I am a frequent flyer at this place because it is convenient for me and I've not had any issues. There is nothing super special about this place except location. A lot of the items in the shop are broken/taped together. however, pricing is fair. They are quick and typically you never have to wait long. I think the longest I have ever waited was about 10 minutes because I came at opening and they opened late. I hear this happens frequently so I never go at opening anymore. read more

Let me start by saying I absolutely loved this place. Clean facility, very sweet staff and the experience of first time brow tinting, threading and lashes were great but of course there were some cons that I wouldn't feel right about not mentioning so you can make the choice for yourself. 1. The first time I did my tint I wasn't given any aftercare instructions. Not told what would make them last or how to correctly keep the tint as strong as possible until your 2 week refresh. Everything I learned I learned from Google. 2. The tint is beautiful the first few days then quickly fades. Not sure if it's the products I'm using to wash my face or cleaning off eye makeup and foundation but after about 3 days you see the tint slowly fading on them. 3. I'd never gotten lashes. The first time I got them was here. They have two tiers there - individual and mink lashes. The individuals are less expensive and will get you pretty nice results for a lesser price ($55). Because it was my 1st time I didn't want to ruin very expensive lashes with my ignorance on how to wear them. 4. Absolutely no aftercare instructions. They do the service and send you out into the world with zero idea on how to take care of brows or lashes. I didn't know anything about how to clean my lashes, how to prevent clumping and using a spoolie brush to keep them neat. As a lash virgin that would have been super helpful information but again..Google was my friend so don't expect anything except a service. Nothing more nothing less. I will get my brows done here because I love the results while they do last. I do think I'll look for other options for lashes though. While they are beautiful and I'm no longer a lash "virgin" some kind of aftercare instruction on both would have helped a lot. read more

I got my eyebrows threaded and angel cleaned them up nicely! Quick and easy there wasn't a line or anything when I went.

I have tried this place more than once to give them the benefit of doubt. However, they have been consistently with the results. My eyebrow threading is not done clean, it spots that are messed like she is rushing. The tint is sloppy and one eyebrow consistently looks darker than the other. I don't know if she is trying to save the tint...... my tiny on the eyebrow that is lighter always fades with in two days. For the amount that is being charged they need to do better. I will not be coming back. Just thought I would let everyone know my experience. read more

I have many experiences at this location and this one was by far the worst. My entire brow was taken off by someone that was clearly inexperienced. This location has capable threaders but will pull in anyone when they are short staffed. I went in for brow threading, tiny, lip and chin. After the woman butchered my brows I decided to just use a razor at home. My sons birthday party is tomorrow and I look horrible. Words of advice to this establishment. If you only have one person that can thread, use the person who cannot to accept payment. You can absolutely not continue to allow inexperienced ppl to butcher customers. This has always been my favorite place to get my eyebrows done. However, whoever was working yesterday, 5/22 around 5 PM, dropped the ball. The technician had poor oral hygiene, unkept nails, and caused my eyebrow area to be irritated and inflamed for over 5 hours! She ignored (or did not understand) my request to keep my eyebrows thick, so she made them thin and uneven! Very disappointed in the service I received. First time threader here!! After the Yelp reviews I decided to try this location out today. Sumi was my threader she is great! I let her know I was a first timer who have been waxing for a while (first wax back in 2005 and I've waxed since) The experience: Although a frequent waxer I am all to familiar with the feeling. Threading was waaaay more comfortable. You feel it, but it's not a pain. I was thinking it would be similar to getting those strays plucked during a wax service. It wasn't that type of feeling either. It was very fast. Seriously maybe 2-3 min per eyebrow if that. No inflammation or redness. No fear of touching them afterwards. Price was reasonable. I came to MD today to visit my boyfriend due to the upcoming holiday weekend and was in severe need of eyebrow shaping and clean up. As always, I opened up my yelp app and began to browse. After reading about 4 solid reviews my boyfriend and I made our way to the mall, which is only about 10 mins from is house. Once we got there I followed the instructions for finding the location from another yelper and found it fairly easily, it's near the target! Another woman was ahead of me and got her eyebrows done and they came out beautiful so I was excited and oddly comfortable with allowing this woman to start mine. I have been going here to get my eyebrows threaded for five years but will not return!!! I stopped by one afternoon around 1:30pm, the door was open but I didn't see anyone. Did not understand what I meant when I told them I wanted to keep my brows thick. They took way too much off of my brows and when I told them this is not what I described I was told "your brows are too thick. They follow your brow shape now." Even after stating how I was not pleased, they still charged full price. I should've waited and gone to my usual place but I thought I'd give this place a try. Not again. The lady I used to get my eyebrows from moved back to India to be with her family so I decided to try this place. I don't know if I came on a bad day or something but my eyebrows were completely messed up after coming here. Some of my friends come here and recommended this place to me. So I decided to give it a try. After I got here I realized I came here once before in 2009 to get my eyebrows done for prom and they looked great so that made me feel confident that they would do a good job. When they were finished one eyebrow was completely different from the other and the other looked like they didn't even try. Pros: great work, great prices (discounts for regulars), most of the staff is very friendly Cons: some of the staff are a bit complacent, and it's a booth not a store So, this gem is located right next to Target in the mall. I was hesitant to try it at first. I usually dislike mall booths because there is no privacy. Given this particular mall, there is a ton of staring, but you're in and out of the chair so quick you barely notice. As I stated above, the threaders will remember you if you frequent the booth and discounts are always a plus. The downside, well, the manager is slightly disinterested in the whole experience. The last time I went, another woman was already in a chair (two are available) being helped by one artist. The manager was watching a foreign music video on her phone (it was loud). I thought, "maybe she is on break." But, once her video was over she hopped up and helped me. She rushed through the threading and then went directly back to her video as the initial threader rung me up. This is the worst experience I've had here but, for what you get and the price, I can deal. Take away: definitely try this place out. If no one is helping you at first, clear your throat loudly, it's worth it. read more

I have done threading in many places, but none other places can beat this one. They are a small booth located in the mall but the service is amazing! I feel so beautiful after getting my eyebrows done from them. They are pretty busy booth, however the wait is worth it. They use hand sanitizer and my eyebrows were done so neatly and it was not painful at all. Eyebrows threading is so much better than waxing, it lasts much longer. Being I just moved to PG county last month I've only visited this place 2x so far. Found it via all the great reviews on yelp...bummer. The first time, it was actually not bad, they were able to shape one of my eyebrows in the exact way I wanted however the other side was a little off. No worries I decided to come back 3 weeks later for a touch up. Just went tonight, different lady and unfortunately screwed up my eyebrows even more. I wanted a clean up of the perfect eyebrow shape and to make the other one look the same.... well she just made them much thinner with both eyebrows are NOT right. I absolutely enjoyed my interaction with the employee here at this location. They are located inside the mall near the target. Eyebrow threading is my preferred choice since I use acne topicals and waxing is not an option for me. The line was somewhat long but the wait was well worth it. The threading specialist took her time and ensured each person was satisfied by interacting and asking questions. Even though they are located in the center walkway in the mall (mall booth) I don't mind people who walk by and look.
