We got here around 1:30 pm and they close at 3 pm today (Saturday). I was craving for a "frappe" type of coffee drink but the barista said they don't have that, just hot or iced. Decided with a Hot Large Mocha to go. Place was nice and clean. They offered free WiFi and had the password on the table to log in. With our hot mocha, we got a complimentary cookie with our drink. I had my wife take a sip first and her first impression was that was good. When I had a taste, I thought the drink was rich with that chocolate taste as expected with a mocha and definitely way better than Starbucks (they've diluted their mocha drinks imo) Anyways, if anyone needs a coffee fix and wants to support local business, I'd recommend you try Sisters Coffee shop!

The environment is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the food and drinks are always warm, fresh, and delicious. Today there were two younger employees working. The young woman was handling orders, making coffee, and even going into the back to prepare food. She seemed pretty overwhelmed and honestly looked like she was doing the majority of the work on her own. At one point she asked her coworker for help with a customer at the front. He made the drink, but when the customer mentioned it was incorrect, he appeared frustrated. She immediately stepped in, calmly corrected the mistake, apologized to the customer, and made sure the order was done right--all while keeping a smile on her face. She answered questions easily, stayed kind and professional, and even managed to take care of what appeared to be a family member who came in, without letting it affect her work or service. She continued to apologize for the wait and stayed attentive to everyone despite being clearly very busy. Overall, the service was excellent, and her work ethic and attitude really stood out. This place really impresses me, and customer service like what she showed today will be one of the many reasons I will continue to return.
