We love panda! This location as clean and the staff was nice. The portions were not extremely large but overall it was a decent plate!

Barely any rice the plate by itself feels very lite

Second time I have came here and bought food the first time I ordered they forgot a whole entree in my plate the beef and broccoli had only broccoli no beef today was the second time I have been here and again no beef in the beef and broccoli and then I feel like they are very stingy with the rice and noodles never have I ever been to a panda express that I had a problem with very disappointing and i will NOT buy anything there anymore rather drive all the way to Redding

Grilled teriyaki

The worst experience and worst food DONT EVER COME TO THE ONE IN ANDERSON I just went to the hospital because one. Of the cooks didn't know how to cook Austin was his name I will be calling the higher ups and report ! THIS IS NOT OKAY FOR ANYONE OR THERE HEATH ! You guys treat your employees horrible !! The managers just stand there and don't help with anything , unless there's a serious issue with a customer don't bother applying here or eating here ! May not seem so bad when you walk in and see the food but once you see the bugs , the roaches , The Cook Austin has caused this to happen to me for the second time FOODBORNE Ilness you guys really to change and work on your restaurant because this is the worst restaurant in the state don't waste your money or time coming here

This visit to Panda Express was HORRIBLE. First off, I ordered spring rolls for my kids and i got rangoons. This ruined my kids and I's mood! Next, my fortune cookie only had one side and no paper. My kid started telling me that I was gonna die,I guess she learned it off this internet thing, and I really thought that I was gonna die . Then, I was in ordering, and the lady put chow mien instead of fried rice. I made her fix it because my kid really really really wanted fried rice. This is not good service because they are not listening to the things I am ordering and putting wrong things in my order. Lastly, my child was just eating her rice and then I heard a scream! Then she ran into the living room with a packet of salt!!! There was a packet off salt in my child's fried rice! Who knows if it was even rice. This is very non safe. Overall, I don't recommend this place.

I recall the building coming in where this restaurant lives today. I'm sorry I missed a good amount of time eating here. First off, you get to walk over the bridge and watch all the koi swimming around. Great for old and new kids. The restaurant interior is definitely Chinese but not overly gaudy. It's clean without much clutter. There are booths and table and chairs. The last 3 times we have come in for the Lunch Specials. I believe that ends at 3pm M-F Not disappointed at all by the menu for anytime of the day. The lunches are well proportioned for $12,035 to $14.00 First you get a small bowl of soup de jour. We have always had good chicken Egg Drop soup. Then comes an Egg Roll. 1 for each lunch served, with hot mustard and sweet & sour sauce. I had Black Bean Sauce Beef with Pork Fried Rice. Lots of rice and just enough beef for me. I couldn't eat it all. My husband banks on that. He had Broccoli Beef with steamed rice and in 20 minutes his plate was empty. There were people coming and going while we were there. It seems most were local. The friendly waitress just adds to the delight of the restaurant. I don't think anyone will be disappointed with this local and new Chinese Restaurant.

We ordered from the Lunch Special menu, which was from 11AM to 3PM everyday. The entrees came with Soup of the Day, Egg Roll, and either Steamed Rice, Pork Fried Rice, or Chicken Chow Mein. We ordered the Chicken with Snow Peas with Steamed Rice for $11.75, Vegetable Bean Curd with Steamed Rice for $11.55, and Beef with Oyster Sauce with Chicken Chow Mein for $12.55. The Soup of the Day was Hot & Sour Soup. The soup was really good, delicious, and not spicy at all. The Egg Rolls were crispy and too oily. The dipping sauce for the egg rolls was good. All the dishes were descent, but way too salty. We were told you can request the dishes to be light on the salt. We wouldn't mind returning next time as the flavors were good, but we would request the dishes be less salty.

It was 100 outside and just humidity and hot inside as well. Very uncomfortable. -Ordered 2 boba milk teas. It was like drinking watered down milk with a slightly toxic weird flavor. It did not taste good. -Ordered 2 shrimp fried rice bowls. The rice was old and seemed like it'd been reheated. (My husband is Filipino. I know what fresh rice and fried rice tastes and looks like. This was NOT) The shrimp had been boiled. Not fried. -Also ordered a thing of the crab wontons. They were very rubbery and stale. Overall it was very disappointing. Will not be eating there on our way back home. Side note: I probably would have gotten a combo but all the food on their food line was dried out and looked like it had been sitting all day. I threw out what I had left. Which from the pic I didn't even eat half.

The place is clean and everybody was friendly. The food is on a cafeteria type line, you just pick out what you want, and then they serve it to you and you take it to your table. I can't speak to the main dishes, themselves, as I just came in for a Boba tea. I did see that they also had wontons on the line, so I also did an order of wontons as a snack. The wontons were wonderfully crispy, and not greasy at all, and they were very generous with the portion. I liked the sweet-and-sour sauce, it was sweet and just a little bit tangy. I had the Matcha milk tea, it was creamy and had a wonderful flavor. It's hard to describe the flavor of Matcha, but I do like it. It was a bit sweet, and just a bit savory. They asked me if I wanted the Boba pearls, which I did because I like them a lot, and they were very generous with them. A milk tea and an order of wontons was only nine bucks. Extremely reasonable. Thank you for a nice stop.

Let me tell you!!! As someone who lives in the Bay Area, I get real excited when I see good prices like here, especially from Asian restaurants where normally every entree other than an appetizer is about $15-$17. You can't find good chow mein for under that price where I live in San Jose. This restaurant was fresh and delicious, flavorful and overall everything you'd expect from a Chinese restaurant. The place overall is quiet and soothing, a nice atmosphere to just sit and have a decent meal in peace. They even got some classical music playing subtly in the background, like a spa. The staff are very polite and welcoming, mostly women in the front, very kind and sweet. They smile a lot and refilled our drinks without us asking. Everything we had ordered was splendid. Chow mein was firm, not soggy, sauce stuck into the noodle, full of flavor, didn't even need to add soy sauce. Had a nice "wok hei" flavor to it too, for those that don't know it basically means savory and smoky like how Chinese food should taste. Garlic chicken was delicious and not too spicy at all, just some chili flakes. It didn't really have a garlicky flavor but more of a sweet, sour and mild kind of flavor. Great portions and a nice balance of veggies, sauce and meat. Nothing here tasted bland. The broth of the sizzling rice was perfect, not too salty and for once they actually put the toasted rice on the side so it doesn't get too soggy within the soup. I love this place, if I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be back, maybe even during the night when the bar is open. I've never been to a Chinese restaurant that had an open bar and tv which I thought was pretty classic. They closed my favorite local Chinese spot in my neighborhood and I've been all over the bay but this place up in Redding is the closest to it, very happy we came across this on yelp. It was worth turning around 10 minutes just to try it. We had ordered the lunch special (11am to 3pm) combo plate with chicken chow mein, chicken with garlic sauce, it came with an egg roll and your choice of egg flour or sweet and sour soup. My hubby got shrimp fried rice and I had ordered the sizzling rice soup because I came across another review that said it was the best they've ever tried. I had to get me some, it's a childhood classic for me and I agree it's the best. Also we only paid $41 plus tip for a lotta food. I rate this place 12/10!
