A Saturday night in July, we went around 7 p.m., very quiet, no waiting. First, the atmosphere is fantastic! They did an excellent job decorating and making the entire experience feel upscale. You completely forget you're in a local plaza. Separating the dining and bar area and creating a welcoming waiting area - superb. So 5 stars there. 2 different martini drinks were good. Waitress was friendly and readily available. Unfortunately we'd only give 3 stars for the food. The octopus appetizer did not disappoint. However, the chicken piccata lacked flavor and NY sirloin came out a bit over cooked. Will probably go again and try something different.

First time visiting Figaro and was pleasantly surprised. Although the outside looks a little mysterious when you walk in, it's quite lovely. Really cool setting moderately not a noisy place which I loved. The server was excellent. The food we had was good, but I think I would try something different next time. I got the pork wings and the chicken piccata both were fried so a bit heavy. Both were really tasty though. The drinks were excellent. Will return and try this again with a different menu new selection.

Great drinks, food, and service. Just what NH needed! Ambiance is amazing. Had the flatbread and pork wings, both were delicious.

Everything about this restaurant was enjoyable, from the food itself to the overall atmosphere. The lobster roll was fresh, delicious, and exactly what you'd hope for when visiting Boston. Simple, flavorful, and packed with quality seafood, it reminded us why this dish has become such an iconic regional favorite. One of the highlights was the covered outdoor seating area. It created the perfect setting to enjoy a fresh lobster roll in the open air while taking in the energy of the neighborhood. There's something about eating seafood outdoors that just makes the experience feel even more authentic. It's easy to see why locals keep coming back in droves. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the entire experience feels refreshingly genuine. Even though it was our first visit, we quickly felt like regulars. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and won't hesitate to return the next time we're in the area. Yankee Lobster is proof that sometimes the classics are classics for a reason.

You order first at the cashier, and then they give you a number and you can go find your seat. It's a pretty busy and lively place and was packed even when we went on a weekday for lunch. To start, I had a half dozen of oysters, which were fresh with a good amount of brine. They didn't blow me away or anything but were good! The part I was most excited for was the lobster roll. We got the hot buttered lobster roll, and to be completely honest it didn't blow me away. The seasoning was lacking to me and there wasn't much depth. I also wish the brioche roll was more buttered and toasty, but ours was mostly soft. The only reason why I didn't knock this down more stars was because they were so generous with their lobster portions, especially for the price! I would give this a 3.5 stars if I could. You could tell it was high quality and those lobsters were well fed! I'd probably come back to try their classic lobster roll just to see if that one is seasoned any better.

There is so much lobster meat in the roll that we were struggling to take a bite. The mac and cheese also had a lot of lobster meat! Every bite had more lobster than mac. Both were very delicious! Crab cake was also yummy and a decent size especially given the price. Lobster bisque was okay, the clam chowder was definitely better in our opinion. You can order from both the truck and inside the trailer. If you just want the main items (lobster roll and soups), the truck would probably be a quicker option. If you want the specialty items like the crab cake or mac and cheese, you could only get that inside the trailer. Overall service was super quick, so i would choose based on what you want to order. Also plenty of seating available. Most are outdoor under an umbrella but there are a few enclosed areas next to the truck. Staff is very quick to wipe tables down so the turnover is super fast.

The place isn't really a sit down restaurant -- inside there are some stools around a bar, but they did have a nice outdoor seating area under a tent. I had the lobster bisque and my husband had the clam chowder, which were $10.99 each. The soup was quite filling, but it was only so-so, and I was a little disappointed. I would maybe give the place three stars, but I was not impressed that the washrooms were port-o-potties out in the back. At least they flushed and there were plastic sinks with running water, not just hand sanitizer. But having to use a port-o-potty just before eating... yuck. [Yelp collections: Boston, MA 2025]

I was quickly greeted and informed that they were cash-only dining. But fret not, for just inside the doorway is a perfectly placed ATM. It took only a few seconds for me to pinpoint the exact item on the menu that my stomach was craving and my eyes fixed upon...Antipasto for an appetiser and chicken Marsala for the entree. The antipasto dish arrived very quickly and was a beautiful layout. Of course I desired to save some room for the entree but ended up eating about 3/4 of the appetiser before it arrived. The chicken marsala was absolutely perfect, still steaming on the plate as she placed it before me. I told myself I would only eat half the dish and take the rest back to my hotel for snacking later. However, my taste buds are not allow me to stop feasting on this Italian delicacy. If you're ever in the area, don't worry about the other Italian restaurants in the downtown, although I am sure that they are well and good, but Giacomo's is well worth your consideration. Portion size was decent although prices are not cheap (just entree alone will be minimum $30). They specialize in seafood so the only protein options that weren't seafood were chicken or veal. There weren't too many apps that caught my eye, particularly lacking veggies. Service is on the ruder side. They automatically add 20% tip to your bill.

Great meal to end the upper US marathon vacation!!…read more We had no idea where we may end up eating but the trusty Yelp app led us to another victory dance!! Yay for Yelp!! We had just cruised the nearby mall center thingy and were hungry on our last night in Boston. We saw the sites and did the things. Boston is a one of a kind place for sure. This was the choice. It was a great choice! Beautifully decorated and oh so chill inside. We have a thing that we do at places with great appetizers. We just order a bunch of those and feast. That's what we did here! We started with some raw oysters. They were very nice indeed. Island Creek Oysters from Duxbury MA. is where they came from. We love the little local Junts a lot and had them all over the northeast while we were there. We also had Crab Rangoon Dip. Very good, lots of fresh lump crabmeat, with a house chili crisp, scallions, and wonton chips. Loved it! They we had some fantastic mussels to close the deal! The flavor was amazing! I wish I could have them every single day! We also had a bowl of BPH Clam Chowder. CC is one of my favorite things and this place did not disappoint in any way! Delicious!! The server was great. She took great care and made our last night in Boston an unforgettable experience. If you are near, you should go right now! Why aren't you there yet? '26 - 108
