He was friendly, on time, extremely professional, and did an excellent job. He cleaned our house, a white area rug, and a huge sectional w/ottoman. While nothing was grossly stained, we did have some carpet wear after five years and the rug and furniture needed refreshing. Our sectional and rug looked brand new by the time he was done. I posted the review late because I am considering small claims court as the rug is ruined and it's an expensive rug. Due to Covid the courts are backed up but I may still take you to small claims court to replace the rug.

Long story short, I had secured a rug to my carpet with rug tape (btw don't ever do that). I called Joe that same day and he came by the next day. After he assessed the carpet, it turned adhesive had seeped into the base of the carpet and caused some discoloration. But I did not have to worry because Joe did a really great job getting as much adhesive out as he could. There carpet is no longer sticky and the discoloration is barely noticeable.
