Him and his assistant were the roughest treatment in my mouth that I have EVER experienced!!! I left his office with an ice pack provided by his front office. The instrument he was using chipped one of my teeth and he blew me off when I went back for my follow up to receive my crowns. He did nothing to fix the problem. Never again will I go back and the sad part is I really liked all his office staff and my hygienist that cleaned my teeth was wonderful.! read more

I was informed that they took my insurance, but I was confused why I was being billed exorbitant amounts for services. It turned out that they were out of network! I'm disappointed that they were aware of my military status but still chose to inform me that they took my insurance without disclosing that they were not in network and I would be responsible for higher out of pocket fees. read more

When we first moved here 5 years ago I needed a dentist for tooth pain and fast. Dr. Mas'ood was able to get me in same day as a new patient. The customer service and care I received was so outstanding I brought my whole family in and he became our dentist. My insurance can be difficult to work with but the office always knows how to handle them. My daughter had braces here as well and they made the payments on her copays easy to manage on my family's budget. We absolutely love dr Mas'oods entire staff they are all fantastic. My daughter and I recently moved to Manteca and I wanted to find a good dental office that would be able to treat both of us for our routine cleanings as well as other services that can be done in one setting. I found Dr. Cajee's practice through Yelp and noticed how many amazing reviews it got. I had been already researching a few dental offices prior and did not see any that looked appealing. Since my daughter was desperately due for a cleaning, I decided to try Dr. Cajee and his office out. I originally requested an appointment through their website and Dr. Cajee responded right away and was able to get my daughter in the very next day! When we got to the office there was already a few people waiting outside (it was lunch hour) but they shortly opened the doors and assisted us right away. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful! After we were checked in, I noticed the setting of the office and it was very clean and organized! There's a bookshelf with books for the kids to read, a tv, a fridge with cold water bottles and small round tables to sit at to fill out paperwork! There's also a restroom right when you walk in which is so convenient. As we were filling out our paperwork, Dr. Cajee was going around introducing himself to everyone who were new patients. It made us feel that much more welcomed and comfortable. He sat with us for a few minutes and asked what we needed to be seen for. He also gave us a small background of the other dentists in the office and what they specialize in. I really liked that he took the time to do that. When they called us back in the room we were assisted by one of the dental hygienist by the name of Kelly. She was absolutely FANTASTIC! She gave my daughter so much helpful and useful information on how important it is to take care of your teeth. She even taught me a few things I didn't know about. Kelly definitely provided top of the line care for us as patients and I really admired that during our visit. My daughter was so comfortable and patient the entire visit and I know that was because of Kelly! I am so glad we got her to assist us. Since our first visit my daughter has brushed her teeth 3 times a day for a whole 2 minutes! So I know for a fact what Kelly said to her made a huge difference and I am so thankful for that. Overall, our first experience to this office was absolutely incredible! Dr. Cajee and his staff definitely provides the best patient care I've witnessed in a long time. I also work in healthcare so I can't help but pay close attention to the way my family and I are treated when we are in a patient setting. I am so very happy we found Dr. Cajee and I've already bragged to my family and friends who now want to become new patients to his practice as well! New to the area, we were referred here by my Sister and her family. What a great office to be at. From Michelle booking my appointment to all the hard working assistants and the Doctor himself, what a great personality. Truly makes you feel heard and comfortable. Not too much explaining but straight to the point in a very friendly and professional way. We have never had to wait long. Except when the electricity went out but even then we stayed and chatted with some of the staff and Doctor waiting for the lights to come back on, And they did! We never felt rushed out. I have severe anxiety, and have not been to the dentist in years, because of my fears. Well, Dr. Cajee and everyone in the office made me feel very comfortable. No one likes to go to the dentist but if you have to I would highly recommend dr. Cajee's office in Manteca Ca. After having lived in Manteca for 40 years, after my wife passed I moved to the Bay Area (Newark Ca) in 2017. But because dr. Cajee and his STAFF are so good I don't mind traveling to them for all of my dental needs!! Dr. Cajee is not only a good dentist but he makes you feel like you are family or a really close friend and his staff is second to none!! Starting as soon as you walk in the door you are imeadiatley greeted by Sara and Michelle. Michelle's people skills are amazing and she will do whatever she can to assist you!! Then you go into the back area where the exam rooms are. At that point you will imeadiatley be greeted with someone like Davidar who is one of the dental assistants. Davidar is not only proficient at what she does but she is so much fun to be around. If you had any anxieties about going to the dentist you will soon forget about them because she makes you feel so at home and relaxed!! Such an amazing group of dentists, assistants, office workers, etc.. Literally everybody there is very kind. It is a very soothing atmosphere. They make it very easy for you to get calm and to remain calm. They don't pressure you into doing some thing you don't feel comfortable doing. They give you a full outline of things that need to be done with your teeth in phases and you can work by phase or if everyone is comfortable, same visit. They break down and show you what your insurance will cover and then what you will have to cover out of pocket. There's openings within a two-week time. If there's an emergency they get you in right away. I've had other dentist in the past where I said that I felt comfortable, but I can truly say that I am more comfortable here than I've ever been any other place. They're just a great group of people. I've been to many dentists before and never truly liked any. My sister comes here and said they took my health insurance at the time. I love this place so much. The Cajee's and the other dentists here are so amazing and nice, and they always have your best interest in hand. The reception staff and dental assistants are also so amazing. I've been going here for a few years now and never feel nervous or scared about going in because I know I'll be taken care of. They are also great with kids, and one time I saw them give a tour to someone with special needs to make them feel more comfortable. I always make sure whatever insurance I have will include them. Honestly the best dental experience I've had! I had a wisdom tooth growing in horizontally that was causing immense pain and swelling for about 2 weeks. I was turned away from another place for the extraction because I had to be put to sleep for it. After researching on Google, I ended up finding Dr. Cajee.I called the office pretty late (around 6) and was surprised to speak to someone and even set an appointment. They got me in fast for an emergency visit and once I arrived I knew I was in great hands. Staff was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. The Dr was terrific, and reassured me that my issue would be handled with no problem. They got me in the same day for X-rays and the extraction. I was in and out within an hour -- without having to be put to sleep! I felt no pain or discomfort, and felt genuine trust with the Dr and staff. Went back for a follow up visit and everything was healing nicely. I definitely plan to go back at some point for other work. This place is truly the best! read more

The only issue I have is I can't rate more than 5 stars ‼ I have had dental clean ups and orthodontics done here and every time I arrive for an appointment I'm greeted by the very friendly front desk staff along with the RDA assigned to me. One RDA in particular, named Bianca, is one of the most fun and kind professionals I've met. Very high energy, exciting, and precise in her work. Every time she's worked on me I've never met any discomfort or boredom. She's a perfectionist but that's a great thing when you're the client receiving dental work. I put off my dental visits for a year due to COVID concerns and after getting vaccinated, scheduled my first visit with Dr. Mas'ood Cajee. Here's my observations for my teeth cleaning visit. Safe and clean - the office was clean throughout. Staff took time to disinfect in front of me so I know things are clean. Exam rooms are separated with some kind of aerosol vacuum in front of the mouth while cleaning. Each exam room had a HEPA air purifier. I appreciated the COVID safety protocols. Technology - great! X-rays was quick and easy. The X-ray scanned around my head twice with just 1 bite adjustment on a small bite guard. I've been to dental offices where I had to take multiple scans with all sorts of weird stuff being held in my mouth. X-rays were digital so Dr. Cajee could show me what he saw on a laptop. Text communication was also nice. Education - fantastic and thorough. The dental hygienist, Kelly, went through my whole routine (type of toothbrush I used, floss I used, toothpaste, mouth wash, existing dental issues, foods I eat, medical history, etc.). She identified things I'm doing wrong, tips for improvement, and gave actionable suggestions. Apparently, I've been brushing wrong with my Sonicare and the floss I've been using sucks. The showed me proper technique and gave me recommendations for her preferred floss (which I now love). Also, based on my type of tarter/plaque characteristics, she gave me actionable advice to improve my routine. Dr. Mas'ood was also great at explaining everything he was doing and answered all my questions regarding my visit and existing dental issues. Overall, best dental visit I've ever had. As an eye doctor with my own practice that focuses on the same things I wrote about in this review, I was very impressed as a patient and as a business owner. My wife who had her teeth cleaned too echoed similar feelings. She works in the medical administration field and was impressed with their operation. Outstanding! First visit to this office and all I can say is I'm a huge fan. Went in for a cleaning and my 6 year old for a check up, the vibe in this place is everything you want/need in a dental office. The technology is impressive! Forget those bite down tabs that hurt the roof of your mouth and the heavy vest, this place does a full head scan. The cleaning with the Hygienist Kelly was crazy informative and she is by far the most efficient and gentle! Dr. Mas'ood has worked on my teeth several times over the last year. He is very compassionate and understands the needs of patients who may be nervous (me) and apprehensive of getting teeth worked on. Him and Dr. Nabeel both are excellent Dentist. They have an amazing technique with a massager they use simultaneously while Injecting numbing meds, can not feel any needle stick!!!! . I can't say more than this... - You don't like clowns? Ok I don't like dentist. - I had so much anxiety the night before my first new patient visit I only slept 3 hours. - My second visit involved an extraction and 2 fillings (like I said I have a phobia) with Dr Nabeel. I was so relaxed by the treatment I received it didn't seem like hours in the chair. They consistently made sure I was ok, asked if the numbness was still effective answered all my questions and took the time to explain why an extraction vsa root canal was the better choice. I woke up the next day with 0 pain! Did I mention tooth EXTRACTION. My wife will be going there as well and for the first time in my life I'm saying I look forward to seeing them again for future work. read more

Dr. Cajee took on a crown case for my son. We paid him cash money to have my sons crowns fixed, however, Dr. Cajee could not match his front crowns to his Existing crowns after multiple attempts. Dr. Caujee promised to fix his mistake by completing the work of all four of my sons crowns. He told my son that he would do everything he could to make it right. He offered to do the procedure for a portion of the original cost because of his inability to match the crowns. So my son agreed, and began saving his money. Once my son scheduled his appointment to complete the work, Dr. Cajee did not want to do the work for the original price that he gave us. We drove an hour and a half to his office that day to finally do the procedure, but Dr. Cajee did not want to honor the original price, so my son had to reschedule. Unfortunately, the new price he came up with increased so much, that I had to help my son put a down payment towards the total cost of completing the procedure. At this time, I felt like Dr. Cajee was trying not to do the work that he'd promised my son he would do. My son and I put down $1,300.00 towards his procedure and put it on hold until he had enough money to pay the remaining balance. Once he got enough money saved to move forward with the procedure, Dr. Cajee backed out of completing my sons work altogether. He had his secretary deliver the message, that he did not want to honor the cost or complete the work that he started. He broke a promise to my son. He promised to fix the crowns that he couldn't get to match. He lied to us and now he is saying he wants to refer my son out to another dentist that my son has never met or even trusts. In addition, Dr. Cajee hasn't even talked to this other dentist about my sons case. This is so heartbreaking for me as a mother. I never give bad reviews to anyone, but this was handled so very poorly. My son is now stuck with mismatched crowns in the front of his mouth. Dr. Cajee is a liar and he is not a professional businessman. He backed out of fixing the mistake he made and went back on his promise of fixing my sons crowns. I would not recommend going to Dr. Cajee, he cannot do cosmetic-work properly and he is not an honorable man. read more

This review is so long overdue! As I was coming back home from Vegas mind you my family and I drove.. I had this really bad toothache and I wasn't sure which tooth it was. I recently got a cleaning and to start out, I am beyond anxious and nervous when going to the dentist. The hygienist made sure I was okay and was great the entire time. Wow! I was seen today for the very first time and I had the BEST experience at a Dentist ever. I hate the dentist and I haven't been in 2 years. I usually have to put my head phones in to avoid hearing the scraping sounds which give me major anxiety. Let me tell you, I didn't even put my headphones in today. I would definitely recommend this place .I was having the worst tooth ache and I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment . I had to get two teeth removed . My molar and wisdom tooth. I was scheduled to come in today for the extraction bright and early and let me tell you !! The best experience by far . The staff and dr are amazing . I didn't even know both were extracted when they told me that they were done . I was in shock on how fast it was , how gentle they were and they walk you through the whole process.
