We called ahead of time to make an appointment to see a specific car, and we were told that the vehicle was available and that they would be expecting us. We drove out to the dealership, test drove the car, and came back ready to move forward. When we returned, we noticed another man waiting to look at the same vehicle. Our salesman told him that we were still looking at it and that he could take a look if we decided not to purchase it. We immediately told our salesman that we wanted to buy the car, so he went inside to scan our driver's license and begin the process. Then, when we went inside to complete the paperwork, we were suddenly told that the car was already being sold. What made this even more disappointing was that we could clearly see the same man who had been waiting outside completing paperwork with another salesman. So while we were being told that we were moving forward with the purchase, another salesperson was apparently selling the same car to someone else at the same time. We didn't even get the opportunity to negotiate, discuss financing, or complete the purchasing process. We understand that dealerships want to make money and sell vehicles. That's business. But there is a difference between doing business and treating customers with honesty, transparency, and basic respect. If the dealership's priority is simply making the quickest sale, regardless of the customer experience or the commitments made by their own sales staff, then that says a lot about how they operate. Honestly, as disappointing as this experience was, maybe it was a blessing in disguise. We would rather walk away from a business that operates this way than give our money to a dealership whose actions left us feeling completely disrespected and misled. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for 10 years, buying multiple used cars from the owner, Richard, and his brother. Unfortunately, as they have grown, their customer service and ethics have gone completely down the drain. I recently bought a used 2017 Golf GTI here as a gift for my son. Because of my long history with the dealership, I trusted them completely. During document preparation with the finance manager, Michel Crew, I explicitly stated that I did not want any additional fees or add-ons. Despite this, Michel slipped a PAC contract (Anti-Theft Protection Warranty) into my paperwork, sneaking an extra $1,794 onto the final cost. Furthermore, I arrived with a pre-approval from Capital One Auto, but Michel convinced me to switch to Westlake Financial by promising a lower rate. He then rushed me through the signing process, pointing to signature lines without explaining what I was signing and hiding the fraudulent PAC contract in the stack. When I purchased the vehicle, I had to leave it for a week so they could detail it and fix the hood retainer. The paperwork was folded up, placed in an envelope, and stashed directly into the glove compartment. It wasn't until I got the car home and finally read the contract that I discovered the $1,794 charge. When I discovered the fraud, I immediately tried calling. For weeks, I have been given the runaround by salespeople claiming Michel will call me back. He has completely ghosted me. On top of that, the hood retainer was never even fixed--they claimed they "had to order it" and never followed up. Steer clear of this place. Their management relies on deceptive lending practices and takes advantage of loyal customers. I am officially launching formal complaints with both the lender and the DMV regarding this fraudulent contract. Update July 23, 2026 In response to Michel's comments then why have you ghosted me and not returning my phone calls. I personally told you that I am signing the paperwork without reading it at all and even told you before we shook hands that I do not want any other additional charges added even before you rerun my credit. You inserted the PAC contract and have not pointed that out to me on that day and you even folded the contract and kept it in the glove compartment of the vehicle. I left the vehicle to you as it clearly needed to be cleaned out as it was filthy dirty inside and out. If I only had the chance to read the contract that day I would have complained about that PAC insertion and never bought the car. The PAC is useless to me as I have full coverage from my insurance. The $1,794 PAC charges should be applied as a credit to what I owe to the bank. I have formally complained to the DMV and the BBB about this. They will soon launch a deeper investigation regarding this. As a matter of fact I do not have instruction on how use the PAC. If I were you I would call Westlake financial to forward the $1794 payment in addition to reduce the amount owed. They already know about this. I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I stopped in after working a 10-hour shift while passing by and wanted to check out a few vehicles for myself, not for any business purpose. I was wearing work clothes and definitely looked tired, but I still expected to be treated with basic respect as a customer. When I first walked in, I went to use the restroom. After that, the salesman Eli asked me if I was there to look at cars or "just use the restroom." I laughed it off and told him I was actually there to buy a car. He told me to just go look around outside and let him know if I saw anything I liked, which already felt dismissive. Despite that, I kept looking and found a vehicle I was interested in. When I asked about it, the interaction still felt rushed and not very welcoming. It didn't feel like I was being taken seriously as a buyer. When it came time to discuss pricing, I asked to speak with the person handling the deals directly. I was eventually brought into the office, and when I tried to negotiate and remove unnecessary add-ons to get a fair price, I was told very bluntly, "If you don't like it, you can leave." I made it clear I was pre-approved, ready to buy, and simply trying to work out a reasonable deal on a used car with add-ons I didn't want. Instead of any real negotiation, I was again told I could leave. At that point, the conversation became unprofessional and confrontational. I felt disrespected simply for trying to negotiate pricing like any serious buyer would. Overall, it felt like poor customer service and a lack of willingness to work with customers. Yikes.. if you're a girl, DO NOT COME HERE!! I came here with my boyfriend hoping to find a reasonably priced car for myself. I came in asking not to finance at all, and he immediately started telling me the financial options and told me he had no cheaper vehicles available. Okay.. continuing, I said I was looking for a car for myself, the guy "helping" us explained the very basics of how a car works to me like he would to a 5 year old, and then proceeded to explain the car on the screen in detail to my boyfriend next to me. Weird!! Despite that interaction (along with many many others), we stayed and looked at a Nissan Altima priced around $7100. The car had many scratches,the paint was chipping all over, the back was keyed, the front light was broken in, and the center console was completely torn up. Definitely not worth the price listed.. When we went to test drive the car, the guy told my boyfriend to drive it, not me (even though I was the one buying the car). Again, very weird. After a test drive and talking about financial possibilities, he then tells me the car would be over $11k?! I told him I cannot afford that financially and he then laughed and said "well when you were test driving the car, how did you expect to pay for it?" I was expecting to pay for a car around $7-9k (because I know there are fees, etc). adding on $4k in fees is insane. After trying to tell him no thank you, he then tells me he has two cars in my price range (that I told him from the beginning). He showed us one, which again ended up being out of the price range originally discussed, and was a car I said from the beginning I wasn't interested in buying. When we were finally trying to leave, he asked us to talk to the financial advisor in the building about other possible options. We should have just left this embarrassment of a business, but instead we sat down with the advisor. He instantly started off by saying how "my dad" needs to give me $2,000 for the car. First of all, I am paying for a car completely myself, no help from my parents? I felt completely disrespected not only by the fact they were saying that my dad is paying for my car, not me, but also the fact that he said, and I quote, "$2,000 isn't a lot of money, he can just give it to you". I bought the car (12-31-2025) & took it to Mercedes Benz dealership that same day to do a pre purchase inspection! Let's not forget to mention they told me the car was smogged just to find out by the mercedes-Benz dealership that the car was illegally smogged meaning the fault data was recently cleared & is not emission ready. I repeat is not emission!!! Not only that but all 4 tires are completely bald which is illegal to leave off the lot with being that it is unsafe. Thank god this isn't my 1st time buying a car. I made sure to buy that 2 day return policy for $250 or I would have been stuck with that lemon! So after finding out what was all wrong with the car I called Adele the salesperson (who in fact was understanding/helpful about the situation )& told him what was going on. He told me to write a list of what I thought would be reasonable to fix on there end & He would talk to Mike the financial manger (who turns out to be very unprofessional ) & would get back to me. They will try & bang you over the head with them unnecessary add ons/ accessories especially on any of there nicer looking vehicles. They wanted 1500 for that stupid auto theft thing. I basically couldn't buy the car without that or they wasn't going to sell it to me. Scam artists. They charged me $1700 for an "optional security device" on a car I paid cash for. When I questioned the overcharge to my credit card for an "option" I knew nothing about & hadn't been disclosed to me, they told me to "call my lawyer." I used a credit card to get miles on the purchase and disputed the obvious overcharge. They responded to my dispute with a document that stated I "agreed" to it & forged my signature on it. Bought a white f150 raptor from these guys, on the drive home the trans overheated. Pulled off the freeway to let the trans cool and saw it was pouring out trans fluid. I putted it home and the next day I filled back up with trans fluid and STILL overheated. Called these guys and let them know and they asked me to use MY aaa to tow the truck back when im 60 miles away! I putted it back to them and they took it to their trans shop. They gave me a loaner with 250k miles on it, AC dosent work, and only the driver window rolls down, key fob dosent work and the thing was a POS. This made me reconsider their mechanics ability to work on a RAPTOR. The next day I went to get the truck from their transmission shop (which was a ghetto shop btw) and he informed me that the trans was rebuilt 2 weeks prior. I was never notified by these guys, wasent reported on carfax NOTHING. so the next day I took the truck into ford and they found it needed 6500 in repairs and one of the things ford found was that this trans shop cut the exhaust pipe to get the trans out and then LEFT IT CUT! Mind you the owner said he "whatever it needed ill pay for it" they refused to pay for the repairs and I had to unwind the entire deal from capitol one. During all of this i had the finance manger hounding me everyday ro call capitol one to release the funding and do not tell them about the trans issue. DISHONEST CHEAP CUT CORNER DEALERSHIP. After I get my original truck back, and gove them back their POS he sends me a offer stating he will get me another raptor from the auction at his price. don't come to this dealership. I came in to look at a 2019 jeep wrangler sport. Gerardo (not sure if that's how it's spelled) was great and helpful. he was very nice. we noticed the tires were very bald and even Gerardo agreed and said they could most likely put new tires on it before purchase. I got the purchase order and saw that there was an anti theft device added on that was almost $1800 so I called back and asked if we could take that off. I was told they would talk to someone. they told me to come back in and talk to the financial manager, so I a couple days later. I went in and the guy at the front desk, pretty sure his name is Nick, he told me he would go get someone that I could talk to. I then waited an hour, then the financial manager came up to me and he asked if I had been helped and I told him I'm here to talk to someone about the price and he that's him. I then explained the situation and asked about it and he immediately said we can't do that very rudely. I was pushed away immediately after waiting an hour. that was about two days ago. I got a message this morning asking if there's anything holding me back so I texted back and said I would need new tires put on and what I want the out the door price to be. At first sitting in here they asked for a 5 star review we thought the whole process was great, painless and smooth. They tried to sell us a vehicle with bald tires. Told us they would replace them and have it done very next day. 2 days later they lied said they didn't have the tool to do the tires, I threatened a lawyer then all of a sudden they were sending pictures of vehicle being worked on. Then they wouldn't deliver it to us so we had to arrange a ride there to pick it up. Now it's a week later, all kinds of emergency lights on dash, they said becuz the battery was low it would reset. We took it to Norco Auto Tech to have them take a look at it. Here is the list of things we found out are wrong. 1) needs a water pump 2) no oil in vehicle at all dip stick was dry 3) radiator was only half full 4) needs plugs 5) needs breaks both front and rear. Front are completely shot and may need rotors. 6) car was in an accident at some point and there is all kinds of undercarriage issues (the body is fine) 7) left blinker doesn't work right cuz of poor wiring after car accident 8) missing several covers in engine bay area 9) battery is not the right battery for the vehicle per the guide book. My girlfriend and I recently purchased two vehicles: a 2020 Chevy Silverado and a 2020 GMC Acadia, paying cash for both vehicles with a total of approximately $40,000. Regarding the Chevy Silverado, after spending several hours at the dealership, we were informed that the truck would be delivered to us. When it was delivered, none of the previously agreed-upon repairs had been completed: the digital screen was still damaged, the tire pressure sensor issue had not been resolved, and the check engine light remained on. We returned the truck for repairs, but it has now been nearly two weeks and the vehicle has not yet been returned. Regarding the GMC Acadia, the vehicle is experiencing major engine issues. When I brought it home, a mechanic discovered that the car had zero oil. After paying for an oil change less than one month ago, the vehicle again has no oil, and it is burning oil at a rapid rate, producing black oil and likely requiring repairs estimated at $8,000-$10,000. I reached out to Albert at the dealership regarding these issues. He was very rude on the phone, denied any responsibility, and stated that the vehicle was sold "as-is," claiming that I was not forced into the purchase and that there was nothing the dealership could do. After a verbal dispute, he threatened me and hung up the phone. He is now refusing to take any of my calls. read more

I am writing this solely on the hope to help others avoid the headaches I had with this dealership. To be fair I purchased a vehicle from them back in 2022 or 23 I was a returning customer. I moved from Ca to Az and wanted to give my 2020 Nissan Sentra that In purchased at Allinauto to my son so I went back and purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue and wanted to do the switch there at the dealer, give my son the Sentra and drive my new/used acquired Rougue back to Phoenix As soon as I drove off the vehicle acted up I returned to the dealer and asked what was the problem and had to leave it there. The next week they called they said it was a faulty spark plug. I went to Allinauto got it back and drove to AZ. And in a few days a warning light turned on "stop engine now or serious damage will occur" It had no oil in the engine. This happened twice I called the dealer and Albert who's is never ever available and is the "owner,sells man,general manager" told me to my face he'd get me another engine so I left the car there 2 months only for them to do absolutely nothing to the car other than an oil change. There were evasive in answering questions regarding what was done to it saying the mechanic who did the work wasn't there, I asked them to call him They said his wife was in the hospital with tubes in her and he wasn't available. The other mechanics "knew nothing about it btw" and offer no information as to what was done to the vehicle and that's because they did absolutely nothing but also broke the window controlling switches. A test at another location showed the engine was absolutely done for. I get it and I take responsibility for my purchase but they fact that they lied to my face and sell bad vehicles to people (I highly doubt I'm the first) knowing they would do Zero repairs speaks volumes to their crooked and fraudulent actions and way of doing business. I write this in hopes whoever reads this goes elsewhere and avoid what I went through. I a Christian man and I am putting this in My saviors hands Yes I am very disappointed and mad at myself for believing in this place,lesson learned but this is with the intention to help others avoid what I went through. I did have to get abused engine which cost me over 6k Out of pocket. AVOID AT ALL COST! If I could rate them 0 starts, I would. Saying this place sucks is an understatement. I am really disappointed in the way these people conduct business. Greedy as hell! As many of the reviews state, they have some shady business practices. Long story short, I saw a vehicle that I was interested in online. The price listed was competitive so I decided to take a drive out to Norco to see the car and test drive it in person. I'm a cash buyer - and I told them exactly what I was looking for. They said that they needed to run the numbers prior to letting me test drive the car. I agreed to this as they need to protect themselves as well and gauge the potential of a sale, however, when they came back out - they had jacked up the price over $500.00. Mind you, this car's price had been reduced twice and has been online for well over 190 days. Now you have a potential buyer and you go on the backend of your website and change the price? The sales person (Luis) tried to convince me that prices had gone up a few days ago and that was pure BS given that I had been monitoring the price the day before and the day of prior to coming in. It wasn't the $500.00 that mattered, it's the principal and the fact that these people are shady and dishonest! I walked out and I would highly recommend you stay away from this dealership given my review and the others. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST! The price as of today went back to the price I saw initially. I should have known that when you offer a trade-in, they will give you what you ask for your vehicle. But then they put unnecessary charges in the contract that add up to about what you were asking for on your trade-in vehicle. Almost $1,800 for theft deterrent devices? It's supposedly some additional device or insurance where you're supposed to get a lot of money if your car gets stolen? I'm sorry, but I'm financing this vehicle. I already have to have full coverage insurance, I also purchased GAP Insurance. I have AAA to cover any towing. I need no additional insurance or devices added to the vehicle. It's absolutely worthless and it cost me $1794. So in other words, you don't get anything for your trade-in they just make you feel warm and fuzzy and say sign here. I was rushed and pressured to hurry up and sign the contract because there was a couple with a newborn baby that were waiting to see him that were waiting for over an hour. Mind you they had an appointment. I couldn't read every single line item that was In the multi page contract until I went home and realized I got screwed for the deal. These aren't the only people that do this. You're gonna get it, coming or going, either way no matter what car lot you go to. Like I said, they make you feel warm and fuzzy. I attempted to call to resolute the disputed issue, but, you guessed it, you are just given a response with a bunch of word salad. In the end, sorry, you're bound in the contract. No matter how much duress you were in when you signed the contract it's legal binding. Albert Aboujaoude, who is the gentleman who wrote the contract up will give you the presentation you need to feel like you got a good deal. Just beware if you bring a trade-in, you're not gonna get what you want, you will probably get maybe 30% of what you are asking for. You just don't know it.
