I honestly did not read these reviews before deciding to come here and just saw the rating on google (much higher on there). I'm half way glad I didn't read them because I probably wouldn't have decided to come. However, I will say that Annie and Mike did a great job. Ms. Annie did my pedicure ( I just needed a color change). She explained everything to me in a way I could understand and made sure I was 110% satisfied. Very sweet lady as well. Mr. Mike did my manicure (new set, gel overlay). I'm honestly not a big talker in general so I didn't mind us not chatting. But he did ensure that I liked what he was doing. I will say that when I was waiting for my 6:45 appointment, another woman was in there and she came back because her nails were breaking after a short period of time and when I was checking out, one of the other ladies was upset because she was told one price and got charged something completely different. She also was not satisfied with her nails. When I come back I will more than likely just stick with the same two people (Mike and Annie). Although, at other salons, I have experienced the first appointment being really great and then the service declines from there. I'm praying this is not the case here because I truly enjoyed my experience. read more

Teddy was nothing but amazing. The entire environment was a vibe; clean, organized, and to standard. I'm always have worries about reused tools but I watched how test removed my individualized package and completed my pedicure. He took his time to complete my nails. I cannot even express how meticulous he was in reassuring that my nails looked good. His level of attentiveness and care was nothing shy of remarkable. I'm disgusted after my experience here. The first time I came, I made an appointment for noon and they didn't start on me until 1pm. It's not even worth making an appointment because they treat everyone like a walk-in. That said, a woman did my nails and they were really nice. They were so nice that I came back despite the wait. This time, I got a pedicure. Two guys did my nails -- one did the pedicure and a different one did the structured/builder gel fill-in. The pedicure was typical, nothing special. HOWEVER, the builder gel fill-in was a nightmare. He cut my nail for no reason and then tried to put a tip on it. THESE ARE MY REAL NAILS AND THEY ARE LONG! After back and forth, one of the young ladies came over and explained to him that I just need a fill in. He put too much builder gel on each nail (it burned in the uv light) and the gel polish is lumpy. This is one of those experiences where I was looking forward to relax and get my nails done, but I hate them. They looked better needing a fill-in. Alas, I still can't find a place out here that does a solid structured gel manicure, but I'll keep looking. If I'm desperate, I'll go back and ask for the first young lady I had, but should expect a long wait. read more

I arrived as a walk-in this evening and they were able to seat me immediately! I came in asking for a gel x manicure with a screenshot of a design I found on Instagram. Ni was my technician and she is so sweet and a very talented nail artist! Her attention to detail in both nail prep and design is impeccable. My nails look so beautiful and exactly like the photo I showed her. The salon is brand new, fairly priced, and has pretty much every nail service option you could think of. if i could leave zero stars i would. i came in for a simple soak off. they were rude. unprofessional and did a horrible just. this is the first time that i've gotten a nail service and didn't tip. i asked to have my gel and toes soaked off. the guy who serviced me, after drilling my gel polish on my toes off, in the middle of winter, rinsed my feet off in cold water. i said "um can you make the water warmer," he replied "it's just to get the dust off." the water stayed cold as he mumbled about me to his colleagues. then when it came to my nails, he filed them so hard that it hurt me and he barely said sorry. he then proceeded to tell me to use the paper towel to finish the job as he cleaned his work station. the place is also filthy. i'm so disturbed and disgusted. do not go to this place! read more

Oh, hell no! When I first walked in, and no customers were there, that should have been my red flag! After service, I looked at my nails and was, really, disappointed. I go pay with my cash app card, the transaction went through and as I was walking out the nail tech screamed wait come back there is something wrong with your card, I looked, and my payment went through and out of my account, after showing her the transaction on my phone she states no you need to put your card number on into the system, girl! I stood there and they went back and forth then said sorry. Yes, I let her know that my nail is jacked up. I had to file my nails just so they were decent. Do not come here. read more

my husband and i went in for a manicure and a pedicure and none of the tools they used on us came out of sterilized bags like other salons. When I was getting my nails done, the guy who was doing my nails got a cuticle cutter from a bin with other dirty tools that was at his station, used it on me and then put it right back. I asked the lady why this happened and if the tools were clean and she said they clean the tools every morning. this was very obviously used on other people and not cleaned. TOOLS SHOULD BE CLEANED AFTER EVERY PERSON THAT USES IT. i got my nails done and asked for a green gel, that's it. the gentleman elvin who did my nails told me to get apres gel- x because it would look better. I understood that the gel X was $65 and i got that. even though it says $55 online. i didn't ask for anything extra that i got and I didn't even ask to get my cuticles cut so there should have not been any more add ons. in person the nail color looks uneven. i even asked if i could get a third coat and he said no because there's a limit SO I DIDNT EVEN GET THAT. When I got to the register, the lady told me it was $80. i asked why and the two girls told me something different each. one said it was because i got gel (if gel was the extra cost it would've been $85) and the other told me it was because i got a specific shape (almond) . she mustve thought i got acrylic because GEL X nails come PRE-SHAPED. I told the ladies that I was not told about any add-ons they were talking about (which i didn't get) during the service and that he didn't tell me anything. the lady just stood there at the pay station, staring at me blankly, ignoring what i said and pointing at the payment machine urging me to pay. they seemed upset when i asked if the tools were clean. horrible customer service and EXTREMELY unprofessional. read more
