The only computer store I could find in the high desert was a Best Buy. I looked up the wattage I needed and figured 100W would be fine. Well, 100W was not enough for a high performance laptop like the Dell Precision 5690. The 100W got me through the day, however, I kept getting messages from my laptop power couldn't be optimized. A few weeks later, I found the boxed charger in my trunk and had forgotten to return or exchange. I decided to go to my local Best Buy in Costa Mesa to see if anything could be done. George in customer care and was so upbeat and friendly. I explained my situation and he carefully reviewed the package. He was curious to see what I was running since it seemed 100W would work on just about any laptop. He chuckled when I told him. I guess the man knew a little about laptops lol I SO appreciate his help as not only did he resolve my unfortunate situation, but did it with such care and style. I've purchased most of my electronics from Best Buy (last purchase was a nice 65in OLED LG tv which had great value with beautiful picture and sound). I will continue to do all my electronics shopping here because the customer service is second to none. Shout out to you, George. Thanks again! So we are getting one refrigerator on Monday and the other one in 2 weeks.... They of course had no idea what went wrong or why they are telling me about this 48 hours before I am getting f my complete delivery. The worst part is they clearly don't care because they have no idea what customer service means and it's truly very unfortunate because they don't know how to take care and support their customers. I have seen the giga lines for Micro Center during the graphics card boom. Horrifying, but I feel like that's what mostly contributes to the super low ratings here, and a LOT of them, mind you. But it also might be due to people malding at spending a lot of money on something that didn't work for them. I was here window shopping, we are not the same. Plenty of parking the Saturday afternoon that we went. There was staff everywhere in every section, 2-3 of them even, who were ready and there to answer questions or guide you to where you need to go. Definitely a tech nerd's paradise if anything. They have a Tech Bar there, a station to build your own computer, and I think the most unique thing that they have here is the extensive in person shopping for 3D printers and the different color filaments, if you're into that as a hobby. There's things for gamers (even a lot of set up for gaming racers - a lot of which I have never seen before then), people who like to build and DIY things, consumer electronics, and even figurines and toys, for kids who are there too, I suppose. While this store does have an electric shopping cart. Or EcV with basket. It is usually not charged and it is falling apart. The store has ONE. Only one and it is completely falling apart. Some of the aisles are not accessible in the cart either. Now let's move on to the staff. While the manager will tell you they have 5 people in the 3D printing area I can rarely seem to find 1. When I do happen to run into somone they will tell me they are way too busy to help me out or be downright rude when asking them about inventory of an item. They have told me to just scan the sample color strip and wait for it to open on the machine. They have this machine on the wall that stores most of the filament and will retrieve the color and type you want. Well that's all great in theory. If the machine was loaded properly with the colors and type of filament in the right location. That doesn't seem to happen often. Now there is some good stuff. They have a nice supply of other items. Similar to maybe what Fry's electronics use to be but on a much smaller scale. You are definitely going to pay a high price here. Most things have been marked up incredibly high. But I mean you're paying to get it then and there. They have some things with decent prices. So make sure you are checking the prices at other places before you commit to spending $25 for a pair of pliers that can be purchased elsewhere for $4.99. Exact same product and packaging. All in all go here if you MUST. Otherwise avoid at all costs. The staff is minimal, untrained and rude. The disabled access is not the greatest. The best thing about this place. They had a restroom and it was clean.

I needed a memory card door replaced, which needed some electrical wires to be removed in the process. It is an expensive Sony camera so my concern was valid. They replaced the camera part and the camera is working. Their knowledge working on electronics is vast and their work is precise. One thing led to another, handle was fixed but then he had to take the unit apart multiple times because he did something else that caused another issue (he claimed he didn't do it, but it had no other issue when we called him). Long story short, after paying him $440, the microwave stopped functioning properly, shortly afterwards, I was hoping to get a few more years of usage out of this appliance. Very frustrating, I should have invested the repair funds into a new unit instead trying to use his services. He will charge you a minimum fee to come out again and I didn't want to waste another penny on his services. Learn from my mistake, just invest in a new appliance.

Find as it takes up over half of 8 shopping center right off of harbor boulevard. Lots of parking, but this place can get busy so choose your hours wisely. Inside the store everything is neat and clean. Honestly, it's one of the better run targets that I have been to. They do a great job of facing the shelves, and making everything neat and organized for the customers. One thing I do like about this store, is they have a very good grocery department. I don't usually make a habit of buying my groceries from Target, but on those off chances when I have a need for a gallon of milk or something to eat that I need quickly, they always seem to have everything that I want. Plus this particular Target has a CVS pharmacy which is great, I used to pick up my prescriptions here. And there's never a long wait at all. Added bonus, this particular Target has a Starbucks in it. So if you need a cup of coffee while you're shopping or on your way out, they've got you covered. Bottom line? This is a very good go-to Target in the area. They've got everything you need and actually have decent prices. Don't forget to get the app so that you can get an extra 5% off.
