Is there some sort of weird pact in this town that all fast food establishments have to be slow af? This has got to be the chamber of commerce's idea to add fresh DNA to what has to be a startling about of cousin lovin' going on. But making me stay in line behind a big ass loud and ugly truck packed with kids vaping and screeching, "that's balls y'all" isn't helping your cause. I want out of this place. The people also look like their cars here. It's weird. And not terribly flattering to the cars. But the high dude running the drive though line we may or may not survive was nice. The dude in the pic sat there the whole time. We've been in line since yesterday. read more

These people make 20.00 an hour! Help me understand why the food worse than ever! Cold food, burrito with a teaspoon of meat and a crunch wrap with about the same. There was nothing special about this order. No substitutions no confusion. 58.00 for 5 COLD tacos. 2 nacho bell with more chips than anythings else. Crunch wrap and beefy burrito with very little meat. Very disappointed. You people make 20.00 an hour! Would you be happy with any of that food? Make the food like you are going to eat it! SMH! SLOW service. Order via kiosk only. Don't stop here if you don't want to wait 30 minutes for your food. The locals tell me this is typical.

Definitely not open 24 hours. Bet money that the employees are in the back sleeping The lobby has trash in it and if that's how they close then grosss read more

TERRIBLE customer service. Waited over an hour in line. When I was ordering the worker kept commenting rude remarks and when I was asking my child what they wanted, he said " uh hello.." and then proceeded to say "okay i'm gonna go and give you some time" however after he had said that, I stated that I knew what I wanted. Anyways, the food was not good enough for all that attitude. read more

First AI screwed up the order and the tacos were so bad crunchy tacos. We do half them away horrible place never go again.

They got my order wrong and when I came through they said I had to re-order and I had to pay twice. Terrible service.

Food is always cold and tacos always soggy. The AI service at speaker sucks and never get extras sauce asked for.

It was $25 and there was barely anything in it just look at the picture? The lady was rude while I was the only one in line. Why did it take so long to make this? read more

Slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to!! 4:00 pm, plenty of people working. I would've cancelled my order but had too much time invested.

I stopped for breakfast one morning recently, and all I had was $100 bills. I tried to pay, but the manager didn't yet have change for a bill of that size. So they apologized, I already had my drink, offered to return it, but they told me to keep it. Then as I was going to leave hungry, but the manager came to the window, told me to take my food, and bring back the funds when I could, he put his own money in the drawer. I protested, but he told me he wanted me to have my breakfast before I went to work. I was amazed. I'll drive from Redding to bring my family to this Taco bell...as far as I'm concerned, this is the only Taco bell I will ever go to from now on. Highly recommend. read more

Don't go here if you want your food the same day. I've been sitting in line now for ver and hour in the drive thru .... Let see if I actually get my order read more

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I know it's fast food and Taco Bell, But I have literally NEVER been to a Taco Bell as awful as this one. And of course it's the only thing open in Anderson after a certain hour. I just waited 42 minutes in the drive thru line for a Mexican pizza and and a quesarito. 42 MINUTES!!! 15 of which were at the window after I already paid ‍ This is not fast food or good service you can go to a restaurant that cooks EVERYTHING from scratch and get it in 42 minutes. Asked for hot sauce got none. The rice in my quesarito was crunchy and cold and my Mexican pizza is warm with barely melted cheese read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. Day crew is awesome they do a great job but Night crew is just horrible. You might as well eat garbage because that's what they will sell you. Dont go there unless you enjoy dried out beans, missing several items that you paid for, allergies not being observed, and irritable ungrateful employees serving your food who treat you like you need to hurry up with your order even if it isn't busy. I often can hear the employees yelling in the back ground of the speaker as well. There is a strong vibe that they dont want to make food for multiple people. I've lived in Anderson 3 years. I love taco bell but I will never go to this location again and I will never recommend it. Its more worth it to just drive to Redding and go to El Deliciouso Burrito if you want a late night meal. read more

Every time we have gone to taco bell they dont put ower food all together and then we open it just falls apart or we order and when we get to the window they tell us they dont have anymore of a certain meat this place is just getting worse and worse and is was over price for the bad quality of food they give us read more

After three long days of having a yard sale at my house, I decided to take my granddaughters to Taco Bell for dinner as a treat. When we got there the clerk was very friendly and took our order almost immediately. After he took the order and we were standing there waiting. We waited and waited and waited 10 minutes. Went by 20 minutes. Went by another 20 minutes. during this time I noticed one of the cooks dropping a burrito on the floor and then just kicking it with his feet under the counter and around the floor. The other cooks were stepping on the food in the back on the floor and it was just disgusting. One of them could have quickly grabbed the broom and the dustpan and swept it up. But no, they didn't do that. They just continued making other people's meals. I talked to the manager behind the counter and all she had to say to me was oh that guy has an attitude and he's been spoken to. That is a bunch of crap, she should have reprimanded him and made him clean the meth up and then sent him home. It took 40 minutes to get our food and then they missed a couple items that we had paid for. From this day forward I am boycotting the Taco Bell in Anderson, California. Somebody should call OSHA on them. We will never ever go there again. read more

This is the worst fast food place I've ever been to in My Life as a customer and as a doordash independent contractor. Anytime I've gone there as a customer it takes forever and my orders never right I sat in the Drive-Thru for 45 minutes one day to get to the window and for them to tell me they didn't have what I ordered. Been as a door dress driver I think it's ridiculous to sit in the Drive-Thru line for over an hour waiting to get food to deliver to somebody it doesn't matter how many people they have in that store it always takes forever I don't understand it. If I could not give it any stars I would but I had to give it at least one. read more

Worst Taco Bell ever. All sodas in the machine were flat and they were out of ice. The chicken quesadilla tasted like the chicken was expired and immediately gave us a tummy ache. I took one bite and could tell but unfortunately others took several bites. The wait time was very long. We ordered 5 food items and it took about 25 minutes. The kids working were obviously trying the best they could but it seemed like they were short staffed and just as frustrated. They weren't able to fix the carbonation of the sodas by the time we got our food, ate, and left. I hope whoever runs this place sees all these reviews and does something. read more
