This is one of the worst places to try and get a late night meal, due to horrible customer service as well as even worse management. I really like the food at Panda Express. That being said, screw corporate and the manager at this location. This location has all negative reviews and not a single reply from corporate. Do your damn jobs! As far as the taste and portion size complaints, get over it. The taste is that of a large chain restaurant and the portions are plenty. What is not excusable is the customer service, or lack thereof. Placed an order online 1 hour in advance. The order was not ready and had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get it. If that wasn't enough, they run out of what we ordered and said it would be even longer. To top it off they got half of my dish incorrect. Not once did the manager apologize or try to do anything to get is to ever come back. Rude, disrespectful, dismissive, and not fit for your job. This is why I had hated Panda Express prior. Horrible food! The steamed rice taste like cooked ants. Way to dry & over cooked. The honey shrimp that you have to pay a dollar extra sucked as well. I'm a fan of Panda, but this restaurant is the worst. I've had a few bad experiences, but today is the day that I will never go back to this place. I asked the manager if it was possible to get broccoli instead of mixed vegis, and they told me yes. I noticed that the manager made a dirty look, and when I got home my broccoli was covered w/ a thick clear jelly looking substance all over every piece. Needless to say I threw out the whole meal. If my post saves one family the trouble of stopping at this place then I have helped. To the Manager, all you had to do was tell me NO!, I would have understood. Love how this Panda has hired new people who actually want to work. Love the friendly faces. Food is great and yes they run out of items but they let you know the wait time. The Chico Panda Express is not as good as Andersons. Update....I enjoy this location along with the employees and to see people actually throw food at emoloyees, spit and act like they are Gods gift to the world is horrible. Who ever raised these people needs to be treated the way people have treated these employees. Not to mention the customers who feel the need to flip off and cuss at an employee. I looooooove Panda Express....and being newly transplanted here from the Bay Area i was excited to see the Panda Sign while driving up I5...this place was horrible. Not at all like my beloved Pandas from the Bay Area...food was cold, dry, and nearly empty. Cust serv was lacking...only 1 person while there stood a line in front and behind me. Serving sizes were small..when i asked for a lil more of the Orange Chicken the girl closed my to-go box and acted like she didnt hear me..when i know she did. Ladies room was dirty..garbage cans needed attention..tables had ricey-noodles on them...im soooo dissapointed and def wont be back there again. read more

Panda Express is a great fast food place and I go there so much and always get a plate with Orange Chicken with Chow Mein and Fried Rice and it is amazing. The price is low for the quality of the food and the customer service is great. Overall it is a great food place and I would recommend to anyone. read more

Went to get food at 7 to be told that they are closed for being understaffed. There were 4 employees in there and still cooking food. Another employee sat in there eating food. My co worker called for a call in order to be told there fryers were broke down. She asked to talk to management in which she was told the person on the phone was which was a lie because they said there mangers were on way and was the same person we spoke to. The visit was quick and efficient. I ordered and did not have to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get my food. My order was correct (double orange chicken and white rice). Wow I have been going to the Anderson location for over 15 years. The service in the drive thru keeps getting worse. Tonight takes the cake. My husband and I ordered the same thing. When we got to the window we were asked if we would like to substitute bejing beef with something else cause it will be a 5 minute wait. We waiting at the window for 8 minutes then was told he didn't make enough could we please wait in front. Waited another 10 minutes. Guy came out empty handed. Would you like to substitute the pepper chicken. I politely said no thank you. Oh anther 5 minutes. Which was 7 minutes. When I opened the bag no Rangoon's but had egg rolls. Yuck. Now I'm throwing out our $26 dinner cause I don't trust they didn't spit in it. I will never be back there. read more

I love eating at Panda express, but my last 2 visits at the one located in Anderson has made me reconsider stopping there. During my last visit, I realized that I had only gotten 3-4 pieces of broccoli and 2 pieces of beef when I had ordered broccoli beef instead of asking me if I wanted to wait til they made more. The worst part about it, there was no broccoli beef in the making to be seen. Also, the portion of food that I was served was unacceptable and I could see a majority of the outline of the plate. I didn't feel that I was getting what I had paid for. To top things off, they were out of ice and their sodas were out of CO2. My second to last visit consisted of me having to walk inside with the wrong order that I was given through the drive thru and their customer service is the worst!! They told me to wait for 15 minutes for my correct order and they somehow managed to forget about and continued to serve other customers. I had to go up to the register and remind them that I was waiting. I will never set foot in this location. The manager of this facility needs to step up his/her game. Through all my times eating at different Panda express locations, never have I ever experienced horrible customer service. They should really consider training their constant new employees to do a better job. read more

1 star rating is over rated. Service was horrible. Call a large order 1.5 hours a head and still had to wait over an hour for our food.

The whole staff is very friendly and is very efficient even when they are busy. There was a line of people and they give very fast service working together. They always have alot of fresh food and give you nice sized portions. We really like Panda Express! read more

My boyfriend and I go to panda pretty often, maybe once a week. The service is usually terrible, the girl in the drive through always has an attitude and doesn't really care what you are saying to her, but we go because we like the food. The thing that really got me thought was that lately all of my orders were wrong. The last time I went, I ordered orange chicken and string bean chicken, they gave me teriyaki, and the string bean had a huge piece of paper in it, also I asked for hot mustard and they gave me chili.. I have always loved Panda Express but over the past year I have found myself passing it by more and more, slow service, lousy attitudes, and the helpings getting smaller and smaller. Today I was so hungry for it I just had to get some rice and orange chicken. The scoop of orange chicken that Tanner put on my plate was filled level. He turned it over and poured some onto my plate, setting the scoop back down with over 1/3 of the orange chicken still in the scoop. I called him on it but he just moved me to the register to pay. I really like panda express especially the kung pow chicken. However I must say the customer service and all of these places especially the Anderson location is absolutely horrible!!! I went there today I pulled up in the drive-through at 11:12 AM, the guy comes on and says thank you for choosing panda express I'll be right with you. Two minutes later he says I can take your order whenever your ready but I just want to let you know we don't have hardly any food cooked yet we just opened! I told him what I wanted he told me the wait times which is between 2 to 3 minutes the Kung pow chicken was 10 minutes so I decided not to get that. I pull up to the window and see their hours, they open at 1030 he comes to the window to take my payment and I said did you open at 10:30 and he said yeah we were a little late getting everything going and I said that is ridiculous to be open for 45 minutes and not have anything made. I asked to speak with the manager and she told me they had problems with their walks and gave me a 10% discount after I asked for one. read more
