Unfortunately, I would not recommend. I swung by in passing and craved a good old chocolate bar. The taste of the overall donut felt like old oil and the bread was not expanded but instead flatten like a sandle/chancla. I stopped eating it mid way (whats photographed) because the insane amount of chocolate to bread ration was not yummy. I bought two of these at 6 dollars and was disappointed at the cost to the taste received. I suppose the 3$ donut to the size is good but extremely lacked quality.

Lady serving doughnuts was very rude and looked like she didn't want to be there. Doughnuts are poorly made.

Ordered these for delivery for a work meeting and they were a-ok! All told, if you are looking for donuts that are sure to hit the spot and beat that late-morning-I've-been-in-too-many-meetings feeling, the assortment of options available here is a winner! I thought the old fashioned donuts weren't as flaky as I would have liked, but the cake donuts and raised donuts were on point. The Apple fritter was also super juicy and delightful. The maple glazing was full of flavor, but the matcha and strawberry glazes weren't strongly flavored enough in my opinion.

We went at about 11AM and there was no one there. The doughnut selection was a little slimmer then I imagine it would be in the morning. We got a cinnamon, sugared and two chocolate sprinkle cake doughnuts. They pretty much just had a standard selection. All of the doughnuts were decent. The chocolate sprinkle doughnuts were pretty average. The sugar doughnut was very good and I thought the cinnamon doughnut was interesting.

Yummy

Very very poor selection. I went in the other day and they had maybe 8 different types of donuts. Lucky's has more variety.

There was a nice variety of donuts to choose from--plenty of different styles and flavors, so it was easy to try a few different things. The donuts themselves were good overall, though they didn't taste like the absolute freshest batch of the morning. Still enjoyable, just not that super-soft just-made texture. One really nice touch was that they threw in some free donut holes with the order, which was a pleasant surprise. Small gestures like that make places like this feel extra welcoming. They also offer a small discount if you pay with cash, which is another classic mom-and-pop move. Overall, it's a solid neighborhood donut shop with good variety and friendly service. Not the most mind-blowing donuts I've ever had, but definitely a nice local stop if you're in the area.

We got half a dozen of nearly all the flavors and they did not disappoint. Ube, black sesame, cookies n cream, matcha, glazed, and dark chocolate (tasted more like milk chocolate though). Soft, chewy, warm, and the glaze was the perfect amount of sweetness for the Asian palate, which is to say: NOT TOO SWEET; the highest compliment, of course. They also have poke here, which I may try next time. And while you're waiting for the glaze dipper to do their magic, there is a fun 10-second buzzer game to try your luck for a freebie mochi!!! We did not win. 9.84 seconds was our best attempt. :( but our mochi cheered us up :)

While there wasn't an option to customize the poke bowl with additional toppings like some other poke places offer, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion of salmon. The fish was fresh, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the bowl. To finish off the meal, I had the Churro Mochi Donut, and it did not disappoint. It had a crispy exterior with a soft, chewy mochi center, coated with just the right amount of cinnamon sugar. It was the perfect sweet treat after the savory poke bowl. Overall, the meal was satisfying, the portions were generous, and I would happily order from MoDo Hawaii again whenever I'm craving fresh poke and a delicious dessert.

Each cake has been absolutely wonderful, and the flavors are always on point. The bakery is located in an unassuming strip mall, but don't let the simplicity of the storefront fool you. These are top-notch, custom cakes that both the kids and adults at her parties always enjoy. The team is highly responsive, friendly, and great to work with. I feel the pricing is very fair for the quality of custom-made cakes you receive. This has officially become my go-to bakery for custom cakes. Highly recommend!

The custom cakes here look amazing!…read more I stopped by the store to see if we could taste the cake before committing to it. I learned the wedding cake flavors aren't the same flavors they have at the store in cake and cupcake form. Luckily when speaking with the young man, he said "we do have wedding cake kits right now". We happily purchased one right away, but wondered how fresh they could be if they had it on demand. Yup, most of the cakes were super dry and hard. The chocolate cakes also didn't have that deep chocolate flavor. Admittedly, we do not like buttercream and wedding cakes usually are limited to that as well as fondant. Every option here is buttercream based so we weren't huge fans, but leaned toward more the tropical flavors: mango, passionfruit, lemon. The mocha, hazelnut and caramel were pretty tasty too. Props for the princess cake!

The new line control and ordering setup was pretty confusing when walking in. And with how popular this place gets, it can feel even more cramped because of the way they want the lines to form. I get what they were trying to do, but I honestly think the flow worked better before. The kitchen is SO big, I feel like it took up a lot of the space. There are also these big menu signs for the deli side, but unless you're standing right in front of them to order, it's pretty hard to get a good look. The line dividers and people waiting in line block the view. I have yet to actually order from the deli, though, so I guess that gives me something to try next time! Roger's is a local spot for me, so I'll definitely still stop by whenever I need my donut fix. I'll be back, but I'm not sold on the new setup yet.

Overall, the savory korokke I've tried tasted a bit dry and less flavorful than expected. It felt like something was missing and I couldn't pinpoint what... This is the first time I've had Korean croquettes (I'm used to Japanese ones), and maybe Korean style croquettes are like this. The croquette itself was crispy, crunchy, and chewy, so I think they do an amazing job with the crust! Twisted Donuts - like a churro without the cinnamon. It was crispy and chewy and sweet, not bad. I prefer this over normal churros :) Beef bulgogi korokke - a bit dry and wish it had a stronger flavor. The beef bulgogi wasn't the best in terms of flavor either. Crab Meat korokke - a bit dry and didn't have much of a crab taste. It felt like something was missing. However, service was great so I'm adding a star to my review. The lady at the front was super warm and welcoming. I know they haven't been around for long (last time I was here, a Katsu stall was at this location!), so I wish them the best!!
