I would definitely recommend this place .I was having the worst tooth ache and I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment . I had to get two teeth removed . My molar and wisdom tooth. I had extreme pain, needed relief asap, they were able to see me that day. They did X-rays and noticed I had a cracked tooth, since this would involve more extensive procedures, they scheduled me the next day. Since that day, they were short staffed. They were very good at explaining all the different scenarios, depending on the length of the crack. While one doctor was busy another, the brother, gave me an injection to relieve my pain and discomfort. He also spent time explaining what might happen. One of the best dental experiences of my life. Before moving to Manteca, I went through several dentist in the south bay. My experiences were mixed, (mostly positive) but nothing stellar. It felt like many of the dentist provided similar cookie cutter experiences and didn't go into much detail or provide a personalized experience. You felt like another patient on the list to cross off. So when my first appointment happened with Dr. Mas'ood Cajee, it caught me by surprise. First, the whole operation in the office is amazingly efficient. I love businesses that are quick, efficient and have an emphasis on customer service. Denice and Michelle at the front office made the on-boarding, scheduling and check-in experience pleasant. They were great conversationalist and I was surprised that they remembered me from several weeks ago on the phone. Love the text reminders about upcoming appointments. Once you check in, you are handed off to a staff member who does an x-ray on your teeth and settles you into a room to wait for the dentist. I couldn't remember her name (Esther?) but she was an older woman and very delightful to talk to. When Dr. Mas'ood showed up, he began to examine my teeth and take notes. What was surprising about the experience was how much detail he went into the current state of my teeth and what we could expect over the next decade. He showed me an x-ray of my teeth with mark ups and talked about monitoring for specific things such as the root which could be a concern in the future and the reasons. None of the dentist I visited in the past went over this information with me. He could tell what dental work had been done just by examining my teeth (Amazing!). Through our conversation, it genuinely felt that he was concerned about the well being of my oral health and was someone I could trust to take care of my teeth for the rest of my life. Next, I was handed off to Kelly who is a RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist). She is amazing and just has an abundance of knowledge about oral care. As she began to examine and clean my teeth, she provided instructions about how to care for them. What I had realized through our conversation is that my past dentist did not provide this level of knowledge and I have been doing it wrong for years. She took the time to explain why my gums are a certain way and the various reasons that cause gingivitis. She provided recommendations such as techniques and products that could help combat gingivitis and steps I could take to get my oral health back on track. Beyond the dental knowledge, she was such a great conversationalist that I completely forgot about the occasional discomfort from cleaning (mostly my fault for poor dental hygiene). I could go on and on about the whole experience and would tell you that it felt like I paid for the best dentist money could buy. Except their rates are competitive like any other dentist but superior in every aspect. Arguably by far the best dentist and dental experience between the Bay Area and Central Valley. Usually when I check offices with the help of Yelp it doesn't always match the yelp review posts. THIS office isn't that. When I read that Dr.Cajee's office and team will make me feel at home, I was sold. And I TRULY FELY THAT today. It was the BEST Dentist visit I've ever had &I have never been able to say that before. I am sincerely grateful for Dr. Cajee and his knowledge and love for dentistry it absolutely spoke for itself today on my visit. Kelly Montoya helped me get an appointment after I called her on Thursday concerning a painful tooth they scheduled me for the following morning at 8:00 a.m. upon arrival I was treated so nicely by all the staff and the doctor, the doctor spent at least 20 minutes with me going over everything that could possibly be wrong with my tooth and his suggestions he did it in a very calm and professional manner. I felt very special with the treatment I received. I live an hour away and will definitely return to this office. I had gone to Western dental on Wednesday with the complaint of this tooth and all they did was tap it a few times did X-rays and said they didn't see nothing so for me to go home and chew and chew until it hurts and then maybe come back in a week.‍‍ Their lobby was packed at 9:00 in the morning and it just felt like they just wanted to rush everybody out no bueno I had to pay out of pocket at this dentist and it was well worth every penny. I was so nervous about finding a new dentist and orthodontist because mine had retired and it had been a very long time since I had seen anyone. But all my fears were put to rest the moment I stepped into this office! Updated review: my son just got fillings done here. He just turned 4 years old and had a few cavities on his molars. The fact that my son felt comfortable coming to this office not once, but twice, says a LOT about the amazing dentists and staff here. Usually kids this age will be afraid of dental work and not want to come back. I bought a few books about visiting the dentist that I read to him the night before so he knew what to expect. For his first visit, everyone greeted him with a smile and he was happy to sit in the chair. I was nervous about the second visit since he knew he was getting another filling on the other side. We continued to read the dentist books to him and focused on brushing away the sugar bugs. His second visit went just as well and the office even followed up and asked how he was doing after. This guy and his sons are just awful. I had some loose teeth and pain. They do nothing and are too busy to give me 5 minutes to answer my questions. I waited 45 minutes to be seen. Another 20 while the doctor came in and out of the room and couldn't be bothered to focus on me. They wanted to pull some front teeth. That is a HUGE DEAL FOR ME! They didn't go over any of my option for implants, or dentures but just said oh yah you can wear a retainer with some fake teeth in it-no other explanation!! I'm not old, I don't want dentures, I'm not comfortable with a flimsy retainer tooth gizmo and they had no time for me. So I WILL not be going back there and I would think twice if I were you. The other dentist I went to gave me costs and options and made me feel like once my mouth healed from the tooth extractions I could quickly have some work done(implants,etc) to minimize the embarrassment of no front teeth. Gees! Oh and BTW- these guys used to be patient, friendly and helpful before they moved. Now they are too busy to handle their patients! read more

I've been going to See Dr.Masood for a couple of years now & I finally got my braces. Roxannne the orthodontist is very educated in her position and she really walked me threw every appointment. Every three weeks for 13 months she made every appointment easy and reassured me no matter how many questions I asked. I'm finally done now with my braces the outcome was amazing and I now have a beautiful smile I'm confident wearing every day. They listen to my wants and they tell me their profession point and I make the final decision. I cant say enough about them. My experience was great from the moment I made an appointment over the phone . The receptionist was so caring and listened to all of my concerns and worries . I used to love this place. The dentist I used to see was nice & the receptionist that used to help me at the time was wonderful. The reason I'm giving them one star is because I haven't been to this office in almost 2 years because I had changed insurance at the time and they were not in network. I get a TEXT message yesterday saying that I have a balance for almost $700. I called & the person I was speaking with said they had sent me some statements to an old address that wasn't even the correct city when I used to live there. I asked why they had never called me or email me before and she said she wasn't sure. For the past two years, I would still get text messages about me making appointments with them or future appointments that I had scheduled. If they were able to text me about appointments, why would they not text me about a "balance" that I had. I had always made sure that I knew how much I was going to pay for my visit or made sure my insurance covered whatever I was getting done, the lady that used to work there before always took care of my visits, and I guess she doesn't work there anymore. Why would you contact someone two years later to tell them they have a balance that they had never mentioned before, I was so upset. I asked her to email me the breakdown of what I owe and they never did. I'm really disappointed with this place. read more

I have been to a few different dentists in town over the years and have never been impressed or really even satisfied. I actually found Dr. Cajee on Yelp and decided to check him out. I am SO glad that I did it has been the best dental experience! From the first phone call that I made to his office I have been treated with such respect and kindness. He and his staff are so friendly and welcoming. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years mostly because I hadn't found a good one, but I needed to get my wisdom teeth pulled. They got me right in for my consult and x-rays and scheduled to pull them that Friday. It was a great experience he was gentle and made sure I was completely numb and comfortable, it was such a better experience then I thought it could be. I was also pleasantly surprised that having x-rays, cleaning & 3 wisdom teeth didn't break the bank since I don't have dental Insurance.
