The color I got was really nice! They had many colors to choose from as well as packages! They offer just about everything,m. It is not a spa feel, your typical DC/MD nail salon. The place was also packed so I can understand the tech being overwhelmed! I paid an extra $5 for a shape that I did not get. After paying $50 for just my nails, I also noticed that I have lumps in my nails and she didn't even clean them up good! My eyes was arched very nicely and the pedicure was good BUT my last pedicure was not even two weeks ago so basically she did not have a lot to do. The place appeared to be clean, they wasn't friendly I caught them throwing a little attitude at certain people but they wasn't rude to me ‍! I won't be back! read more

First off there are too many mofos working on you, got my feet done and the lady dug in my big toe and cut me, I told her I was a diabetic, she just kept smiling and mess my toe up! Then 2 people worked on my nails...shoot you would think they did a awesome job...NOT!!! I decided to get my eyelashs done. BIG MISTAKE!! I asked for medium length and natural looking. There was no space at all between the lashes. It looked like one huge fake eyelash on each eye. Why do individuals for this look?? There was way too much glue. I had to get to work so I did not have time to deal with it but I did say I hated them before paying. The next day I returned to pay to have them taken off but it was Tuesday (today) and they were closed. I LOOKED LIKE A FREAKING DRAG QUEEN!!! Today I went in for a pedicure and manicure...pedicure went fine but when we got to the manicure, the nail tech (male) pinched my cuticle causing unstoppable bleeding. He continued to try and polish on it but it wouldn't stop bleeding. He apologized and I told him to stop the manicure and that I would just wait for it to heal and come back some other time. I walk to the counter to pay for the pedicure as that service was done fine and correctly. He tells me the total would be 42 dollars, since I didn't finish the polish on the manicure he took off an extra 5 dollars; it would have been 47. I proceeded to tell him I shouldn't have to pay for a service where I was injured. The manager chimes in saying since I had got the manicure but not the polish I still have to pay and that it's only a small cut on my finger. Long story short, I went off and they charged me only for the pedicure. This place has awful business ethics and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Not only did they injure my finger they tried to make me pay for a mistake that they made instead of doing the correct thing and saying this service is on us, and the following one. I would never step foot in that place again. I went in to get a fill-in gel nails, and a pedicure. The only person decent there was the young woman who did my feet. The guy that I had to do my nails could not understand what I was asking for even with the picture that I showed. I asked what would need to be done to my current nails (powder gel nail) to get what I want accomplished. He couldn't tell me, he just proceeded to do my nails, and wouldn't give me the cost for what I wanted to be done to my nail. Eventually, one of the other techs saw my distress that she took over, but she wasn't much bette . They didn't seem too interested in what I was wanting/requesting. She just sloppily threw nail polish over my old nails and put the UV light over my nails. There are bubbles, and missed spots on my nails. I got my nails done Sunday, and it's Monday night, and it's already peeling. I am thoroughly upset/disgusted. Save your money and your time!!! read more

This is right by my house, so it's easy for me to go there instead of driving into the city. The prices are reasonable and the service is good. I usually go in just for pedicures ($22) and I usually get seen right away. They have a decent amount of nail polishes to choose from and their gel selection is pretty extensive. read more
