Would not recommend at all. The people running it are very shady. I bought a car with them and they wanted to charge me 2k for their anti theft system. I told them I didn't want it and were hesitant at first but assured me they would take it off once they realized I was paying the car in full with cash at hand and was ready to leave. I was told they would remove it while we did the paperwork. After the deal is done, the next day I'm having issues turning on my car. I get AAA to check my battery, only to be told the battery is fine. In fact the same person helping me says they see a security system installed. I call the dealership to let them know they didn't remove their system. They say that's not possible since they removed it, which was a complete lie. The scammer on the phone got aggressive when I called them out on it, so I hung up. I figured it out after a while and haven't had any issues since. Overall, wanting to charge 2k for a cheap security system and then acting stupid when they know they left the system installed tells me how incompetent and shady they are. For the headache they gave me for not letting me know at least how to activate and deactivate it, at least I got an anti theft system thrown in for free. read more

SCAM, SCAMS , LIES , LIERS, SHINY JUNK CARS First off , this is a USED car dealership. That being said you have to trust the dealer in hope they did their inspection and you have to do your OWN INSPECTION. They provided a car fax which is a plus but a carfax won't give you all the answers so inspect the vehicle! The process was smooth , Madeline was not pushy and just helpful like needed. The price was right on their site and the price was right after we worked some numbers out in person . During my inspection I noticed low coolant which I brought up to the sales manager , the finance guy and even the sales lady . I was guaranteed car had no leaks . The next day after I had the car home I noticed the coolant was actually water. I removed all the water and added actual coolant . After driving it to a nearby gasoline station I noticed a huge puddle of coolant . I was repeatedly told this car had no leaks !!!! I contacted the dealer the same day and they made it clear that they don't give a (****) about their customers . They are definitely scamming people or they don't know what they are doing , there's no in between . I contacted them numerous times via email and by phone . They do not hold themselves accountable for anything . I understand business is business but the owner definitely is definitely a low life , selling defective cars so be aware . I never brought up the check engine light that came on to them because they obviously don't care . Stay away from this dealer , they hide all the car issues . They most likely added water so it will just evaporate and won't appear as a leak since water evaporates, the check engine light was most likely reset so it wouldn't appear till a couple miles was put on the car . As nice as a car may appear and even if you feel like you're getting a good deal stay away they are hiding issues that you might not catch and will not help you at all even if they promise there's no issues !!!! You might get lucky but why risk it with a dealer that is purposely hiding defects , lying to you then won't take any liability. read more

Don't buy a car here. The cars they are selling are super unreliable if you want your vehicle to last more than 6 months. Got an Infiniti from them in February and already having ac issues, door malfunctions, and noises from the car. The noises are actually the fact that my exhaust is almost completely off the vehicle. Turns out the bottom of the car is super rusted and I need to go to a shop to see if they can weld the exhaust to salvage it. Repairs are gonna cost me over $1k. Adding onto my mom's review; I saved up $13,000 to purchase a 2013 Scion Frs. As any regular person I was stoked to buy my first sports car (06/05/24) unfortunately the excitement didn't last long. My mom myself and my friend checked out the car everything seemed to be fine except minor things such as weather stripping not in tact, rust, some dents, exhaust leak. 06/08/24 I paid $500 for rotor, caliper, brake replacement for all 4, then today 06/09/24 my car was repeatedly shaking when stopped at a light & completely broke down moments later. I was on the way to retrieve a discounted oil change that they offer with the 5 year maintenance plan at Firestone Auto turns out Firestone doesn't exist anymore, and I broke down 3 times altogether. Had to get my car towed today back home about 15 minutes ago cause I couldn't drive without my car turning off over and over with the check engine appearing. Funny enough we had our own OBD scanner when we went to check out the car and our scanner was saying error. The second they pulled out their OBD scanner it was working and pulling up one code (EVAP system). Almost as if they erased the rest of the codes that would show what's actually going on with the car. If you see this review please try looking into another place unless you wanna be swindled and taking time to hire an attorney for the lemon law. Blessings. read more

Don't bother wasting your time, got pre qualified online, contacted by sales person the next day. I asked if the numbers were accurate and he said sometimes online is far off so to do an application. He asks if he could call and I never hear from him. Next day he apologized saying he got busy, just to never respond again after I said I couldn't take a call until 30 mins from then. Next day he contacts me again claiming they were busy cause a lot of people "really want this car" and asks if I would be interested to come test drive, I inform him I wouldn't be able to till Friday (this was on Monday) due to my work schedule as well as I didn't want to make a 2+ hr drive before I had at least a rough estimate of the numbers he was gonna give me 3 days prior. If you go to this dealership, bring your own mechanic to thoroughly look through every part of the vehicle and yes that even means bring your own jack to lift the car up and inspect the wheels and under the vehicle too. The salesman Bryan admitted to me that they don't inspect any of the cars they bring in nor do any maintenance to make sure the vehicles are even safe to drive away, so be sure to check all the fluids too. They just want to flip the cars without doing any work on it themselves. Despite that I knew what I was going into for in an AS-IS used car purchase and found many problems that I could fix myself. Just don't expect any support from this dealership and do not get the 3rd party warranty because it will never be usable on a used car. Also, I was already set on buying the car so I thought it was funny that Malik was claiming that "someone else" was currently on their way to put a bigger down payment on the car I was buying. I went in today to look at a car that was listed at $6995. I was paying cash so I asked for an out the door price. The guy that helped me said $9400. DMV fees + Tax was $2500. I told him if that comes with a warranty, I don't want it. He then tells me it's complimentary. I told him I don't want it. DMV fees + tax for this vehicle should have been less than $1K. I left, went up town and purchased a vehicle from another dealer that had a sticker price of $8995. I purchased it out the door for $9900. Now you tell me how does a vehicle from Mas Motors with a sticker price of $6995 have an OTD price of $9400, but a car at another dealer whose sticker price is $2000 more at $8995 have an OTD price of $9900? read more

I went to Mas Motors today. Bought a genesis, the car runs amazing! The guy gave me a full tank of gas, 3 months warranty for free!, and a service plan that gives me discounts at my local Firestone! And yes I checked the paper work for any hidden fees but there was nothing extra added out of the ordinary. It's a great dealership if you are a car guy this is the place to go to! My homies at Nissiniti bought a 370z for one of their members the other day. And they love it. They told me they looked at 15 different 370z and the ones at Mas Motors was the best one! Shady business. Negotiated price and when we were about to sign contract but Malik tried to slide in a charge for $2,500 for "Lo jack". When I questioned the charge he got upset and said it's a "mandatory add on". I said I was going to pay it, he acted like he went to ask his "boss" if he can lower it but I knew he wasn't anyone, he was playing the part. Came back and said his "boss" would only reduce $500. I said it wasn't good enough. He then visibly upset swung one of his two monitors towards my head. It wasn't very close but it was very unprofessional. After I again asked to reduce that BS cost he proceeded to step out again to ask this imaginary "boss". When he returned he said his "boss" wouldn't budge from only deducting $500 of the $2500. I said that I wasn't interested and to erase all of my information he had and I walked out. I'm very happy I didn't fall for his bullshit because the car I was going to purchase I later found out it was involved in a major accident through Car Fax when he had stated it was accident free. Buyer beware. Bought a used 2007 Toyota Corolla. One week later and the car has three separate leaks with an estimate of $1800 to fix. Then my front headlights went out. Can't wait to see what breaks in week 2. Forget the NVP warranty that is provided. They don't cover anything and when you speak to warranty company they make it the process difficult so you don't follow through. I tried to buy a car there today. I found the one I wanted. I showed up at their dealership at 10 AM because that's what time it said they opened on CarGurus. Turns out they don't open till 11 AM that's OK I sat and played poker on my iPhone then at 11 AM a Porter got there, super nice kid brought the car out for me to look at I really like the car they were asking $12,999 for it. I stuck around for about another half hour waiting for the boss to show up so I went and looked at another car down the street giving the porter my phone number I offered $13,500 out the door nobody ever called me back then I called them and they said they would tally up the numbers and call me back four hours later after sending them a couple messages through OfferUp and car guru's two phone calls with no answer at the dealership. Finally I went on yelp, and I called them from Yelp, and they answered, they wanted $16,000 out the door how does a $13,000 car become $16,000? I'm at 10.25% Tax rate.. would be $1,330 plus maybe $250-$500 in license andDoc fees. all day long I'm getting $14,500-$14,800 max, where is the other $1,000 plus come from? This is my only opinion, but this was the worst car-buying experience. This company should be ashamed of how they lied and handled the situation. 2 weeks after purchasing a vehicle, it had a lot of mechanical issues close to $5500 worth. Then when they would need to give the warranty people the correct dated information, the warranty company canceled it. The dealership was like well, the seller was at fault, and my hands are tied. I am only so sorry that was our mistake, and we made a change to employees. They came off as very shady, and I will never recommend this company just based on how we were treated throughout this.
