(Lots of carpet pad shavings left) Also there is no follow up after the install is complete. I've called and emailed the company several times with some concerns I have and have not gotten any answers back. There are loose threads and some undone loops as well as a couple too-obvious seams. I just can't get anyone to answer my questions.

Earl was very helpful in finding a time that would work for us, and offered us a good price ($150 for all three). Ron, the technician who came over, did a very good job, especially on the rug that had had the most foot traffic and also tended to hang on to dog hair, and thus needed some extra cleaning. All told I think he was there for an hour and fifteen minutes or so. The rugs all looked nice and clean afterwards! I definitely felt I'd gotten a little more than I expected. I recommend them.

I'm always impressed by how much in my home is literally sparkling clean after they leave. The price is very affordable, which makes regular cleanings a no-brainer. Just FYI, because they use natural cleaners, your home will smell like vinegar after the clean. I do have two minor issues: 1) I wish the same crew came each time so that I don't have to explain certain things each time. 2) The company gives you a 3-hour window for the crew's arrival, but they always arrive 15-20 minutes before that wind even begins. I have two toddlers, so we're on a tight/strict schedule and the early arrival is almost always more of a headache than helpful.

They won't actually clean your floor, for example, they will just lightly wet the floor with a mop on the way out. Frequently there were small spills left in the kitchen or eye level surfaces not dusted. It's a very light cleaning every time, and I always had to go back and clean further. Not worth it for a cleaning service. Additionally, when I went to cancel my monthly cleanings because I wanted to pursue other companies they discovered that they had neglected to charge me one month, even though they had my card on file that they charged every other month without issue. They asked me to verify if I had been charged for that month, and I when I didn't get back to them they quickly charged me over 4 months later from the date of service. They should be paid for their services, of course, but forgetting to charge me and then charging me 4 months later is disorganized and unprofessional.

Called Majestic and received an almost instant return call from Leon. Set up a time for him to come out and I can't say enough good things about him. Arrived promptly and surveyed the areas to be cleaned, suggested using a deodorizer for the pet odor at a minimal charge. I was worried he may not be able to get the stains up and the carpet might need to be replaced. Leon gave me his honest opinion and didn't try to needlessly sell me or hook me onto anything extra. Took him less than two hours to do the large bonus room (the heavily stained room), two hallways, stairs, and our living room. The difference is incredible. Most of the stains were well set, but he got up most of them and the ones that didn't come up all the way are significantly lighter and less noticeable.
