Today I came in around 4. I ordered the family shrimp and only got 28. Had I bought 4 regular sides I would have gotten 28 shrimp and it would have been cheaper. Needless to say, not happy as I really like the food here. Also I have spent hundreds here before someone told me about the rewards program. I use gift cards so I've lost out on the opportunity to collect or keep mine tracked. It wasn't till today when I inquired I was told to save receipts and scan them in. We assume it was supposed to be queso, but it definitely was not queso. Calling it queso feels disrespectful to actual queso. We ate maybe a quarter of it and decided we needed to leave before things got worse. Six hours later, we received an unannounced encore performance in the bathroom. I would avoid this place like a plague outbreak--unless you have an upcoming colonoscopy and want to skip the bowel prep.
