Top sirloin Loaded baked potato Shirley temple

The food was great and the server was super attentive and made sure we had all that we asked for and requested. The music was not loud at all and it was a great experience. Beautiful view on the outside patio

I have not even one complaint about this place. Was greeted immediately by Haley and she was our server. Such a sweet gal, her attitude and service was so pleasant. Our meal was very large portions and we did not have to wait long. The patio area is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog. Water was provided for our dog without even asking. The quality of the food was good and tasted good not too salty. The bloody mary was also good without being too spicy

A must to stop by and grab a bite to eat right on the river . We've been here several times and the food and service is consistently excellent.

We had my daughter's wedding here. Ceremony in the grass area along the river. April makes a beautiful backdrop. Reception was on the patio and we had a taco bar just as she always wanted. The service for all the wedding went off perfectly.

Southwest Salad- Dressing comes on the side.

We had an apricot beer and a lemon drop to drink. Excellent. Ordered a Wild Fire Burger and the Southwest Salad. Burger was cooked to perfection. Fixings were delicious. A tiny kick. Best burger we've ever had. Had the garlic fries as a side. Southwest salad was excellent too. I will let the photos tell the story. Service was great. Friendly and attentive employees. We were seated under a patio structure overlooking the River. The overhead fans cooled down the area. It's a beautiful setting. We recommend, this restaurant highly. The River's Edge Restaurant is like getting away without getting away. Give it a try.

Sitting area is lovely. Outdoor and fully covered. dog friendly too!

Im so excited to say they have tuna melts. it was soooo good. Im picky. Im a foodie. I was nervous to order. The server was sooo awesome and told me they just made it so it was fresh! So I went for it. I'll post pics. Very nice portion and served with your choice of salad; potato or pasta. Or fries. Have to have fries w/my tuna melts. Asked for pickles on side and got crunchy sliced dill pickles that were perfect adornment to this fresh sandwich. The view goes without saying... gorgeous. I have never seen grass grow under water before but at this restaurant. Rolls right into water. Very clean amd dog friendly which is so nice. Beautiful day and can't wait to go back!

The potatoes as well as the red onions and peppers were nicely browned with a wonderful seasoning...I ate them left over the next day with cheddar and pickled jalapeños - yum. The servers were all happy on a Saturday morning at 8:30 am! All they all had genuine smiles and were funny and kind. We appreciated the heads up on that. I ordered the chicken sando and tots. Super delicious and the tots were crispy. The chicken was juicy and the avocado was spot on ripe. My wife got the bacon breakfast and I assume she loved it as she didn't say a word while digging in. My father in law got the Rueben, with sweet potato fries. He absolutely grubbed it. He asked for the fries extra crispy and they came out perfect. For a little place off the 108, in Mi Wii....its a little gem. It feels like a country kitchen and they do not skimp on serving. I highly recommend stopping in.

Honestly, all of them were excellent quality. All such unique and different flavors. They serve their oysters with lemon, shallot vinaigrette, and a cilantro lemon sauce. They also gave us their specially made hot sauces which all have a vinegar base. My brother and I then shared the spicy lobster roll. IT IS SPICY so if you'd prefer something not so hot, go for the butter or garlic butter roll. In addition to their excellent food, there's tons of little snacks for purchase. We ordered a few things such as as the duck prosciutto sandwich, raw oysters, clam chowder, and the absolute star of the show, a side of the spicy habanero garlic butter! The bread for the duck prosciutto sandwich was amazing. I just wish they put more meat and/or fixing because the sandwich was on the smaller side given the price tag. Tasty for sure, especially dipping the sandwich into the garlic butter. Oysters were super fresh, and wouldn't hesitate to order again. They have a bunch of jams and hot sauces that you can buy to take home, along with pre-packaged habanero garlic butter (which we ended up buying and have been putting on everything we've been eating). Definitely recommend picking up this butter for at-home cooking because it adds a nice layer of spice to any meal without being overly spicy. For the jams, there's so many options and the staff was kind enough to do a jam sampling with us and after tasting we ended up with a jar of their padron pepper jelly. Put it on my sandwich at home, instantly elevated it to another level. Staff from start to finish was a 10/10. Very kind, super attentive, and made us feel very welcomed. Overall, I'll definitely will be back to buy more of the spicy garlic butter and jams!

Unfortunately I did not take a picture of them but TRUST they have artisan furniture here for the low. This is a standard breakfast place. I ate the breakfast burrito. Yazmin welcomed us at the door, told us to sit wherever we would like, and there were 2 other parties seated at tables. Really cute train themed decor (including a continuous model train close to the ceilings) throughout the place. I ordered a cup of coffee and Mi Rancho (chilaquiles with choice of red or green sauce, 2 eggs how you like them, refried pinto beans and Mexican rice) with red sauce (at Yazmin's recommendation) and sunny side up eggs. My boyfriend ordered a Coke and Pancake Combo with scrambled eggs and bacon extra crispy. And we split a side order of hashbrowns with country gravy on top. The coffee was hot, tasty, and the cup was filled when it was low. The chilaquiles with red sauce was so delicious!!! The flavor was pretty close to other chilaquiles I have had around the SF Bay Area. There was an ample amount of cilantro, cotija, and crema on top. Eggs were cooked as ordered, refried beans were satisfying, and the Mexican rice was better than most I have had over the years. I was very happy! Hashbrowns with country gravy hit the spot with the potatoes having some slight excess crispiness on the edges with the extra going home for leftovers (which reheated really well in the oven). My boyfriend very much enjoyed his pancakes and scrambled eggs. But he was not familiar with this particular thicker cut of bacon, which he was not a fan of, even though they did make it extra crispy as asked. I wouldn't mind having this chilaquiles with red sauce breakfast once a week if I could! It would be nice to try some of the lunch/ dinner offerings at some point. And Yazmin was so friendly, even with the locals that would stop on in throughout the morning, which always helps for a good experience. Copper Cove Restaurant is truly a gem for Copperopolis.
