their system and couldnt take any money. This manager refused to tell anyone in the drive thru so that people could leave. We were stuck in line for over 35 min!!! My husband went in to find out what was happening and let all the people in the drive thru know since the manager refused. Once we all found out everyone left without the food you made since you couldnt figure out how to take our money. This place is awful. Honestly, I don't expect a lot from McDonald's - but this place is the worst. Their lack of customer service is appalling. I ordered a sausage & cheese egg McMuffin. Easy, right? Nope. She kept pushing the meal that had 2 McMuffins. She said it was cheaper. I didn't want to eat two, just one. It's ridiculous that McDonald's keeps pushing more food. Seriously, we are fat enough. After we got through that hurdle, I then asked for a half- cut iced tea in a foam cup (keeps it colder longer). I then had to what a dissertation about how the tea always comes in. foam cup. She was incredibly condescending. What she did not know is that we just returned from San Francisco that doesn't use styrofoam at all. I was going to tell the manager (that was all of about 15), but he was so rude when he gave me my food, I knew it wasn't worth it. He didn't even look at me. I'm sure if these two could figure out how to just toss your food at you while you slowly roll through a conveyor, they would. It was an amazingly poor experience. I stopped going to this McDonald's because the service was so bad. They have messed up my drive-thru order multiple times. The Drive-thru is extremely slow and it's always a gamble weather or not they will get your order right. The last time they screwed up my order I was told to park in the parking lot and they would bring it out to me. I refused and said just bring it to me here now. The manager was very rude and refused and gave me the option to refund my money or to park and wait. I told her to refund my money. It took her 10 minutes more to figure out how to refund me. It would have been faster to just add the cheese to my burger that was missing in the first place. I will never come to this place again, and it is probably better for my health as well to skip this place. Also there are always transients and homeless crack-heads hanging out in the parking lot and in the bushes. Families use caution. read more

Then a few min later I ordered a sweet tea light ice with a large fry. We got to the window I paid then I got to the next window I sat there almost 20min before they even gave me my drink then they didn't even fill it all the way then I had to still wait 10 min for my large fry after I left and tasted my tea it was nasty and the Fry's where warm not hot. read more

Window workers for drive through were very rude. We pulled up and we're stared at before we had to ask for the total and once told we moved onto the next window understanding it can be hard to work fast food but the second window was just as bad as the first. When we asked a simple question we were answered with rude and short responses before the worker wearing a blue shirt turned and walked away. Literally the most disgusting McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. The floor was black in places and looks like it hadn't been swept or mopped in days. The cheeseburgers were stale and cold and FILLED with nothing but mustard and onions and a tiny bit of ketchup. I asked if I could have some ketchup and they said they were out. How are you out of ketchup when there is ketchup on my burger? They finally gave me some in a cup. No changing tables in the restroom and the trashes were overflowing. Absolutely disgusting.
