Used tailoring service for my wedding dress 5 years ago & a bridesmaid dress more recently. Great work, thank you!

I Needed to get measurements for a suit for an upcoming wedding. The lady as master Paul's Tailoring was fast and efficient and got me all the details needed! Definitely coming back for the alterations!

Been coming here for over 6 years after being referred by Macy's and won't go anywhere else. Owned by a very nice Korean couple, and their cute dog is always at the store. Had everything done from fitting suits to patching holes in my slacks. I once tore a hole (I thought unfixable) on my rear pocket from constant pressure from my wallet. They used a very thin patch, almost translucent, and sewed it on seamlessly. You can't even tell it's there and it's held up perfectly the last 3 years. Prices are low, quality is superb, fast turn-around times, and very polite.

Yes, those gorgeous potted plants are real. All of them.

Had a new pair of jeans adjusted for length by the Korean lady there. Service is very fast and it was well for a few bucks.

SERVICE. When I…read morewalked through the front door of Leonardo's Tailor Shop, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman at the front counter who asked me what type of tailoring service I wanted them to do for me. I told him I needed a tailor to sew some custom embroidery onto some clothing. Then I showed him the clothing plus the embroidery. The placement of the embroidery had to be measured precisely in terms of fractional inches and then carefully sewn onto the clothing, using an identical color of sewing thread. After listening to my sewing request and seeing the clothing, the tailor used a tape measure to position the embroidery perfectly on the clothing. Service was very fast and all of the sewing work was completed on the same day. When I returned to retrieve the clothing, everything looked fantastic! LOCATION. Leonardo's Tailor Shop is located in a street level business strip at the corner of Baker Street and Enterprise Street in Costa Mesa. It has a very small parking lot in front of the tailoring shop. Parking is free. QUALITY AND VALUE. Outstanding value, fast service and very fair prices!

Every time was fast, quality service with good prices. They altered pants, dresses, and other formal and casual-wear for me. One especially incredible change was changing cowl-neck dresses to a different neckline. Loved the results! Each time I tried the pieces on before I left, and I was so happy leaving the business every time. See you soon!

The luxury bags were organized by color but some of the prices were a bit expensive. The red Chanel backpack was a good deal tho. As a buyer, I love this place--so I figured I'd try selling here. Almost a huge mistake…read more The offers were honestly shocking. An Alo hoodie? $2. A vintage 100% silk Victoria's Secret top? $0.10--yes, ten cents. A rag & bone handbag? Also $0.10. When I asked for clarification, they said maybe the buyer didn't realize the brand... but even then, how does that justify ten cents? The only offer that felt remotely fair was $50 for my Balenciaga hoodie. Everything else? Basically nothing--$1 total for four additional items. They were also "authenticating" my vintage Dior bag, and at that point I just stopped the process. I wasn't about to risk them offering me such a low price for it. It genuinely felt absurd. I understand resale businesses need margin, but this felt extreme. It honestly made me feel bad for people who sell here--like you'd have to be in a really tough spot to accept those kinds of offers. What's more frustrating is that nothing in the store is priced anywhere near that low. As a buyer, I've spent real money here--I even bought a beautiful vintage D&G belt for $250. Now I can't help but wonder what they paid for it. This experience definitely changed how I see the store. I still think they have great pieces, but the selling side feels incredibly one-sided. Offering even 20-30% of resale value would feel a lot more reasonable. Their "coding" for buying, It's a huge scam. As much as i loved shopping here.. you are better off not selling. Don't give your items away unless you're truly okay with the price--don't make a decision out of desperation. (If you have that luxury)

Leon's Shoe Service - Three words for this review.... "BETTER THAN NEW".

Leon's Shoe Service

If you have a pair of shoes you love, don't see anyone else besides Jose at Leon's Shoe Service!…read more I have three pairs of vintage Frye Campus boots from the 80s, 90s, and 00s that have become my all-time favorite shoes. After several music festivals and more than 100K steps, my babies needed some serious love. Between the worn heels, chipped leather, and dryness that could rival the Sahara, I knew that if I wanted them to last another 40 years, and eventually pass them down to my kids, they needed real care. I was admittedly nervous to have any work done because I'm so protective of them. But after meeting with Jose, I knew instantly he was the right person to trust, and I am SO glad I did. When I came to pick them up, I genuinely started jumping up and down because I was in absolute AWE of how incredible they looked. He revived each pair to what felt like their original state, repaired the leather like a magician, and made them look brand new. With Jose's unmatched expertise and craftsmanship, I'm confident these boots will last lifetimes longer than they ever would have without his care. Beyond his passion for shoes, Jose is an absolute king. Truly an incredible person all around! Every time I'm there, I genuinely enjoy our conversations, and I always look forward to seeing him the next time. It's rare to find someone this talented and this kind, and it makes supporting his work even more special. Thank you, Jose, for being the best and for taking such great care of my babies!!
