I had a horrible experience at this nail salon…read more The technician seemed almost put off when I initially asked for the pedicure and then, near the end of the pedicure, appeared finished without properly trimming my toenails. I had to specifically ask her to cut them down--which should be a basic part of a pedicure. On top of that, I was charged $60 for an incredibly subpar pedicure. I was so over it that I asked her not to bother with nail polish. Speaking of polish, I have NEVER gone to a salon that seemed almost out of stock of polish. Overall, the service did not match the cost, and I would not return or recommend this salon. There are too many other options, like Enchanted Nails, to consider.

I just needed my old gel removed, so I went to this salon close to my house. I was lucky enough to…read moreget Rose, who gave me the best manicure I may have ever had, and at 67 that is a serious number of visits to salons all over the country. The salon was calm, clean and friendly. And their rates are better than just competitive. So what made it such a great manicure? Rose. She removed my old gel gently. So I decided to try her out for a polish. She knew from looking at my nails the shape I wanted without a long explanation on my part. When I said no to the cuticle scissors, she gently pushed the cuticles back and ask if she could cut a couple of hang nails. And then she did an impeccable job applying the polish. And as a bonus, she was quite quick! Going back for a pedicure. And another favorite: no annoying tv playing something no one want to watch, or no bad loud music.

I read some good reviews about this place so I decided to check them out but unfortunately my…read moreexperience was the total opposite. It's small & clean in a nice looking neighborhood. I went in for a basic mani & French pedi. Now for those that get French - we know it's a specialized service (meaning they upcharge for it). A specialized service needs a specialist. While the nail tech was polite and tried her best, you could tell that wasn't her speciality and with the language barrier it was hard communicating exactly what was needed. Plus I think techs today put more effort into those that get gel/acrylic etc over basic/natural which is disappointing. She asked me if I wanted my toes cut down (I said yes) but she ended up filing them so they were still long. The towels are pretty dingy and they dry your feet with the same towel they work on, cuticle clean up was great but the leg massage was way too much pressure. I asked for bubble bath nail color but they gave me a purple equivalent & I had to ask for a 2nd coat. The white lines aren't crispy, & while I appreciate her trying to emulate the look I had when I came in, I think it would've been better if she just did her own thing. The manicure was standard, she skipped a few nails and had to go back. I asked for square square all around (hands & feet) but ended up with round square. Again, she was sweet & polite but for $78 - it wasn't worth the experience, especially not the French because my toe nails are still long so you can barely see the white tips and the color gives more of a purple than pink

Meticulous, precise, clean, patient, hospitable. I have absolutely zero complaints about this place. I wanted gel x, a cat eye look and my nails were done beautifully. While my nail tech was doing my nails, I decided I wanted them a little shorter and was met with no resistance. She happily obliged to any and all request regarding my nails. She took her time, made sure I liked the design of the first nail before continuing on to complete the rest of my nails. It was the most enjoyable experience I've had at a nail salon in a long time. I'm sold and I will be returning.

Tony is my absolute favorite technician here along with another lady I cant recall her name but they are so kind, their recommendations are usually what you're trying to achieve and they always find a solution if you're not pleased with your service or if you have an issue. I had to go back the next day but I realized there was still one nail where the top coat didn't cover all of the nail. That meant the sticker was jutting out a bit and irritating my skin. The nail artist is pretty decent with simple art and with most sticker application. I had wanted it all to be nail art and for them to tell me they couldn't do 3D nails. There is at least one sticker on each nail. Also I had to coax her to not give up but she was insistent on simply stickering every nail to make it go faster. The pedi was alright and pretty painless. The nail artist just missed a spot of paint and accidentally got a dot of red paint on the right big toe. I think about 2.5 hours was spent in total during the first visit and less than 10 minutes fixing the issues with the nails in the next visit.
