We were visiting our son who lives in Nashua. We have been to Martha's before and are please with their food an service. I ordered the ultimate Mack and cheese and it came to the table incorrect. However the waitress Caitlin took care of the issue as well as the restaurant manager apologized and offered additional food while I waited and even dessert. I was pleased with their response time and items offered but waited patiently for my food. When it arrived it was Perfectly made and the Best loaded Mac n Cheese I've had in a long time. Chicken an Bacon loaded into the Mac n Cheese. So tasty. I recommend Martha's Restaurant. Try their steak Quesadilla also. That was great too. And their own beers are very good as well. I visited Martha's exchange twice when I was in Nashua for work last week. The first time my co-worker and I visited to drink beer and eat dinner, and the second time we visited to buy some chocolate from the candy shop they had. My co-worker and I were seated immediately when we visited on a Monday night around 7pm. Everyone who worked there was really friendly and didn't rush us when we needed extra time to decided what we wanted to order. I ordered a Fire Roasted Vegetable Panini for my meal and it came out in no time at all. I was surprised by the portion size...it was HUGE. I was also happy with the amount of veggies in the sandwich! With the onion rings I got on the side, I was STUFFED and couldn't finish my meal. When we visited the second time to buy chocolate, it was nice to see the wide variety they had to choose from. They had many different sizes and flavors. There were some pieces you could buy by weight and others you had to purchase by piece. It was really tasty, but definitely think it was a little overpriced for what it was (some pieces were $4/piece). read more

Sitting outside for lunch was lovely, although the food was less than ideal and not worth the money. The chicken was dry and sandwich was fairly tasteless. We had dinner at Martha's last night. Some of the dishes were good and others terrible. I ordered the strip steak med rare and it came out well done. Sent it back and it was replaced w a top round , not sure why. Very tough and the chef had to cut it in half to see if it was cooked properly. The mashed potatoes and green beans were delicious. The chicken piccata had very little sauce and the butternut raviolis were terrible. The burgers were very good. read more

Martha's is a lot of fun! In the summer we like to sit outside for happy hour, bogo drinks for a penny! Friday and Saturday night they have a DJ and a dance floor, hit or miss depending on the night. Recently for dinner I had the chicken gyro and it was amazing! I think they revamped their menu and it's excellent! read more

Our group of 3 women of color went for drinks at Martha's Exchange after seeing the Nutcracker at the Nashua Performing Arts Center on Dec 1, 2023. We sat at the bar and ordered our drinks. We asked for the apple pie sangria and received a half-assed drink. There was no fruit or cinnamon sugar rim as described on the menu - just what tasted to be vodka and pineapple juice. Did other people's apple pie sangria look and taste better than ours? When we asked the bartender about it, he said (I kid you not) "We're getting ready to close up so I skipped out and I was hoping you wouldn't notice." Yup - at least he's honest(?). Here's the *worst* part: He came to us for a "last call" and we declined. Not but a few minutes later a group of 3 people of color came to sit at the bar and before they could even take off their jackets the male bartender said "Sorry, we just made the last call." A good 10+ minutes passed and another group of people came in, they were all white. The male bartender proceeded to make 3 mixed drinks and serve them with a very big smile. Our hearts sank. It was disgusting to watch. We immediately told the female bartender how racist and discriminatory this incident is. I hope Martha's Exchange takes this seriously; not only watch the video but also interview the bartenders to get a better understanding of why and how could this happen; and provide training for its staff. There is no reason we could EVER go back to Martha's. read more

I am visiting Nashua for a few days and walked by the restaurant while looking for a place to eat lunch. The hostess was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly and attentive. I ordered the chili. It was just okay. It tasted like tomato juice was used as the base. I would have liked some more spice. There was lots of cheese on top but very few pieces of meat or beans. I would try the restaurant again but not try the chili again. read more

I ordered Mac & cheese. It was made in and served in a cast iron skillet. All I could taste was metal. It was awful, and I could not eat it. Then, our waiter stood in plain view of my table and others AND PUT DEODORANT ON! When done, he went right back to serving food. A minute later, A WAITRESS DID THE SAME THING using what looked like community deodorant!!!!! THIS WAS ALMOST THE GROSSED THING I'VE EVER SEEN IN A RESTAURANT!!! Came here upon the recommendation of another guest I ran into at the front desk of the Courtyard Nashua. He recommended this place for their locally made Craft Brews. Came in one evening around 8:45 pm or so - ordered their beer sampler and a plate of their Nachos. The beers/Ales were excellent! Out of the sampler, my favorites were the Smokin' Blonde, the Extra Special Simcoe, the Biscuit City Pale Ale, and the MacLeod's Scotch Ale. The Nachos were plentiful and pretty good. A word of warning - at some point in the evening - this place goes from a somewhat reasonable noise level to really loud when they convert part of the restaurant into a dance floor and start cranking dance tunes. I could not finish my Ale fast enough and get out the door! I'd definitely come back here again for their Ales. read more

Great place for dinner in Nashua! Found this place by chance as most places were packed on a Friday night. Great service! everyone was friendly and quick. We were seated quickly without having to wait for long. Got pumpkin-Tini which was very good and the Irish maid which felt pretty watered down. Got the grilled lamb salad which was really very good and highly recommend although also had the jambalaya which was not so good. There was an inappropriate amount of spice and was not done very well in terms of the whole dish itself. Overall, we had a good time and do recommend coming here if in Nashua. Prices are slightly on the higher side, paid about 60-70$ with tip for the above food. 3.5 to 4 stars. read more

This place is incredible! I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a child. I will always be mesmerized by the candy counter, and as I entered adulthood, very impressed with their beer. I recently visited and had a phenomenal experience. I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and a vegetable pizza. Both were delectable. The staff was polite and attentive. Bathrooms were immaculate. Definitely worth a visit! Even if you just stop in to look at that candy counter. read more

I've been twice now - the first time was sublime and the second time merely ok. I think the difference between my two experiences was in the simplicity of the food I ordered. The first and sublime time I had the simpler and more traditional French onion soup and a simple scallop dish - both excellent. The second time I had steamed mussels that didn't quite succeed at the A level and Martha's own concoction called Blackjack salmon which took a wealth of delicious sea food and covered it in a confusing mess of distracting flavors. I will return but be mindful that it seems that at Martha's simpler is probably better. read more

The place was clean they used proper social distancing measures our waitress was wonderful and friendly and very good... couldn't do enough for us! Beer was great, salad was good. Baked haddock awful. not cooked, even broccoli soggy with some kind of greasy sauce on it. They didn't bring the salad first so by time I got to eat the food it was cold. I think they did that because the haddock and small portion of broccoli wouldn't have looked like much food without the bowl of salad on the plate also. $26 although the menu said $22. The service was very good. The restaurant is very nice looking inside with the lit up stone bar and wood tables. read more

Came in here on our way to cross country meet and we were pleasantly surprised. Nice pub feel, good selection of beers on tap and delicious food. Pretzels were warm and soft, French onion soup was the best I have EVER had, and I love soup! Also had potato skins...real pieces of crispy bacon....and the turkey panini, like thanksgiving between bread! Delicious! The clincher was the home made candy counter with out of this world chocolates, truffles, etc. Definitely worth a trip for a bite and a beer! read more

Sadly, we will not be going back to Martha's. The outdoor seating (before it was even a covid thing) was always a great draw and their beer is awesome! But the good stops there. We have taken breaks from eating here due to sub par service but we gave it another shot. I was sorry we did. We tried to order cocktails and the waitress apologized about 4 times that the bar was busy-it took over 20 minutes to get a martini. Our app came before our drinks and then we were informed they didn't have the ingredients for one of the drinks. Okay, fine. Then our meals come out. 3 of us ordered salads which came out with no dressing. Dry salad. Nothing even on the side, just no dressing. Our plates from the wing app were still cluttering the table when the waitress finally came over and we had to request salad dressing for our meal. It never recovered from there. No refills on water or even second drinks to be ordered. I don't know what the heck was going on but it was just not an experience worth the cost to eat out. I would say maybe they were just short staffed but it was pretty empty in there. Plus, I would rather they just told us they couldn't seat us if they were not staffed properly to serve us. If you just want a beer it's probably fine-but I would sit at the bar for faster service. We won't be dining here again. read more

3.5/5 I love a good brewery/brewpub, so I was excited to try out Martha's. There was a great selection of beers, and I ended up getting the Amber, which was delicious. For dinner, I had the fish and chips. The batter on the fish was a little too heavy for me, but I liked that the portion size wasn't too big. The tartar sauce was also a little bland. The best part of our meal by far was the dessert. We had the chocolate peanut butter pie and it was amazing. My wife and I split a piece, but after taking one bite, we considered ordering a second. In terms of service, our waitress was a little too attentive, but often missed what we needed somehow. She didn't seem to notice if water glasses were empty and brought us boxes before we were close to done eating. She was very nice, but missed the mark a little bit. read more
