Would probably give 3.5 if possible. Fish quality was fair, about what you'd expect for AYCE. Ambiance was casual. Everything we got tasted delicious. The table's favorite was the garlic butter sushi! I will say, though, that two major things stood out that are bringing this review down a bit. Firstly, they kept bringing the wrong orders to the wrong tables, sometimes fully leaving the order there, getting called over to be told it was wrong, & taking food that had already been left at a another customer's table to deliver it to the correct customer. I wouldn't mention it except that it happened 4+ times during the hour we were there & it's a food safety hazard. Second, they use far too much rice. I get that lots of rice is a way to fill customers up, but truly biting into the sushi was just biting into a mouthful of rice every time. You have to do rice surgery to get the ratio right, & they *will* come over & tell you to finish the rice to avoid charges. Expect to spend a lot of time begrudgingly eating/filling up on the mountains of rice. However - LOVE the miso soup. I'd return for rolls but likely not for regular sushi/AYCE. read more

My wife and I ordered three California rolls (24 pieces) and egg sushi (2 pieces) through the online ordering system, which quoted a 25 minute wait time. We arrived about 20 minutes after placing the order, expecting it to be close to ready, but ended up waiting another 25+ minutes. Roughly 45+ minutes at this point. During that time, we noticed several other online orders come in, sit briefly, and leave with their food well before we did. It was difficult to tell whether those orders were placed earlier or later, but the process did not feel consistent. The restaurant also wasn't particularly busy, with only 2 tables seated. When our order was finally ready, there was no acknowledgment of the long wait or apology just our name called. The food itself was whatever at this point, but the overall experience was disappointing given the simplicity of the order and the extended wait. Definitely will not be coming back here. read more

Very disappointed with my experience. If a restaurant advertises itself as AYCE (All You Can Eat), it's frustrating to be limited to only 3 rounds and given a strict time limit of 2hrs. If I'm still within the allotted rounds and want to order more of the items I enjoyed, I should be able to do so without feeling restricted with "you can order on your next rounds" Mind you this is an appetizer cucumbers. Yet I have to wait on my first round order which took 30 minute plus. The whole point of AYCE is to allow customers to enjoy the food they want within the agreed-upon dining period of 2hrs. Having such strict limitations makes the experience feel less like "all you can eat" and more like a controlled meal with restrictions. In my opinion, this policy is not acceptable and takes away from the value and enjoyment of the experience. Plus I understand if you over order and get charged left overs that's acceptable also. Customer service is horrible controlling owner will judge and monitor your table and how much you eat by eye balling your table we had made eye contact serval times while my plates were empty and she brought more out without my missing oyster and all the other special items listed but yet paid that premium price. I have ordered to go from here a couple times and we finally were able to come in to do the all you can eat. It's very spacious inside and each table does have a tablet which you can order from but we just ended up ordering with the waitress. We did the option to get some of the more premium items so we can have the Cajun salmon, so good! They also have a lot of really good rolls and the taste, freshness, and sauces were all really good! It was a little bit pricey, but you are definitely getting your moneys worth with the amount of rolls. They do have a cheaper option, but it didn't have some of the items we were hoping to get. Staff was friendly, and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I don't know if they do any specials here. They did have some drink specials, but we only came for food. Just received out order through Grubhub. We ordered a Beef Korean Ramen (miso broth +$2) and asked for it to be spicy. We also ordered the Beef tofu soup which is supposed to come with rice and 3 side dishes. Our Beef Korean Ramen WAS MISSING THE BEEF and the "spicy"! For our tofu soup we are MISSING THE SIDE DISHES! I came here Saturday evening with family and friends for dinner there was about 20 of us in the group and it was an amazing experience. The food and the service were both Incredible. If you're looking for a nice place to eat with a large group I highly recommend trying this place out! A couple of us did the all you can eat which is an amazing price for the high quality sushi we got and some other people order off the regular menu but no matter what we ate it was all good! POOR HYGEINE AND DANGEROUS FOOD HANDLING!!! My DoorDash driver called me after picking up food from here because he saw the worker make my sushi with gloves he wore AFTER touching dirty mop water. I express my dissatisfaction with this establishment and advise against visiting this location. Pros: Ample parking and fast seating. Looks clean, quiet, dim lighting. Cons: Flickering lights, a misleading menu. Promotions are advertised on Windows and in ads. Service is very slow; servers are inexperienced; management is nowhere to be seen. Napkins and sauces were not brought with our orders; we had to ask for everything. It took a very long time to receive anything; servers were too busy talking to each other. We came here on Saturday, April 5th, intending to have the all-you-can-eat. We arrived at 8:20 and were seated quickly. Our server...didn't come until 8:35. We asked for the (AYCE)--All You Can Eat--and were told it was over at 8:30. We let them know we were there before the cutoff time; they said no, too late, it's 8:35. Then we asked about their buy-one, 50%-off deal. They said no, only Monday-Thursday, and it ends early, is what they said. Later, two other people were asking for the (AYCE) also; one was told it ended at 8:00, the other was told, "Oh, it just...ended, so we don't know what time it actually ended or started, but the place closes at midnight. We ordered appetizers and four rolls; the appetizers arrived after the first roll. No ginger, wasabi, or soy sauce; we had to ask for everything. Then, the other rolls staggered in about five minutes apart. The food tasted okay, but the spicy roll wasn't hot at all, probably good because our refills didn't arrive until we asked for our check. Orders took far too long to arrive, and I even saw my hand roll sitting on the sushi bar for 10 minutes before it was finally brought to me. With only two chefs working, I understand there might be some delays, but the menu wasn't extensive, so I expected things to move more smoothly. Unfortunately, the slow service took away from the experience. The restaurant has a 2-hour limit for AYCE, but at this pace, it felt like I spent most of that time just waiting for food. By the end, I was more focused on trying to get my check so I could leave rather than enjoying my meal. There are 2 "levels" ($10 price difference) of AYCE, and those of us getting AYCE were required to get the same (more expensive) even though a couple of us didn't want to. Service was very slow and the place was not busy at all at one point we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was underwhelming and just ok.
