Okay, great... but another 15 mins passes before she finally makes her way to the shop. In addition to being over 30 mins late for the appointment, she also had her young daughter in tow. Normally, this would be of no concern to me but it proved to continue to delay my service as she had to constantly stop to address or tend to her daughter. And then there was her cell phone... I understand that when operating a small business, you may need to perform double duty, like answering your business line while attending to your client. But she was also making calls that could have clearly waited, like calling her wireless company to discuss changing her service plan. As for the lashes themselves, they turned out rather decent. Because of the shortness of my natural lashes, she recommended that I go with shorter extensions, which turned out to be a very good choice. However, once they were done, I didn't even receive any instructions on how to take care of them. I won't say not to patronize this place because it has serious potential to be great.
